Abstract System effectiveness evaluation is an important part of constellation satellite communication system research, with applications in project verification and optimization as well as tactical and technical measurement argumentation. This paper presents a systematic and comprehensive effectiveness evaluation method for a constellation satellite communication system under a probabilistic hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy preference relationship (PHIFPR), aiming to better address the fuzziness and uncertainty in effectiveness evaluation. First, a proposed definition of PHIFPR describes the hesitancy of evaluators, provides hesitancy distribution information, and depicts the worst negative information and risk preferences in effectiveness evaluation. Then, we deduce the approximate consistency index of PHIFPR and establish a mathematical programming model to increase individual consistency when the approximate consistency index does not reach a predetermined level. In the sequel, a proposed group consensus index uses the PHIFPR-based Hausdorff distance to measure the closeness between evaluators' judgements. Afterwards, a consistency and consensus improvement model is designed to retain the original opinions of evaluators to make the consistency and consensus of PHIFPRs acceptable. Moreover, a goal programming model is established to gain the reliable scheme priority weights by regarding the approximate consistency condition of a PHIFPR as a fuzzy constraint. Finally, an experimental example is offered to highlight the practicability and feasibility of the proposed method, and some comparative analyses with other methods offer insights into the designed method.

Aiming at the problems of large evaluation error and low accuracy of determining the key degree of evaluation indicators in the existing evaluation of labor legal effectiveness, this paper designs a labor legal effectiveness evaluation algorithm for affirmative action against gender discrimination. Firstly, using hits degree, the degree of gender discrimination, and social influence, enterprise practice and government supervision and management are determined as the evaluation indexes of labor legal effectiveness in this paper, and on this basis, the labor legal effectiveness evaluation system against gender discrimination is designed. Then, the judgment matrix of the evaluation index of labor legal effectiveness against gender discrimination is constructed. After normalization, the weight of the evaluation index is calculated by entropy method, which lays a foundation for subsequent research. Finally, the tree enhanced Bayesian network is used to classify the labor legal effectiveness evaluation indicators, and the correlation between the indicators is determined through the Spearman rank correlation coefficient. Finally, the labor legal effectiveness evaluation model against gender discrimination is designed through the clustering algorithm, and the labor legal effectiveness evaluation indicators against gender discrimination are input to complete the effective evaluation. The experimental results show that the error of the evaluation algorithm is small, and the accuracy of determining the key degree of the evaluation index is high.

A Cache plays a vital role in improving performance in the multicore environment, especially the Last Level Cache (LLC). The improvements in performance are based on the block size, associativity, and replacement policies. Most of the papers concentrate on traditional Least Recently Used (LRU) based replacement policies for their replacement decisions. Unfortunately, the replacement decisions do not enhance performance of the cache as expected. An enhanced modified Pseudo LRU policy is proposed, which is an approximation of LRU. The proposed methodology uses counters to enhance the confidence of replacement decisions based on the history of the replaceable blocks in cache. It is very clear from the Simulation results that the replacement scheme proposed exhibits better performance improvement in terms of miss ratio of about 3% and energy efficiency of about 2% on an average.

The Evaluation of any training programme has certain aims to fulfil. These are concerned with the determination of change in the staff behaviour and the change needed in the organizational structure. Hence evaluation of any training program must inform us whether the training programme has been able to deliver the goals and objectives in terms of cost incurred and benefits achieved. Training as the process of developing skills, Habits, Knowledge and attitudes in employees for the purpose of increasing effectiveness of employees in their present positions as well as preparing employees for future positions in organization Purpose of current research is a Evaluation Effectiveness of training courses in Islamshahr University by Kirkpatrick Model. The study is an applied one and the data collection method has been descriptive. The statistical population consisted of personnels, Managers and teachers. The data was collected through the application of sampling, questionnaires. Descriptive statistics were used in order to measure the main indicators of effectiveness Evaluation of training courses. Research findings show that effectiveness of training courses is below the standard level. also data gathered about effectiveness evaluation indicated that reaction, le arning, behaviour and organizational levels need to be improved. The study showed that the effectiveness evaluation in the subject centre needed to be improved through implementation of optimizing training design, redefining training roles, providing enough budget, management commitment, attention to individual, job and organizational needs, motivation mechanism, use of ongoing and summative evaluation.
