ABSTRAK Peserta didik dapat belajar secara optimal apabila pihak sekolah dapat memenuhi segala kebutuhan belajar peserta didik melalui penyediaan fasilitas belajar agar pesrta didik dapat berkreatifitas dengan baik. Kreatifitas pada diri siswa muncul ketika siswa mempunyai ide pokok dan didukung dengan fasilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku kreatif siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Lolak semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa, dengan menggunakan sample sebanyak 36 orang terdiri dari kelas XI. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode angket dengan skala liker. Data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis data, yakni data tentang perilaku kreatif dan data prestasi belajar. Sebelum melakukan uji analisis data terlebih dahulu diadakan pengujian persyaratan analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas.   Untuk keperluan menganalisis data didalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sangat berpengaruh hubungan antara prilaku kreatif siswa SMK Negeri 1 Lolak.   Kata kunci : Hubungan Perilaku Kreatif.   ABSTRACT   Students can learn optimally if the school can meet all the learning needs of students through the provision of learning facilities so that students can be creative well. Creativity in students appears when students have a main idea and are supported by facilities. This study aims to determine the relationship between the creative behavior of students at SMK Negeri 1 Lolak in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive method. The total population of this study were all students, using a sample of 36 people consisting of class XI. Data were collected using a questionnaire method with a Liker scale. The data in this study consisted of two types of data, namely data on creative behavior and data on learning achievement. Before conducting the data analysis test, the analysis requirements test was conducted which included normality test, linearity test. For the purposes of analyzing the data in this study, a simple linear regression analysis technique was used. The results of the study show that the relationship between creative behavior of SMK Negeri 1 Lolak students is very influential   Keywords : Creative Behavior Relationship

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi minat orang tua memilih sekolah di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan dengan populasi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang tahun 2017 dan sampelnya siswa/siswi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang berjumlah 120 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analissi data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskidastisitas dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda., teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket, dan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sarana dan Prasasara, kualifikasi akademik guru, dan kompetensi lulusan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 Semarang, 2) Produk pendidikan dan biaya pendidikan tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 SemarangKata Kunci:Faktor-faktor,minat,orangtua,Sekolah menengah kejuruan.Abstract This study aims to explore the factors that influence parents' interest in choosing a school at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. This type of research is a quantitative research approach with a population of class X of SMK 2 Semarang in 2017 and a sample of students in grade X of SMKN 2 Semarang totaling 120 respondents. The instruments used were questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis technique used the analysis prerequisite test using normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskidasticity test and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, data collection techniques with questionnaires, and data processing using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Facilities and Presasara, teacher academic qualifications, and graduate competency have a significant effect on parents 'interest in choosing SMKN 2 Semarang, 2) Education products and education costs do not significantly influence parents' interest in chose the SMKN 2 SemarangKeywords:Factors,Interest,parent,vocational high school

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, competence, and work discipline on teacher performance. This study includes a type of quantitative research that explains the relationship between variables and testing hypotheses. The population in this study were all teachers at Al-Islam 1 Middle School in Surakarta, totaling 63 people. The entire population is taken as a sample. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Motivation, competence, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of teachers in Surakarta Al-Islamic Middle School 1. Teacher performance will increase if teachers have high work motivation, good and appropriate teaching competencies, and have high discipline in work; (2) Motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islam Middle School. The higher the motivation to teach, the higher the teacher's performance; (3) Competence has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islam Middle School. The higher the teaching competency, the higher the teacher's performance; (4) Work discipline has a positive effect on teacher performance at Surakarta Al-Islamic Middle School 1. The Influence of Managerial Competence Social Competence School Of Teacher In SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. This study aimed to determine the effect of the principal managerial competence of the social competence of teachers at SMAN 11 Makassar. This is a descriptive quantitative research the population of all teachers at SMAN 11 Makassar, which amounted to 74 people. The data analysis technique is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis with data normality test, product moment, and linear regression analysis. The results showed for the level of managerial competence headmaster of SMAN 11 Makassar are in either category, from the aspects of conceptual abilities, human abilities, and engineering capabilities, to the level of social competence of teachers at SMAN 11 Makassar are in either category, from the aspect of adaptation , communication, and interaction, so there is significant influence between the principal managerial competence with social competence of teachers at SMAN 11 Makassar.

This research is background by the existence of students who have low motivation, this situation is characterized by a lack of enthusiasm in the learning process activities, lack of student attention to the teacher which results in not achieving an expected goal. This study aims to determine the relationship between extrinsic motivation and mathematics learning outcomes. The type of research used is quantitative research with correlational methods. The sample was 2 classes at SD Muhammadiyah 6 Pekanbaru using Saturated Sampling techniques. Extrinsic motivation data taken from questionnaires that have been filled by students, mathematics learning outcomes data taken from odd semester exam scores. Data analysis techniques go through four stages, namely data presentation, normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing using the Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation test. From the results of data analysis, the relationship between extrinsic motivation and mathematics learning outcomes of 0.662 is relatively strong. With a contribution of 43.82%, the remaining 56.18% is determined by other variables and the significance value is t count> t table or 5.790> 1.681, then Ho is rejected, meaning there is a significant relationship between extrinsic motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics..

The objective of the research to analyze the influence of each tangible varible (X1) empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) dan assurance (X5) to customer satisfaction (Y) in JNE Branch Company of Ulak Karang of Padang. Data collection of research through questionnaire method to 80 customers JNE Branch Ulak Karang Padang with purposive sampling method to know the responses of respondents to each - each variable. Quantitative analysis includes the validity and reliability test , descriptive analysis , classic assumption test including normality test , test heterocedasticity , multicollinearity test , hypothesis testing via the T test. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis . Based on this research, obtained regression equation Y = 6.703+ 0.751X1 + 0.342X2 + 0.551X3 + 1.037X4 + 0.916X5 + e, that tangible (X1), empathy (X2), reliability (X3), responsiveness (X4) dan assurance (X5) of significant positive customer satisfaction (Y) in JNE Branch Company of Ulak Karang of Padang.

Training and motivation can be maintained and can have an effect on improving employee performance, but in reality the training and motivation of employees is still not able to improve the performance of the employees of the Environment and Forestry Department of Riau Province. This is still a lack of both technical and non-technical training intended for employees who can improve performance and motivation at work. This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on improving the performance of employees of the Environment and Forestry Office of Riau Province. This type of quantitative research with a sample of 87 people.The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, linearity test, with multiple linear regression approach using SPSS 19 IBM. The results of the study partially show that there is a positive and significant effect between training on employee performance. There is a positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between training and motivation on employee performance.

Tujuan penelitian meliputi: (1) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya  kontribusi kemampuan mengajar guru, motivasi dan kedisiplinan secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMK. (2) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kontribusi kemampuan mengajar guru secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMK. 3) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kontribusi motivasi belajar secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMK; (4) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kontribusi kedisiplinanan belajar secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo. Populasi penelitian ini 122 siswa dengan sampel 90 siswa SMK. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji multikolinearitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kemampuan mengajar guru, kedisiplinan siswa dan motivasi belajar siswa berkontribusi positif yang signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (2) Kemampuan mengajar guru berkontribusi positif yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (3) Kedisiplinan siswa berkontribusi positif secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (4) Motivasi belajar siswa berkontribusi positif secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Contribution of teachers' ability, learning discipline, and learning motivation to mathematics learning achievement AbstractThe research objectives include: (1) To determine whether there is a contribution of teacher’s teaching abilities, students’ discipline, and learning motivation towards mathematics learning achievement (2) To find out whether there is a contribution of teacher teaching abilities partially to the mathematics learning achievement 3) To determine whether there is a partial’s contribution of learning motivation to mathematics learning achievement (4) To find out whether or not there is a contribution of students' discipline partially towards mathematics learning achievement. This research is quantitative research. The variables in this research were teacher’s teaching abilities, students’ discipline, learning motivation and learning achievement in mathematics. The research was conducted at YPE Sawunggalih Vocational School, Kutoarjo District. The population of this research was 122 students with a sample of 90 students. Data  collection methods used were documentation and questionnaires. Analysis prerequisite test using normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate: (1) The teacher’s teaching abilities, students’ discipline and learning motivation contribute significantly positive together to students’ learning achievement. (2) The teacher’s teaching abilities contributes significantly partial and positive to student learning achievement.  (3) Students’ discipline contributes partially positive to student learning achievement. (4) The learning motivation contributes partially positive to student learning achievement.

The study was conducted to determine the effect of students' interest in learning in the subjects of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship on the achievements of students of class XI SMK Competence in Industrial Electronics Engineering. This research is a quantitative study, quantitative research emphasizes the process so that in seeing the relationship between variables in the object under study are more interactive that is the mutual influence. Subjects studied were the Effect of Entrepreneurial Characteristics on Subjects of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship on the Achievement of Grade XI Students in Industrial Electronics Engineering at SMKN 4 Semarang. The source of data in this study is the XI grade students of Industrial Electronics Engineering at SMKN 4 Semarang in the academic year 2018/2019. With a sample of 70 students to test the increase in learning achievement. This class action research was conducted with the Classroom Action Research method which consisted of 2 cycles. Actions in each cycle are interrelated, The steps of each cycle consist of: Making Planning (planning), carrying out actions according to planned (acting), observing the actions to be performed (Observing), reflecting descriptive comparative (reflecting). Data obtained from test results and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the Normality Test, R square Test, ANOVA Test to determine the magnitude of the influence of several indicators in the study.

ABSTRACTTax Office Service Pratama Surabaya Rungkut, located at Jalan Jagir Wonokromo 104 Surabaya, is a fraction of the Tax Office Service Surabaya Wonocolo, which is charge of carrying out counseling, services and supervision of taxpayers in the taxation sector based on the applicable law. The purpose of this research is to determine the significant effects of taxation e-system, taxation socialization and taxation sanction on the compliance of personal taxpayers registered at Tax Office Service Pratama Surabaya Rungkut. Respondents were taken from all personal Taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Surabaya Rungkut with a total of 110 people. This study uses quantitative research methods with the results of causal relationships, so that samples and hypotheses are used in this method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis to test the hypothesis. Classic assumption tests used include, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Normality Test, Autocorrelation Test and Linearity Test.  All indicators used in this study are valid (correlation coefficient> 0.1918 with a significance level <0.05) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha coefficient value> 0.60). From the results of the classic assumption test shows that this study has met the requirements, namely: 1.) Regression models free from multicollinearity; 2.) Free from the assumption of heteroscedasticity; 3.) Regression models are normally distributed; 4.) There is no autocorrelation; 5.) Both variables have a linear relation. From the results of data analysis concluded that, the impact of taxation e-system did not significant effect on the level of personal Taxpayers compliance at Tax Office Service Pratama Surabaya Rungkut, with a significance value of 0,229. While taxation socialization and taxation sanctions give a significant influence on the level of personal Taxpayers compliance at Tax Office Service Pratama Surabaya Rungkut, with a significance value of 0.029 and 0,000. The application of taxation e-system, taxation socialization and taxation sanctions simultaneously (together) give a significant influence on the level of  personal Taxpayers compliance at Tax Office Service Pratama Surabaya Rungkut, evidenced by the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (Test F) showing a significance value of 0,000.Keywords : Taxation e-system, taxation socialization, taxation sanction, personal taxpayers compliance

This research was conducted on employees of conventional state owned banks in the city of Surabaya. The goals of the research to analyze the relationship beetween job stress and cyberloafing on organizational commitment. Data collection used interviews and online questionnaires. The questionnaire consisted of 26 questions and was filled in by 58 respondents. Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test used on the research which included linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and normality test. Regression test using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing hypothesis using the t test. research results reveal that job stress has no effect on organizational commitment, but the results of cyberloafing found that there was a positive effect on organizational commitment.
