The previous research studies claimed that there is a relationship between personality predispositions and affective disorders like depression. Personality traits like neuroticism and introversion are considered as a vulnerable factors for the development of depression. Therefore, the aim of this research study was to investigate that whether personality traits like introversion and neuroticisms are linked to depression. The researcher recruited a sample size of 200 university students who were studying in Islamia University Bahawalpur, Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, and Women University Bahawalpur. Beck depression inventory (BDI), Introversion scale and Neuroticism dimension included in an inventory which was used to measure depression, introversion and neuroticism respectively. Statistical analysis included descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, regression analysis and an independent sample t-tests. The results revealed that there was a positive significant relationship between neuroticism, introversion personality traits and depression. The introversion and neuroticism personality traits significantly predicted depression.

The purpose of this study is to find an empirical relationship of proposed variables and to find the impact of customer satisfaction, trust, and corporate reputation on customer loyalty. This study attempts to contribute to the knowledge how FMCG companies of Pakistan can retain their customers by making them loyal through satisfaction, trust, and corporate reputation. A theoretical framework is proposed to suggest links among variables. The sample size selected for research constitutes 200 respondents, and these respondents belong to the cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Pakistan. Multiple regression and correlation coefficient was used to examine hypothesized relationship. Regression analysis reveals that customer satisfaction, trust, and corporate reputation bring 79.0% change in customer loyalty. There is a strong positive yet significant relationship of trust and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction & corporate image also posit a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. The results indicate that FMCG companies in Pakistan should pay more attention toward the reputation of their company, satisfaction of their customers, and trust in order to build loyalty of customers. Generalizability and time constraint are the limitations of the study.

Abstract. One of the most important purpose in the context of sports services is to know what the costumer's future intentions are, so trying to analyze costumer loyalty has become one of the main objectives within the management of sport, specifically sports centers. Therefore, the aim is to know what influence the other management variables and subjective well-being have on this dimension that measures the future intentions of the costumer, such as loyalty. The sample of this work was made up of 303 costumers of the sports centre (164 men, 139 women). For statistical analysis it was used with SPSS v.23. All the variables that formed the model obtained good results in terms of reliability, being the emotional value the one that obtained the highest alpha value of Cronbach. After calculating the descriptive statistics of the different scales of the model, a multiple regression analysis is carried out, and it is observed how this one explains 38% of the variance, showing all the variables significance with the loyalty of the user, excepting the variable that measures the price value. After knowing which variables influence loyalty prediction, providing sports managers with information about which variables to reinforce will help to obtain more loyal costumers and consequently faithful to the service.

Online shopping is the most popular transaction, where the estimated transaction online is approximately USD 1.9 Trillion with an average growth from 8 -12% every year. Online shopping leads to huge consumption of paper boxes. Since, when the buyers receive the goods, they normally destroyed the paper boxes, throwing them away into a dust bin, and some were kept for nothing. Those papers wasted cause environmental impacts, huge organizational costs, and unnecessary spaces are wasted. The study investigates on activities of returning the used paper boxes through online shopping among university students in China by underpinning the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). The survey was conducted among 24 public universities in Guangxi, China, with 401 questionnaires accepted for analysis. The study employed regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Both independent variables have a significant relationship to return the paper wasted boxes from online shopping. This paper has its methodology contribution since a rare study focuses on all the bachelor degree students in public universities in Guangxi, China.

Present work was aimed to find the contribution of personality traits, identity style and depression in predicting cigarette smoking. Data was collected from male students of universities located in Peshawar through Beck Depression Inventory – II (BDI – II), NEO-Five Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) and Identity Style Inventory, Revised (ISI3). A total of 300 male students were involved, out of which n=150 were smokers whereas n=150 were nonsmokers. Of the total n=150 smokers, 75 were hostelers 75 were day scholars and same as for non-smokers. The outcome indicated that those who smoked had high levels of neuroticism and they also scored high on the Beck Depression Inventory. The outcome further revealed that persons having diffused identity style had likelihood of being involved in smoking behavior. Further results exposed that the hostelers were more vulnerable to smoking behavior as compared to the day scholars.

The sources of dust on the territory of Ruse region, Bulgaria are industry, transport and domestic heating by solid fuel. PM10 (particulate matter with a diameter between 2.5 and 10 μm) levels for Ruse mark a significant increase during the autumn-winter period compared to the levels during the spring-summer period [1]. Obviously there is a relationship between PM10 contamination levels and ambient air temperature. The lower the temperatures are, the higher the PM10 levels are. The biggest peak of PM10 levels for the autumn-winter period is usually observed in January months. It is in January that the number of days in which there is exceedance of the limit values of the PM10 levels is maximum observed. Also in January months the day and night temperatures are the lowest and usually they do not pass 0°C for many days of the month. To understand better this relationship we provide a statistical analysis of ambient air PM10 contamination during winter periods. Correlations between the measured PM10 values and the respective temperatures measured for January months for different years are presented. Descriptive statistics of PM10 and some atmospheric characteristics as well as linear regression analysis are calculated and commented in the paper.
