The purpose of this study is to explore the aesthetical features of corporate recruitment websites, including the website design, style, and color, and to investigate their impact on organizational attractiveness and applicants' intention to apply. By doing so, the study also examines the effects of corporate websites on applicants' perception of the corporate culture and measures the mediating impact of perceptions of organizational culture on organizational attractiveness and applicants' intention to apply for the jobs in the context of Pakistan. The study is based on a laboratory experiment with three hundred undergraduate business students conducted at a university computer lab. Correlation, Independent T-test, One-way ANOVA, and Simple Linear Regression were applied to analyze variables using SPSS. The findings of this study support the hypothesis that website features have a significant positive impact on applicants' perceived organizational attractiveness. However, the website's design does not seem to impact applicants' intentions to apply for the job substantially. The regression analysis results also revealed that the perceived organizational culture partially mediates the relationship between website features and organizational attractiveness and fully mediates the relationship between website features and intentions to Apply.

Purpose of this study is to analyze and understand simultaneously the influence of organizational culture, management style and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Don't call it Timur Shakti. The original data of the questionnaire and secondary data in the data were used as probability samples. As a sampling procedure. This study is a quantitative study of seventy-line employees of PT Bintang Timur Sakti. The analytical method used in this study is to use SPSS 24 to perform multiple linear regression. Organizational culture, management style and work discipline all have a positive impact on employee productivity. Corporate culture of PT. Bintang Timur Sakti is a variable that has a significant effect on employee productivity at PT Bintang Timur Sakti.

Background: Nursing is one of the service providers in hospitals that is excellent, efficient, and productive. for organizational culture at RSU Labuang Makassar obtained a moderate level of involvement of 56.7%, a high level of consistency of 53.3%. The results of these studies indicate that a strong organizational culture does not show any influence in increasing organizational effectiveness. Objectives: This study aimed to determine organizational culture with the work productivity of the nurses. Methods: This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive correlation research design. Is a questionnaire, with several variables, namely involvement, adjustment, consistency, mission, and work productivity. Data analysis using correlation analysis. The research subjects were 81 nurses. Results: There is a relationship between involvement and work productivity with p-value = .001 (r = .469). There is a relationship between consistency and work productivity with p-value = .001 (r = .782). And also, there is the relationship between adjustment and work productivity with p-value = .001 (r = .820), and the relationship between mission and work productivity with p-value = .001 (r = .635). Conclusion: The relationship between organizational culture and the work productivity of nurses has a positive impact on the hospital, where organizational culture can lead nurses to be productive.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the links between organizational culture, innovation and banks’ performance in Palestine. Design/methodology/approach Data were gathered from 186 employees working in the Palestinian banking sector. The data gathered were analyzed using the PLS-SEM approach. Findings The findings of the study show that organizational culture and marketing innovation have a positive impact on banks’ performance. Moreover, it was found that marketing performance partially mediates the relationship between organizational culture and banks’ performance. Practical implications The paper may be of use for banks managers to create an organizational culture, which fosters both innovation and performance. Originality/value The paper is unique as it examines organizational culture, innovation and performance links in a non-western context.

Purpose This paper aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture (measured by mission, involvement, consistency, adaptability and well-being), employee organizational commitment and employee innovation in the Vietnamese IT industry. Design/methodology/approach This is a quantitative research using perceptual scale questionnaire survey developed based on the literature review and in-depth expert interviews. A total of 319 IT professionals working in Vietnam participated in the survey. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Findings The results suggest that overall organizational culture and organizational commitment are positively and significantly related to employee innovation. A closer look reveals that out of the organizational culture’s five dimensions, mission, adaptability and well-being are found specifically and significantly related to employee innovation. Research limitations/implications The study used a cross-sectional survey where case studies of longitudinal study may add more insight. Further, the Denison organizational culture survey instrument might be subjective. Finally, there may be also some moderating or mediating effects that are not taken into account in this study. Practical implications The enhancement of adaptability, well-being, mission and commitment can increase employee innovation in the IT industry. Originality/value This paper contributes to the literature and practice by demonstrating the relationship between corporate culture and organizational commitment on employee innovation in a developing country (i.e. Vietnam).

Abstract Background The subjects of organizational culture and leadership have been studied several times in various fields. However, studies have tried to determine the relationship between corporate culture and leadership as it is still indistinguishable, or more evidence is needed. The paper describes the perceptions of the staffs about the hospitals’ organizational culture types and their managers’ leadership styles in these hospitals and the relationships that may exist between these domains. Method This is a cross-sectional descriptive study involving 400 participants from three governmental and two non-governmental hospitals during the period from June to December 2018. The target population included all categories of staff working at hospitals as physicians, nurses, paramedics and administrators. Results The largest number of participants was 82.5 % from government hospitals while 17.5 % were from non-governmental hospitals. Clan and hierarchy-driven cultures were the top-defined forms of organizational culture at hospitals in the Gaza Strip. In all types of organizational culture, the non-governmental hospitals which all are small size hospitals have higher perceptions’ means than the governmental ones that have different sizes. Managers’ styles in the investigated hospitals were transformational and transactional. The study’s results showed significant positive associations by Pearson’s Correlations and effect by linear multiple regression analysis between styles of transformation and transactional leaderships and types of organizational cultures. Discussion and conclusion The study addressing the main concepts showed positive relations and also impacts between two of the leadership styles and organizational culture types, apart from the Laissez-faire style. This paper has been successful in contributing to the research on this topic and providing indications for understanding certain domains of the hospital industry in Palestine.

The main aim of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of Transformational Leadership (Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Idealized Influence) on the relationship between Organizational Culture (Teamwork and Innovation) and Organizational Effectiveness in Food Companies listed at the Amman Stock Exchange -Jordan. The data was gathered through a questionnaire that was designed and distributed to convenient sample units that represented these Food Companies. A total of 236 respondents participated by answering the questionnaire, and they represented 10 percent of companies' employees. Descriptive analytical approaches were used to analyze the data for this study using Statistical Package for Social Sciences program V.21. The study results show that there was a significant statistical effect of Organizational Culture on Organizational Effectiveness, and there was a significant statistical moderating effect of Transformational Leadership on the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Effectiveness in Food Companies listed at Amman Stock Exchange. The study recommended that these Companies need to adopt behavioral training programs for the current managers and supervisors to promote the transformational leadership style and create a climate of mutual trust and respect with employees and inspire and motivate them intellectually to increase the positive impact of transformational leadership on the relationship between organizational culture and organizational effectiveness.

This study provides support for the positive impact of transformational leadership on knowledge management. This article reveals that transformational leaders contribute to knowledge management by acting as effective change agents through better management of firms’ internal resources (i.e. organizational culture). In terms of mediating effects, this article shows that organizational culture is important in the relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge management. The study also shows that transformational leaders not only directly impact knowledge management but, more specifically, foster a more effective culture, which positively contributes to the effectiveness of knowledge management.

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between associativity and the organizational culture of Hass avocado production chains in the Huancavelica Region, Peru in the period 2003–2019. The research is of an applied type, the inductive inferential scientific method was applied. Likewise, the research design used is non-experimental, cross-sectional. A questionnaire was applied to 105 Hass avocado producers from the Huancavelica Region, one of the poorest regions of Peru, in the middle basin of the Mantaro River Valley from the Mariscal Caceres district to the Mantacra town center. In the study, it was found that the associativity environment (ENT) (ASO), based on organizational culture (COR), has a significant influence on the communication dimension (p < 0.05). Regarding support services (SA), has a significant influence on the quality dimension (p < 0.05). Also in relationships (REL), they have a significant influence on the communication and adaptability dimensions (p < 0.05). Finally, in government policies (GP), it has a significant relationship with the communication dimension (p < 0.05). Therefore, these dimensions generate a positive impact on organizational culture.

It is believed that many of the problems confronting leaders can be traced to their inability to analyze and evaluate organizational cultures. Thus, many leaders, when trying to implement new strategies or a strategic plan leading to a new vision, will discover that their strategies will fail if they are inconsistent with the organization's culture. Organizational culture does not only affect the manner in which managers manage and consequently shape employee behavior, but also the total output and the way it provides services to its customers. Corporate culture or organizational culture is the behavior of humans within an organization and the meaning that people attach to those behaviors. Culture includes the organization's vision, values, norms, systems, symbols, language, assumptions, beliefs, and habits. In addition, different individuals bring to the workplace their own uniqueness, knowledge, and ethnic culture. Corporate culture covers moral, social, and behavioral norms of one’s organization based on the values, beliefs, attitudes, and priorities of its members. The researcher can say that corporate culture does have a positive impact on the productivity of any organisation, and with Vodafone, it does increase its productivity. Bearing in mind the environmental corrosion primarily triggered by the service sector, as well as the lack of studies detecting the factors that enable an organization to deal with this concern, the aim of this study is to analyze the impact of total quality management (TQM) practices on corporate green performance (CGP) and to investigate the causal relationship between total quality management practices and corporate green performance. This research also explores the mediating role of organizational culture (OC) within the relationship between TQM practices and CGP. In particular, this study is based on the MBNQA model, institutional theory, and green theory. The researchers collected data from 369 participants across 123 large and medium-sized private firms in the health sector in Pakistan. The structural analyses revealed the significant and positive impact of TQM practices on CGP. This demonstrates that TQM practices substantially augment organizational competencies to achieve green performance objectives. TQM practices have also had a positive and significant impression on organizational culture; furthermore, a parallel impact is seen between OC and CGP. Finally, OC is shown to have positively and significantly mediated the relationship between TQM and CGP. This study’s contextual analysis suggests that TQM is an equally important factor in accomplishing CGP objectives for both large and medium-sized firms.
