The resignation of an Indian Administrative Services Officer named Rani Nagar and its non-acceptance by the state government of Haryana had revived the debate around sexual harassment in India. The reason given by the officer was sexual harassment by a senior and non-action of authorities leading to her feeling threatened for her safety. It highlights the fact that position of women in India is not corresponding to their professional achievements. The mindset of society remains attached to the notion of inferior status of women in general, regardless of their professional status. This paper seeks to delve more into the issue of sexual harassment per se and find the actual root cause that serves as a driving force behind such acts of perpetrator. It is done by using cases, theories and examples of contemporary times.

This study aims to describe managerial supervision in improving education administration services at SMAN 1 Jonggat, Central Lombok Regency. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were the principal, vice principal of the curriculum section, vice principal of the public relations section, and the head of administration. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by presenting data, reducing data and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to obtain the validity of the data using source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of managerial supervision at SMAN 1 Jonggat carried out by the principal and the head of administration in improving educational administration services includes program planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The managerial supervision carried out has been carried out optimally so that it can improve administrative services and improve the quality of education in schools.

The study bases on the SHARE Wave 8 COVID-19 Survey conducted in June-August 2020 in 26 European countries and Israel via CATI. The association between health status of older workers and their involvement into labour market in Latvia is the strongest in Europe. In the short term, the first wave of the infection outbreak affected the employment of older population in the Baltic States to much lesser extent than in most of participating countries. The proportion of those workers who experienced unemployment, lay-off or closure of business, as well as changes in the number of working hours was considerably lower than average values. The branches with traditionally high share of older workers (education, healthcare, agriculture, administrative services) were least affected by lockdown measures. Remote work from home in the Baltic States as well as combining work from home with usual work place was lower than the European average. The existing labour legislation in Latvia does not ensure sufficient protection of workers’ rights and health in the situation of remote work.

The research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Regulation Number 25 in 2009 concerning public service on the organization of the local forces and investigate the hindrance factors of the implementation of Regulation Number 25 in 2009 concerning public service on the regional organizations. It was empirical juridical research employing the interview method. The technique of data analysis applied descriptive analysis. Findings revealed that the public services of Gorontalo District's regional organizations had been implemented based on the procedure operational standard and the provision of Legislation, although it was not effective. It can be seen from community satisfaction with administrative services that still need to be addressed and improved. The hindrance factors of implementing public service regulation were human resources and the availability of facilities and infrastructures. In creating public services appropriately with the Legislation, the government should be entirely done to improve employees' awareness. Society or paying attention to the organization management and adequate human resources and facilities and infrastructures can support the role of government in improving the public services, particularly the regional organizations of Gorontalo District.

The objective of the article is to analyze the content and particularities of the use of artificial intelligence in legal practice. Historical and legal, epistemological, and comparative scientific methods are used. It has been clarified that artificial intelligence is the ability of a computer (machine) to simulate human intelligence while solving certain tasks. This type of intelligence is also designed to solve complex integral tasks related to the collection, processing, storage, generalization, and other actions with information. It has been argued that the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in all spheres of public life requires adequate legal regulation of all aspects of their use. The main guidelines for the development of artificial intelligence in legal practice have been identified, namely: development of innovative cybersecurity systems; determination of the list of administrative services, the decisions of which can be made by automated systems using special information processing algorithms; development of digital systems for the identification and verification of persons; use of artificial intelligence technologies to detect illegal activities in computer systems, registries, other socially dangerous phenomena; protection of personal data; development of technologies for e-government.

This study aims to determine the direct effect of interpersonal communication, universal-diverse orientation (UDO), and self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services, as well as to determine the indirect effect of interpersonal communication and universal-diverse orientation (UDO) through self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services at State University of Jakarta. The research used was a survey with a causal design. The number of sample respondents was determined as 178 employees, the sampling technique was carried out by simple random (sample random sampling) from 230 employees of the State University of Jakarta.  The results of this study indicate that; (1). There is a positive direct effect of Interpersonal Communication on the Quality of Academic Services, (2). There is a positive direct influence Universal-Diverse Orientation (UDO) on the Quality of Academic Services, (3). There is a positive direct effect of Self Efficacy on Academic Service Quality., (4) There is a positive direct influence of Interpersonal Communication on Self Efficacy, (5) There is a positive direct influence of Universal-Diverse Orientation (UDO) on Self Efficacy. The novelty in this research is that research conducted at this time is research looking at several variations of variables such as the influence of interpersonal communication, universal-diverse orientation (UDO), and self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services and quality variables as independent variables.

The article presents some of the results of a study of the state of administrative services in local administration in Bulgaria. The research is conducted within the framework of research contract № NID NI-2/2019 of UNWE on the topic: Integrated model for administrative services at the local executive administration. The research is of a practical and applied nature and covers the two programming periods of Bulgaria’s membership in the European Union. The results of two independent studies are presented: a study of implemented municipal projects for improvement of administrative services; a survey for establishment of the current state of administrative services at local level. The main problems and challenges for the administrative service in the municipal administration are summarized.

ABSTRAK             Sebagai suatu lembaga layanan publik bagi masyarakat umum, Kantor Desa Tanggaran dituntut untuk memberikan layanannya yg sesuai dengan harapan masyarakatnya sebagai penerima layanannya. Maka dari itu dari pihak Kantor Desa wajib menjaga kepercayaan & kepuasan yang diberikan masyarakarat untuk terus meningkatkan mutu jaminan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui & juga menganalisa nilai kepuasan masyarakatnya terhitung nilai pada unit layanan administrasi di Kantor Desa Tanggaran. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung & faktor penghambat pada nilai kepuasan semua masyarakatnya terhitung layanannya publik di kantor desa tanggaran kecamatan Pule kabupaten Trenggalek. Metode yang digunakan penulisan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisa kualitatif. Lokasi dari penelitian ini  pada kantor desa Tenggaran kecamatan Pule Kab. Trenggalek. Data primer penelitian ini yaitu berupa hasil angket online maupun dari hasil wawancara kepada masyarakatnya yg mendapatkan layanannya publik di kantor desa Tenggaran kecamatan Pule kabupaten Trenggalek. Data sekunder berupa kumpulan laporan, buku, & juga catatan yg berkaitan erat dengan pelaksanaan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yg digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil dari kuesioner online, wawancara, & dokumentasi. Therefore, the Village Office must maintain the trust  and satisfaction of the community by improving the quality of its services. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of community satisfaction with administrative services at the Tanggaran Office and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of community satisfaction with public services at the Desa Tanggaran Office, Kecamatan Pule, Kabupaten Trenggalek.             The research method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative analysis, the location of this research is at the Desa Tanggaran Office, Kecamatan Pule, Kabupaten Trenggalek. The primary data in this study were the results of filling out online questionnaires and interviews with people who received public services at the Desa Tanggaran Office, Kecamatan Pule, Kabupaten Trenggalek. Secondary data in the form of reports, books, or notes that are closely related to research. Data collection techniques used in this study were online questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The authors believe that the presence of technology, especially digital applications, has not only made it easier for the work of a limited group such as business and banking and other businesses, but this digital application has also provided extraordinary convenience to educational administration matters especially universities. We have collected evidence of researchers' findings in technology effectiveness in administrative services at universities. Furthermore, this information requires a comprehensive study to summarize the data as a discussion material to identify how the ease of providing high-quality applications can be improved with digital technology application services. In this field, we use a coding application form for a comprehensive data evaluation and conclude that the data findings are significant in answering the problem on the principle of high validity. Based on this, we can understand that technology has revolutionized administrative services at universities, including managing student literacy both from study entry and graduation, it is also helpful for academic services, financial affairs, academic development management. We believe this data is in answering problems and the existence of these findings is an essential input for efforts to develop the application studies using applications to improve the quality of high change services in the future.
