Given that the geography of modern times was one of the most important factors affecting the relations between Iran and Iraq, in this article we have tried to examine the influence of Iraq's new political geography variable factors on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. For this purpose, regardless of the security implications of Iraq's geopolitical constant factors, with placing three variable factors in the political geography means population, natural resources and socio-political institutions in the form of five security variables for Lee Norji. Martin, meaning the political legitimacy, civil rights and ethnic and minorities, military strength, the strength of economic management and natural resources, fifteen areas will be formed (in the annexes, these fifteen areas are in the table). The question that arises here is that what is the impact of Iraq's new political geography on the national security of Iran? The hypothesis that we are looking to review it is that changes in some areas of geopolitical of Iraq, after the United States invaded Iraq, made threats to the national security of Iran. The main objective of this paper is to study Iranian security changes in the first ten areas and to present solutions. Since the Iraq has not achieved stability yet, next five areas need further research and in this article do not occur<strong>.</strong>

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to help organizational and human resource leaders understand how to use storytelling to engage and align their employees around their strategic planning efforts. Design/methodology/approach – This paper lays out four guidelines organizations and human resource leaders can follow to help ensure their employees not only see the outcomes of their strategic planning efforts (e.g. strategic vision, brand positioning, mission, etc.), but also see themselves in those outcomes and, importantly, understand their role in bringing them to life. Findings – Storytelling is the way we most naturally communicate with each other as social and interconnected human beings. And yet, many organizations and organizational leaders never consider this timeless craft of humanity in their strategic planning efforts or recognize the role it can play in engaging and aligning employees around – and ultimately, implementing – the strategic vision and brand positioning that often result from those efforts. Organizations that embed storytelling into their strategic planning efforts effectively tap into their human nature to bring more meaning, focus and productivity not only to their work, but also their workforce. Originality/value – The concept of using storytelling to improve the impact and uptake of a company's strategic planning efforts will benefit organizational leaders and human resource executives who are responsible for the implementation of those plans and the engagement of their employees.

For the deductive hypothetical analysis, the specific factors that affect business management performance were grouped into two variables: Balanced Scorecard and Strategic Planning. The objective of the work was to demonstrate the impact of the Balanced Scorecard in the strategic planning of a construction company. In order to support the research, the following theories were approached: the Financial Theory, the Economic Theory of the Company, the Transaction Costs, the Network Theory, the Organization Theory, the Dependence on Resources, the Strategic Management Theory and the Business Diagnosis Theory. The result obtained confirms the hypothesis that there is a significant incidence of the Balanced Scorecard in the strategic planning of construction companies. In conclusion, the construction company has obtained significant improvements in the results in each of the indicators evaluated with the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard, demonstrating improvements in their management results, affirming that there is better performance and management control allowing them to achieve the organizational objectives set.

The stand selection for cutting in tactical planning should be done according to the same principles like in strategic planning – to maximize net present value. The simple way of how to transfer the net present value maximization principle from strategic planning to tactical planning was created in Sweden. The method is based on annual changes in the net present value by postponing final felling. Forest inventory data and forestry modelling system was used for calculation of changes in net present value for pine, spruce, birch, aspen and black alder stands. And changes in net present value were described by regression function with factors from stand parameters. The regression function allows calculating annual changes in net present value for each stand. And stands with higher decrease in net present value have higher cutting priority. Stands selected for the final felling in strategic plan were compared with the stands selected in tactical plan with two methods, first, by using annual changes in the net present value, second, by traditional planning principles. Stands selected by annual changes in the net present value were similar to stands that were selected for cutting in strategic plan, but stands selected by traditional planning principles – not.

The article presents a methodology for assessing the impact of spatial environment on the socioeconomic development of municipalities. It relies on existing tools for assessing the state and potential of the geographical location of municipalities. An integrated approach allows to determine the potential of the interaction of the municipality with the neighbors of the first and second order. The methodology was tested on statistical data on the Blagovarsky municipal district.
