Abstract Most of the residents of Baros village work in the agricultural and plantation sectors with most of the residents having education up to junior high and high school levels. Thus, they do not understand the law and technology that is currently developing due to their low educational background. Therefore, Baros Village needs socialization about the online legal assistance of nonlitigation in order towards a modern and justice village. The method used is in the form of socialization accompanied by counseling to the community, namely by providing explanations and discussions with the aim of activities that Baros villagers understand the importance of online legal assistance through non-litigation using current technology such as computers, laptops and hand phones. The results of the activities in the socialization turned out to be many Baros villagers who did not understand the existence of online legal assistance to resolve their cases outside the court such as negotiation, mediation, conciliation, and consultation. The village office must provide an internet network, computer or laptop for its citizens to learn technology in order to become a modern village.   Abstrak Sebagian besar penduduk desa Baros bekerja di sektor pertanian dan perkebunan dengan  sebagian besar warganya mempunyai pendidikan sampai tingkat SMP dan SMA. Sehingga mereka  kurang memahami hukum dan teknologi yang berkembang saat ini dikarenakan latar belakang pendidikan yang masih rendah. Oleh karenanya,  Desa Baros perlu adanya sosialisasi tentang pentingnya memahami teknologi dan hukum untuk dapat menyelesaikan sengketanya secara online dan melalui alternative penyelesaian sengketa diluar pengadilan atau non litigasi.  Metode yang digunakan berupa sosialisasi disertai penyuluhan kepada masyarakat yaitu dengan memberikan penjelasan dan diskusi dengan tujuan kegiatan agar warga desa Baros memahami pentingnya bantuan hukum online melalui non litigasi dengan menggunakan teknologi saat ini seperti computer, laptop dan Hand phone. Hasil kegiatan dalam sosialisasi  ternyata banyak warga desa Baros yang tidak memahami adanya bantuan hukum online untuk menyelesaikan perkaranya melalui diluar pengadilan seperti negosiasi, mediasi, konsiliasi, konseltasi. Kantor desa harus menyediakan jaringan internet, computer atau laptop untuk warganya belajar teknologi agar menjadi desa yang modern.

Abstract The computer distance teaching system teaches through the network, and there is no entrance threshold. Any student who is willing to study can log in to the network computer distance teaching system for study at any free time. Neural network has a strong self-learning ability and is an important part of artificial intelligence research. Based on this study, a neural network-embedded architecture based on shared memory and bus structure is proposed. By looking for an alternative method of exp function to improve the speed of radial basis function algorithm, and then by analyzing the judgment conditions in the main loop during the algorithm process, these judgment conditions are modified conditionally to reduce the calculation scale, which can double the speed of the algorithm. Finally, this article verifies the function, performance, and interface of the computer distance education system.

One of the important functions of antennas is to facilitate wireless communication. The IEEE 802.11 is part of the IEEE802 set of local area network technical standards, and specifies the media access control and physical layer protocols for implementing wireless local area network computer communication. The network physical layer protocol with a centre frequency of 2.4 GHz has a bandwidth of 22 MHz. A conformal load-bearing antenna structure (CLAS) facilitating this communication band that is tuned to 2.4 GHz must remain within this bandwidth. The aim of this paper is to investigate the effects of mechanical loading imposed on a load-bearing patch antenna with respect to its ability to remain within the specified bandwidth. The mechanical loading configurations considered include tensile, biaxial, and twisting. This paper will also report on the response of the antenna patch to the presence of a disbond between the metallised antenna and its substrate, which can arise due to fabrication anomalies and operational usage. This numerical work will assist in the design of experimental testing of the mechanical and electromagnetic properties of an embedded CLAS, which will ultimately be used to inform selection of appropriate regions to place patch antennas on load-bearing deformable surfaces.

The paper deals with the development of software for traffic flow simulation combining the widest spectrum of mathematical approaches used in this field. Macro- and microscopic models, models of cellular automata as well as different numerical methods of their computer implementation are incorporated into a digital platform. Original developments of the authors of the paper  such as quasi-gas dynamic traffic model and multilane cellular automata model take the main place. Potential users of the software are students and researchers. The platform possesses an intuitive graphical interface ensuring interactivity. Microsoft Visual Studio with C# is chosen as the development environment, the Unity 3D engine is employed for visualization and collaboration with WinForm projects. In the future, the platform can be transformed into a network computer laboratory providing access to information resources via  Internet.

Nowadays, the development of information technology can be described as extremely rapid, especially with the widespread use of the Internet; the security of communications in the network has become an important issue we are facing. The purpose of this article is to solve the problems in today’s network security data encryption algorithms. Starting from the computer network communication security data encryption algorithm, we discuss the effects of several different encryption methods on improving network security. The research results show that it is known that the application of link encryption algorithm in network communication security encryption algorithm can increase the security index by 25%, the node encryption algorithm can increase the security index by 35%, and the end-to-end encryption algorithm can make the cyber activity safety index to increase by 40%. Among them, RSA algorithm and DES algorithm are two very representative algorithms; they represent different encryption systems. From the perspective of network data link, there are three methods of encryption algorithm, namely, link encryption algorithm, node encryption algorithm, and end-to-end encryption algorithm.

Background: With the advance of technology, our capacity to assess patients with dementia is also developing. It is possible to administer cognitive examinations using technology, such as the iPad-based Toronto Cognitive Assessment, but hitherto difficult to autonomously administer them. Many of the ’inputs’ from patients could be easily scored with software, but highly variable inputs such as the clock drawing are extremely difficult to score, precluding automated administration and scoring. This work focuses on the development of a neural network designed to assess cube drawings, infinity drawings, and clock drawings. Methods: 3200 drawings, evenly split between clocks, cubes and infinities were generated, with half being correct and half incorrect. A SqueezeNet was trained on 2000 images, validated on 800 drawings, and then tested on 400 drawings. Results: The SqueezeNet was able to achieve 97% accuracy on 400 images it had never seen before in categorizing images as “Cube”, “Clock”, “Infinity”, or “Other” (incorrectly drawn). Conclusions: This neural network can successfully determine the difference between correctly and incorrectly drawn images commonly used in cognitive examinations, overcoming the final barrier to autonomously administering and scoring cognitive examinations. Next steps are to clinically validate an autonomous examination program which has been modeled after the Addenbrooke Cognitive Examination-3.

Nowadays, people work indoors most of the time, so indoor environment and air quality will directly affect the health of the body. Therefore, it is very important to carry out research on indoor air quality monitoring, especially in offices, classrooms, shopping malls and other spaces. Closed and crowded places. There is a need for an indoor computer monitoring system that can grasp the environment of multiple rooms in the room in real time to achieve the purpose of monitoring and early warning. The purpose of this article is to study the development trend of computer monitoring technology optimization in interior design planning. This article through the in-depth study of computer monitoring technology, analysis of the current advanced computer monitoring core technology, combined with my country’s contemporary interior design planning environment, to discuss the development and application of computer technology in interior design planning. And through the research and analysis of these development applications to explore the necessity of upgrading my country’s indoor environmental monitoring system. This article will take the application of computer monitoring technology in interior planning and design as the research object and conduct research and analysis through literature method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method. Investigation and research show that Zigbee technology is used by most people. Compared with other wireless network computer monitoring technologies, ZigBee has better power, distance and convenience. The excellent application of computer monitoring technology in indoor planning and design makes it very good to monitor some indoor values in people’s lives.

The computer laboratory is a place for practical learning for students, where computers have an important role in the smooth running of the practice. The use of computer labor at any time is very vulnerable to damage. If there is damage it will disrupt the teaching and learning process. Utilization of data mining in determining the level of damage is one of them. SMKN 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang has 3 laboratories, TKJ (Network Computer Engineering), RPL (Software Engineering) and Technician labor. Application of the Decision Tree method in identifying damage to computer laboratory equipment, especially TKJ (Computer Network Engineering) labor. The data obtained in this study are computer equipment sourced from the computer laboratory of SMKN 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang. Based on the analysis of the computer laboratory, there are 50 computer laboratory equipment. Furthermore, if the data is processed, several variables are needed to identify the level of damage to labor equipment including the name of the tool, number of tools, inspection, duration of use, and condition. The result of testing this method is to test whether the labor equipment can still be used or repaired. The purpose of this research is to help computer labor technicians to identify computer labor equipment that can still be used or repaired so that no damage occurs during practical learning hours. Furthermore, the best method in determining the level of damage to computer laboratory equipment is the Decision Tree Algorithm method. Decision Tree Algorithm is a predictive model using a decision tree structure and makes complex decisions simpler. The results of the research method show that the condition variable has the highest Gain value, namely 0.4734353, then the variable length of use is obtained with a Gain value of 0.896038. The factors that cause damage include the condition of the tool and the duration of use.
