Background: The nutritional status of pregnant women greatly affects the health and development of the fetus. Impaired growth in the womb can cause low birth weight, which triggers stunting. Stunting is a condition of toddlers who have short body size and are not suitable for age caused by malnutrition from both mother and child. Objective: to determine the implementation of stunting prevention programs during the Covid- 19 pandemic at the work area of the Banjar Health Center, Pandeglang Regency in 2021. Methodology: The study used in this study was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using SPSS with a frequency distribution table using univariate analysis. Results: The research variable for the class of pregnant women obtained a value of 72.0%, for giving Biscuits additional foods a value of 93.0% and for counseling of ranting kelor obtained a value of 81.0%. Conclusions and Recommendations: Prevention of stunting after the Covid-19 pandemic greatly affects the program activities carried out by the Banjar Health Center. It is hoped that this research can provide information, especially to pregnant women and the public, about the importance of preventing stunting since pregnancy.

Objectives for review determine factors related to the occurrence of Chronic energy deficiency on pregnant women. Methods descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. Data collection is done on Date in January-February 2017. CASE is a whole population of pregnant women in the region are working Health Center Banja Laweh Year 2017, amounted to 55 people, with sampling total sampling. Operating data analysis using univariate and bivariate statistical test Chi Square. Results of univariate analysis 87,3% of respondents experienced Genesis not CED, (60,0%) High Knowledge, (56,4%) Economy High, and 61,8% of Eating Well. Bivariate analysis known Relationship of Knowledge (p = 0.013 and OR = 12,000, Economics (p = 0.035 and OR = 10,000), and Diet (p = 0.019 and OR = 13,200) with the Genesis CED pregnant women. Can be concluded that the factors related to the occurrence of CED pregnant women is Science, Economics and the Diet. Expected to conduct monitoring of the health center and Supervision of pregnant women at risk Against The Genesis CED, so the negative impact of the CED can be addressed early on.</pre>

Education influences a changes in knowledge, attitudes, and lifestyle patterns in the selection of the type and amount of food consumed. The health of a pregnant women affects the fetus in her womb. Nutrient content consumed by the mother will be absorbed by the fetus which is important for the growth of the fetus itself. This study aims to determine the relationship of education level, energy intake and protein nutritional status of pregnant women in the Bungoro Health Center Work Area of Bungoro District, Pangkep Regency. This research is an analytical study with cross-sectional design. Samples were pregnant women, amount to 40 people. The level of education is obtained through a questionnaire. Energy and protein intake was obtained through 2x24 hours recall and then processed using menu A software. To find out the relationship between variables of education level, energy and protein intake with nutritional status, Chi-Square was tested using the SPSS program. Data is presented in the form of tables and narratives. The results showed that 77.5% of the sample education level was high. Sample energy intake was classified as less than 82.5% and 17.5% classified as good. Sample protein intake of 95% classified as poor and 5% classified as good. Nutritional status of pregnant women is 70% experiencing KEK and 30% normal. Statistical test results show that there is no relationship between education level, energy and protein intake and nutritional status of pregnant women in the Bungoro Health Center Work Area, Bungoro District, Pangkep Regency.

Anemia is still a problem in the world, especially in developing countries. This condition can have a detrimental impact on every age group including pregnant women. In pregnant women, anemia can cause complications for the mother and the baby she is carrying, such as life-threatening bleeding, miscarriage, low birth weight and premature birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parity, anemia, ANC visits, nutritional status and the role of health workers with the consumption of blood-added tablets in post-partum mothers in the work area of the Mutiara Barat Health Center in 2019. This type of research is a correlation analytic study with cross-sectional method. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the third trimester who were recorded at the Mutiara Barat Health Center in January 2019 as many as 139 people and the sample was the total population of 139 respondents. Data were analyzed using the chi square statistical test which includes univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results obtained: there is a relationship between parity (p = 0.000), anemia (p = 0.016), ANC visits (p = 0.015), nutritional status (p = 0.021) and the role of officers (p = 0.000) with the consumption of tablets with blood added at postpartum mother. The dominant factor related to the consumption of blood-added tablets is the role of the officer. From the research results obtained, it is hoped that the Puskesmas can increase the knowledge of mothers about blood supplemented tablets through counseling so that it can influence the attitude of pregnant women to consume blood supplemented tablets. Keywords: ANC visit; anemia; consumption of blood added tablets; nutritional status; parity; role of officers ABSTRAKAnemia masih menjadi permasalahan di dunia terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Kondisi ini dapat memberikan dampak merugikan di setiap kelompok umur termasuk ibu hamil. Pada ibu hamil, kejadian anemia dapat menyebabkan penyulit pada ibu maupun bayi yang dikandungnya seperti perdarahan yang mengancam jiwa, keguguran, berat badan bayi lahir rendah dan kelahiran prematur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor paritas, anemia, kunjugan ANC, status gizi dan peran petugas kesehatan dengankonsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Barat tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelasi dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang terdata di Puskesmas Mutiara Barat pada bulan Januari 2019 sebanyak 139 orang dan sampel merupakan total populasi yaitu 139 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik chi square yang meliputi analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: ada hubungan antara paritas (p=0,000), anemia (p=0,016), kunjungan ANC (p=0,015), status gizi (p=0,021) dan peran petugas(p=0,000) dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas. Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah adalah peran petugas. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diharapkan Puskesmas dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang tablet tambah darah melalui penyuluhan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi sikap para ibu hamil untuk berperilaku mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah.

Anemia in pregnant women is called a potential that endangers the mother and child, therefore anemia requires serious attention from parties involved in health services. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship of age and consumption of iron-containing foods with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Talise Palu Health Center in 2017. The type of research is descriptive comparative using a cross sectional approach. The population of all pregnant women in the Talise Health Center area. The sample in this study amounted to 55 respondents with the sampling technique using consecutive sampling technique. The data collection is done through direct interviews and direct Hb measurements. Data analysis using univariate frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with Fisher's Exact Test. The results of the study of 55 respondents there were 96.4% of pregnant women who had anemia, with the age of pregnant women not at risk of 85.5% and pregnant women who rarely consumed foods containing iron there were 78.2%. The results of statistical tests using Fisher's Exact Test showed that there was a relationship between consumption of iron-containing foods (p = 0.04) with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at Talise Palu Health Center in 2017 and no age relationship (p = 0.728) with anemia in pregnant women . Conclusion that age has no relationship with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Consumption of iron-containing foods is associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Suggestions for midwives who work at the KIA-KB Poli to continue to provide services according to operational standards during pregnancy examinations so that anemia in pregnant women can be treated and even prevented during pregnancy.Keywords: Pregnant, Anemia, consumption of foods containing iron

The Relationship Between Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) with Diarrhea in Toddlers (0-5 Years) in the Work Area of ​​the Sorong City Klasaman Health Center. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2011) One application of PHBS in the household setting that can prevent the occurrence of diarrhea is the Handwashing with Soap (CTPS) behavior. CTPS is one of the pillars of the Community Based Total Sanitation (STBM) strategy, which is contained in the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 852 / SK / Menkes / IX / 2008. The importance of CTPS has been understood to reduce the incidence of diarrhea by up to 47%. This is important to be known by the public in order to increase awareness to familiarize CTPS in everyday life. the incidence of diarrhea in children aged 0-5 years in January to March 2017 reached 80 cases (PKM Klasaman, 2017). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) with Diarrhea in infants (0-5 years) in the working area of ​​the Sorong City Klasaman Health Center. The research design is a Crossectional Study, the sample uses a total population of 81 respondents, tested with Chi-Square. The results of the study there is a relationship between the behavior of using clean water with the incidence of diarrhea in children 0-5 years in the Sorong City Klasaman Health Center with a value of 0.002 <α = 0.05. There is no relationship between the behavior of using healthy latrines with the incidence of diarrhea in children 0-5 years in the Sorong City Klasaman Health Center, the value of which is 0.253> α = 0.05. There is no relationship between the behavior of using clean water and the incidence of diarrhea in children 0-5 years in the Sorong City Klasaman Health Center, a value of 0.110> α = 0.05.

ABSTRACT Background: Anemia is a pathologic condition produced by a decrease in red blood cell mass or a decrease in the amount of hemoglobin. The initial survey carried out in the Tiron Puskesmas work area in the June-July 2019 period was still a high incidence of anemia in the Tiron Puskesmas Kediri Regency work area (60%). This study aimed to analyze factors affecting anemia in pregnant women with second and third trimester of pregnancy at tiron community health center, Kediri district, East Java. Subjects and Method: A cross sectional study was carried out at Tiron community health center, Kediri, East java, from June to July 2020. A sample of 49 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnant women was selected by purposive sampling. The dependent variable was anemia. The independent variables were age, iron tablet intake, ANC visit. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by a multiple logistic regression. Results: Anemia in pregnant women decreased with older age (OR= 0.08; 95% CI = 0.01 to 1.20; p = 0.068). Anemia in pregnant women increased with irregular iron tablet intake (OR= 18.45; 95% CI = 2.77 to 123.10; p = 0.003) and irregular ANC visit (OR = 1.85; 95% CI = 1.05 to 38.18; p = 1.87). Conclusion: Anemia in pregnant women decreases with older age. Anemia in pregnant women increases with irregular iron tablet intake and irregular ANC visit. Preeclampsia is the onset of hypertension with proteinuria due to pregnancy, after 20 weeks' gestation or immediately after delivery. These symptoms can occur before 20 weeks if trophoblastic disease occurs. This study aims to determine the relationship between age and maternal parity with the incidence of pre-eclampsia in pregnant women in the work area of the Puskesmas Mangasa, Makassar City. The research design used in this study was descriptive analytic research with a cross sectional study design. Conducted from July to October 2018, with a sample of 70 respondents. In this study showed that there was no relationship between the age of pregnant women and the incidence of preeclampsia with a value of p (1.00)> 0.05 and there was no relationship between parity and the incidence of preeclampsia with a value of p (1.00)> 0.05. It is recommended for health workers to be intensive in detecting the presence of preeclampsia in pregnant women and counseling about the importance of routine antenatal care to as early as possible be aware of the risk of the occurrence of preeclampsia-eclampsia in pregnancy and for further researchers, further research is needed to find factors related to the incidence of preeclampsia so that the results are in accordance with the theory, such as parity, hypertension history and Antenatal Care examination.

This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Puskesmas Jalan Gedang Kota Bengkulu. Based on the preliminary study conducted on 10 people pregnant women in the work area of ​​gedang puskesmas got 5 mother mother had pregnancy anemia in trimester 1 and 2I, when asked this matter because of the food menu that potluck.The study method used was a descriptive analytic cross sectional design. This studywas conducted in Jalan Gedang health center Bengkulu City from March 1 until May 1, 2017, with the samples of 30 respondents. Retrieving data was done using a questionnaire sheet and documentation of patient status and then analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Chi Square test. Results of the 30 respondents were half of the respondents 50.0% had unhealthy eating patterns, almost half of respondents 26.7% had anemia. Based on Chi-Square test pvalue 0.035, which shows there was a correlation between the diet and the incidence of anemia among pregnant women in Jalan Gedang health center Bengkulu City. Tetanus problems are still the cause of neonatal death in Indonesia. Maternal and Neonatal Tetanus Elimination Program is a program to improve maternal and child health and evenly to be free from Tetanus disease by Immunization of Tetanus Diphtheria during pregnancy, its aims to build immunity in the mother and baby to avoid Tetanus infection. Tetanus Neonatorum case in 2014 in Indonesia amounted to 54 cases with the non-immunization status of Tetanus Diphtheria. The number of pregnant women targeted by Tetanus Diphtheria immunization in the work area of Burneh Sub-District Health Center of Bangkalan District is 1073 pregnant women in 2016, but it just covered 585 pregnant women. This research was conducted with a cross sectional design with the number of samples taken by 93 mothers who became the target of Tetanus Diphtheria Immunization and had given birth in 2016 by using simple random sampling. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors related to the participation of pregnant women in the implementation of Tetanus Diphtheria immunization in the work area of Burneh Sub-District Health Center 2016. The results of this study indicate that the age of the respondents is mostly aged 20 years to 30 years, with the number of children owned by respondents mostly amounted to 1. Lower knowledge possessed by respondents about tetanus disease and Tetanus Diphtheria immunization, so that health workers and family roles have an important role to encourage respondents to have awareness to immunize Tetanus Diphtheria during pregnancy.Keywords: husband support, Tetanus Diphtheria Immunization, knowledge, officer attitude
