Alternanthera sessilis (Linn). R. Br. ex DC. is a treasure house of phytochemicals belongs to family Amaranthaceae, popularly known as stalkless joy weed, sessile joy weed, dwarf copperleaf, joy weed, Garundi, Guroo, Kanchari. The ability of its seeds to germinate in any season of the year makes it a constantly flourishing component of the vegetation. The main objective of current investigation was to study the qualitatively preliminary phytochemical analysis of such weed species. The fresh plant leaves of Alternanthera sessilis were screened to understand the phytochemical potential with the use of four extracts such as aqueous, acetone, methanol and ethanol. The outcome of the study indicates that the fresh plant contains different classes of secondary metabolites such as alkaloids, carbohydrates, cardiac-glycosides, flavonoids, phenols, saponins, tannins, terpenoids, quinones, coumarins etc. Phytochemical are certain non-nutritive plant chemicals which have allelopathic properties. These phytochemical constituents play an important role in formulation of pharmaceutical and pharmacological drugs

The current investigation aims to synthesize MgFe2O4 magnetic nanoparticle and measure the thermal conductivity of MgFe2O4 ferrofluid. Prepared MgFe2O4 nanoparticle's structural characterization, the concentration of constituents, and surface morphology were analyzed using XRD, EDAX, and TEM respectively. This study also analyses the influence of magnetic flux on the thermal conductivity of MgFe2O4/ EG: H2O (60:40) based ferrofluids formed by the two-step method. Thermal conductivity of ferrofluid measured at different volume fractions (ranging from 0.01% to 0.20%) show that thermal conductivity augmented with an escalation in volume fraction and the highest enhancement of 10.32% was reached at 0.20% volume fraction. Results indicate that the applied magnetic flux improves the thermal conductivity of ferrofluid from 10.32% to 14.75% at 0.20% volume fraction and 350 Gauss Magnetic flux.

Abstract Infinitely variable transmission (IVT) is a system which delivers the ratio between two turning elements to a continuous (non-discrete) variation (including zero). This article uses Solidworks software to build and simulate a cam-based IVT system. There are two identical units in the system under examination. Each unit comprises a cam with an oscillating slot connection that swings on a hinge and can be vertically shifted by changing the transmission rate. This modifier can be a power screw or a hydraulic ram. In addition, a grooved wheel and followers or an actuator are included in the system units. The raised wheels swing rotating movement, such that they are coupled by a single-way clutch to the output shaft (ratchet) to move the output shaft one way. During the performance research, cam shapes are considered and examined inside the mechanism. a mixture of the unchanging speed and 1-5 polynomial shapes, used for the current investigation and tailored for The results produced from the simulation generally reveal the theoretical results expected in accordance with the layout of the current IVT system. For all parts in these units, the findings imply a uniform velocity while each unit is powered. In this investigation, nevertheless, the ratchets used cause remarkable fluctuations in the angular speed of the output axis. Further research is therefore urgently needed in the choice and investigation of more efficient ratchets.

In recent years, online reputation management has become increasingly crucial in the hotel industry, as online reviews have become one of the most critical factors in choosing accommodation. Consequently, hotels have adapted themselves to this new reality and define strategies focused on online reputation management, whose primary goal is to monitor and correct unwanted situations verified on the internet. Regarding its importance, several investigations about online reputation management have been made, but mostly about their impact on consumer satisfaction and decision-making. This investigation shows that hotels in Lisbon adopt adequate strategies in both four and five-star hotels, and their classification (star rating) did not influence the strategies chosen by them. Additionally, hotels with the same classification have similar strategies, in contrast to some investigations in the literature. Finally, the method of data collection chosen for the current investigation was the online survey, since it allows the collection of a significant volume of data in a short period.

This article discovers by facilitating a brief recognition of Gender-based violence (hereinafter GBV) and its impact in society as breach of human rights which administration is abandoning for years. The article reconnoitres different behaviours in which women are being victimized, degree of violence, its effect on victims and society at large. The current investigation will also covers adequacy of prevailing laws for women’s safety; acquiescence by Government and to what extent Pakistan fulfils its legal pledge related to CEDAW? Moreover flaw existing in CEDAW and Pakistan’s current debate in parliament to have new regulations in this sphere is also being discussed. In the end, suggestions and recommendations are made for Government, United Nations and Global Community for applied purpose through which women can be provided legal safeguard.

Turnip is an ancient edible plant belongs to family Braaicacaceae. Traditionally it is used for the treatment of various disorders such as diabetes, hepatotoxicity, ulcer, and anti-inflammatory activity. Therefore the current investigation was attempted to investigate the anti-inflammatory activity of Brassica rapa root extract against complete fluids adjuvant induced inflammation in experimental animals. The Ethanol extract of Brassica rapa was prepared by a hot extraction procedure and phytochemical analysis of different extract was done by different chemical tests. Daily oral treatment of indomethacin, and extract for twenty-one days after three days of CFA administration significantly decrease the paw volume, hepatic biomarkers as well as ameliorated the level of a hematological parameter such as hemoglobin, RBC, WBC, ESR and bodyweight of experimental animals. From the result of the current investigation, it can be concluded that the Brassica rapa extract possesses anti-inflammatory activity. Further study is required to explore the mechanism responsible for its anti-inflammatory activity.

Abstract The present paper deals with the Sharma–Tasso–Olver–Burgers equation (STOBE) and its conservation laws and kink solitons. More precisely, the formal Lagrangian, Lie symmetries, and adjoint equations of the STOBE are firstly constructed to retrieve its conservation laws. Kink solitons of the STOBE are then extracted through adopting a series of newly well-designed approaches such as Kudryashov and exponential methods. Diverse graphs in 3D postures are formally portrayed to reveal the dynamical features of kink solitons. According to the authors’ knowledge, the outcomes of the current investigation are new and have been listed for the first time.

Aim: In the current investigation, tablet dosage form of hydroalcohol extract of leaves of P. emblica was developed and evaluated foranti-inflammatory activities. Methodology: Hydroalcohol extract of leaves of P. Emblica (HPE) was prepared and formulated tablet dosage form. The mechanical properties e.g. hardness, friability, disintegration, and dissolution of tablet were evaluated. Anti-inflammatory activities of HPE (150 mg/kg) and HPE (650 mg) tablets were performed in carrageenan induced hind paw edema in wistar rats. Results: The anti-inflammatory activity was found to be significant in carrageenan inducedpaw edema. HPE (150 mg/kg) and HPE tablets (650 mg) were significantly (p < 0.05) reduced the carrageenan induced paw edemaby 66.41% and 69.43% respectively as compared to                carragenan control. The % inhibition of standard drug (dichlorofenac sodium) was recorded to be 70.18% after 5 h. Conclusion: The study standardised the development of HPE tablet and its anti-inflammatory effect.

The goal of the current investigation was to determine whether prosocial peer associations can serve as protective factors by interacting with key components of the peer influence effect. A moderated mediation analysis performed on 2,474 youth (52% female) from the Gang Resistance Education and Training (GREAT) study (mean age = 12.13 years) revealed that Wave 2 prosocial peer associations moderated the peer delinquency–neutralization relationship. Alternately, Wave 3 prosocial peer associations moderated the neutralization–violent offending relationship. Hence, neutralization beliefs were disproportionately weaker in participants with fewer delinquent peer associations and more prosocial peer associations, whereas the effect of neutralization on delinquency was attenuated, though not eliminated, by strong prosocial peer associations. These results suggest that prosocial peer associations may serve a protective function at different points in the peer influence sequence and that they may be more than simply the converse of peer delinquency.
