The problem of construction project is very complicated and complexso that required a good management function that is planningactivities, implementation activities, and control activities. A projectis categorized as successful when appropriate cost / budget, timelyand quality.The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceptions of workers onthe inhibiting factors of the asphalting implementation and toanalyze the factors that hinder the project implementation based onthe perception of workers on the paving of Benua - Basala toll roadin South Konawe District.The research method used is interview method using kuisioner withsample of research is worker, where the analytical technique used isdescriptive method and factor analysis method with the help ofprogram SPSS version 16.The result of this research is the perception of the worker to theinhibiting factor of project implementation ie the material factors;Labor factors; Equipment factors; Financial factors; andEnvironmental factors.

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of regional disaster management policies in Sukabumi City and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of the successful implementation of regional disaster management policies. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of regional disaster management policies was not optimal. The conclusion is that the socialization activities are still lacking and equitable, human resources and infrastructure have not been added yet. The inhibiting factors are in terms of institutional, apparatus discipline, budget, resources, facilities and environment that are less conducive. Supporting factors are the existence of regulations or regulations on disaster management. for communication carried out by BPBD Sukabumi City in carrying out socialization activities or training on disaster management to the public is still lacking and uneven. Implementation of Policy for Supervision and Control of Sales of Alcoholic Beverages in Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra Province. This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation, inhibiting factors and appropriate strategies in the policy of monitoring and controlling the sale of alcoholic beverages. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data obtained through observation, interview, documentation and triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the policy of monitoring and controlling the sale of alcoholic beverages in Muara Enim Regency has not gone well. This is seen based on several performance indicators, among others: not yet well implemented Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2005, the lack of quality human resources and limited budgets, and related interagency communications that have not been implemented properly. The forced Korteweg-de Vries (fKdV) equations are solved using Homotopy Analysis Method (HAM). HAM is an approximate analytical technique which provides a novel way to obtain series solutions of such nonlinear problems. It has the auxiliary parameterℏ, where it is easy to adjust and control the convergence region of the series solution. Some examples of forcing terms are employed to analyse the behaviours of the HAM solutions for the different fKdV equations. Finally, this form of HAM solution is compared with the analytical soliton-type solution of fKdV equation as derived by Zhao and Guo. The results is found to be in good agreement with Zhao and Guo.

Delay in the implementation of the project often occurs due to various risk factors that have not been identified during project implementation, so that the impact on project delays and unexpected costs increases. However, each construction project has different risks, becaused the environmental conditions of the project, so that it requires handling different methods of project implementation. This study aims to: 1) analyze the risks that could potentially occur during the construction of the log dock extension; 2) Appropriate Handling Methods for the Implementation of the Log Dock Extension Work. The research method is done by identifying the risks that occur in the field and with the interview method about the possibility of possible risks that occur. The results of the study indicate five high-risk categories according to the perception of service providers that most influence on project delays. These risks include unpredictable external phenomena, such as tidal elevations that exceed plan, resulting in changes in design and method of implementation. The conclusions of this study include that the application of risk management to the implementation of the log dock extension project at the port of Tanjung Emas Semarang needs to be applied to minimize delays and reduce unexpected costs.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the decisions of Muslim entrepreneurs in using Islamic bank financing products and their influence on Business performance in MSMEs. The research method used is the factor analysis method (Exploratory Factor Analysis) and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are 2 (two) main factors that determine the behaviour of entrepreneurs in using Islamic bank financing, namely external drives, and internal references. A profit-sharing system is the most important factor for customers in deciding to use Islamic bank financing products. The factors of using these financing products have a significant effect on the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia

The right and appropriate system of receiving and transferring goods is needed by the company. In the process of receiving and transferring goods from the central warehouse to the branch warehouse at PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which is currently done manually is still ineffective and inaccurate because the Head of Subdivision uses receipt documents, namely PPBP and mutation of goods, namely MPPW in the form of paper as a submission media. The Head of Subdivision enters the data of receipt and mutation of goods manually and requires a relatively long time because at the time of demand for the transfer of goods the Head of Subdivision must check the inventory of goods in the central warehouse first. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a design of information systems for the receipt and transfer of goods from the central warehouse to a web-based branch warehouse that is already database so that it is more effective, efficient and accurate. With the web-based system of receiving and transferring goods that are already datatabed, it can facilitate the Head of Subdivision in inputing data on the receipt and transfer of goods and control of stock inventory so that the Sub Head of Subdivision can do it periodically to make it more effective, efficient and accurate. The method of data collection is done by observing, interviewing and studying literature from various previous studies, while the system analysis method uses the Waterfall method which aims to solve a problem and uses design methods with visual modeling that is object oriented with UML while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database.

Abstract: This research is a comparative literary study that uses Malay and Javanese versions of Mahabarata text sources. The research objects used were the text edition of Pandhawa Gubah (PG) by Sudibjo Z. Hadisutjipto and the text of Cheritera Pandawa Lima (CPL) by Khalid Hussain. The research method used is descriptive-analysis method. In the comparative study used a comparative literary theory proposed by Endraswara (2011). The results of the text comparison reveal the similarities and differences in the image of Bima figures in the Javanese and Malay versions. The equation as a whole is that both texts contain the same heroic storyline and heroic character, Bima. In addition, Indian influence is still evident in the two texts seen from the nuances of Hinduism that exist in both texts. While the difference is seen in the events that accompany Bima's struggle in achieving his victory. Based on these similarities and differences, it can be seen that the authors attempt to represent the concept of metaphysical interactions vertically and horizontally expressed through PG text. --- Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah satu kajian sastra bandingan yang menggunakan sumber teks Mahabarata versi Melayu dan Jawa. Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah edisi teks Pandhawa Gubah (PG) karya Sudibjo Z. Hadisutjipto dan teks Cheritera Pandawa Lima (CPL) karya Khalid Hussain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif-analisis. Dalam telaah perbandingan digunakan teori sastra bandingan yang dikemukakan Endraswara (2011). Hasil perbandingan teks mengungkapkan adanya persamaan dan perbedaan citra tokoh Bima dalam versi Jawa maupun versi Melayu. Persamaan secara keseluruhan adalah kedua teks tersebut mengandung alur cerita kepahlawanan dan tokoh pahlawan yang sama yaitu Bima. Selain itu, pengaruh India masih tampak dalam kedua teks tersebut dilihat dari nuansa Hinduisme yang ada dalam kedua teks. Sementara perbedaannya tampak pada peristiwa-peristiwa yang menyertai perjuangan Bima dalam mencapai kemenangannya. Berdasarkan persamaan dan perbedaan tersebut tampak adanya upaya penulis untuk merepresentasikan konsep interaksi metafisik secara vertikal dan horizontal yang diungkapkan melalui teks PG.

This study was conducted to know the effect of applying Peer Review Strategy on the students’ achievement in writing descriptive paragraph. It was conducted by using experimental research method. This research design was conducted pre-test, post test in experimental and control group. The population of this research was the eight (VIII) grade students of SMP IT IQRA’ Medan. The sample of this research was taken by lottery technique. They were in class VIII-1 by experimental group and the class VIII-2 by control group. The experimental group was taught by using Peer Review Strategy while the control group was given no treatment. The instrument used to collect the data was writing essay test. The data were analyzed by using t-test formula. The result showed that the value of t-observed was higher than the value of t-table. (3,55 > 2,05 (a = 0.05)) with the degree of freedom (df) = 28. It means that there was a significant effect of applying Peer Review Strategy on the students’ achievement in writing descriptive paragraph. So, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted.

In this paper, Homotopy analysis method is applied to the nonlinear coupleddifferential equations of classical Boussinesq system. We have applied Homotopy analysis method (HAM) for the application problems in [1, 2, 3, 4]. We have also plotted Domb-Sykes plot for the region of convergence. We have applied Pade for the HAM series to identify the singularity and reflect it in the graph. The HAM is a analytical technique which is used to solve non-linear problems to generate a convergent series. HAM gives complete freedom to choose the initial approximation of the solution, it is the auxiliary parameter h which gives us a convenient way to guarantee the convergence of homotopy series solution. It seems that moreartificial degrees of freedom implies larger possibility to gain better approximations by HAM.

<p>The research is an experiment conducted in SMA Negeri 8 Tangerang City, Banten, on the influence of learning and use of media interest in learning of mathematics learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the <br />influence of media use to learn and interest in learning mathematics learning <br />outcomes. (Experiment In Student Class XI IPA SMAN 8 Tangerang City Year <br />Lesson 2010/2011). The research method used is an experimental method using <br />the technique "factor analysis" with "Two Way Anova", aided by SPSS version <br />15.0. The results of the analysis studies suggest that: 1) There is the media's <br />influence on the learning outcomes of mathematics learning, 2) There is interest <br />in studying the influence on the results of studying mathematics, and 3) There is no interaction between the learning outcomes of students with interest in learning mathematics students. </p>
