The aim of this paper is to introduce the notation of pre-local function A^(p^* )(I, ?) by using pre-open sets in an ideal topological space (X, ?, I). Some properties and characterizations of a pre-local function are explored Pre-compatible spaces are also defined and investigated. Moreover, by using A^(p^* )(I, ?) we introduce an operator ?: P(X)?? satisfying ?(A) = X-?(X-A)?^(p^* )for each A ? P(X) and we discuss some characterizations this operator by use pre-open sets.

The paper shows that the adaptation of energy methods to automated calculation of mobile machines frame constructions consists of developing a single algorithm applicable to different construction schemes. The calculation outset still remains the idea of getting a function of potential energy of deformation as a function with unknown inner power factors. Search for local function minimum of potential power of deformation has been based on the function’s discrete grid-surface. We managed to reach tactical flexibility of coordinate descent method in an attempt to continue approaching local minimum in cases of a dead end situation by changing the discrete course. The paper suggests extending the implemented algorithm from 3-D surface dealing only with two power factors, to n-D one with many unknown values.

Abstract Let G be a group and A a set equipped with a collection of finitary operations. We study cellular automata $$\tau :{A^G} \to {A^G}$$ that preserve the operations AG of induced componentwise from the operations of A. We show τ that is an endomorphism of AG if and only if its local function is a homomorphism. When A is entropic (i.e. all finitary operations are homomorphisms), we establish that the set EndCA(G;A), consisting of all such endomorphic cellular automata, is isomorphic to the direct limit of Hom(AS, A), where S runs among all finite subsets of G. In particular, when A is an R-module, we show that EndCA(G;A) is isomorphic to the group algebra $${\rm{End}}(A)[G]$$ . Moreover, when A is a finite Boolean algebra, we establish that the number of endomorphic cellular automata over AG admitting a memory set S is precisely $${(k|S|)^k}$$ , where k is the number of atoms of A.

AbstractLanguage-integrated query based on comprehension syntax is a powerful technique for safe database programming, and provides a basis for advanced techniques such as query shredding or query flattening that allow efficient programming with complex nested collections. However, the foundations of these techniques are lacking: although SQL, the most widely-used database query language, supports heterogeneous queries that mix set and multiset semantics, these important capabilities are not supported by known correctness results or implementations that assume homogeneous collections. In this paper we study language-integrated query for a heterogeneous query language $$\mathcal {NRC}_{\lambda }( Set,Bag )$$ NRC λ ( S e t , B a g ) that combines set and multiset constructs. We show how to normalize and translate queries to SQL, and develop a novel approach to querying heterogeneous nested collections, based on the insight that “local” query subexpressions that calculate nested subcollections can be “lifted” to the top level analogously to lambda-lifting for local function definitions.

Abstract In this paper, we introduce the notion of fuzzy ideals in fuzzy supra topological spaces. The concept of a fuzzy s-local function is also introduced here by utilizing the s-neighbourhood structure for a fuzzy supra topological space. These concepts are discussed with a view to nd new fuzzy supra topologies from the original one. The basic structure, especially a basis for such generated fuzzy supra topologies and several relations between different fuzzy ideals and fuzzy supra topologies are also studied here. Moreover, we introduce a fuzzy set operator ΨS and study its properties. Finally, we introduce some sets of fuzzy ideal supra topological spaces (fuzzy *-supra dense-in-itself sets, fuzzy S*-supra closed sets, fuzzy *-supra perfect sets, fuzzy regular-I-supra closed sets, fuzzy-I-supra open sets, fuzzy semi-I-supra open sets, fuzzy pre-I-supra open sets, fuzzy α-I-supra open sets, fuzzy β-I-supra open sets) and study some characteristics of theses sets and then we introduce some fuzzy ideal supra continuous functions.

AbstractIn this note, we study the relationship between Zariski and relative closedness for actions of (smooth) algebraic groups defined over valued (mainly local) fields of any characteristic. In particular, we use some recent basic results regarding the completely reducible subgroups and cocharacter-closedness due to Bate–Herpel–Röhrle–Tange and Uchiyama to construct some actions of simple algebraic groups G of the types {D_{4}}, {E_{6}}, {E_{7}}, {E_{8}}, {G_{2}} on an affine variety defined over a local function field k, and {v\in V(k)} such that the geometric orbit {G.v} is Zariski closed although the corresponding relative orbit {G(k).v} is not closed in the topology induced from k. Besides, by using an interesting result due to Gabber, Gille and Moret-Bailly, we show that this phenomenon does not appear when we consider the action of either a smooth unipotent group or a smooth commutative algebraic group, defined over an admissible valued (e.g., local) field.

In this paper, by using β-open sets in [1] we introduce and investigate the conceptsof the β-local function, Is∗g-β-closed sets and Ig-β-closed sets in an ideal topological space. In addition to the properties, an operation cl∗β is defined and the properties are obtained similarly with the local function in [8].

Abstract This article gives results on fixed complete lattice L-fuzzy pre-proximities, L-fuzzy grills and L-fuzzy filters. Moreover, we investigate the relations among the L-fuzzy pre-proximities , L-fuzzy grills and L-fuzzy filters. We show that there is a Galois correspondence between the category of separated L-fuzzy grill spaces and that of separated L-fuzzy pre-proximity spaces. We introduced the local function associated with L-fuzzy grill and L-fuzzy topology and studied some of its properties. Finally, we build an L-fuzzy topology for the corresponding L-fuzzy grill by using local function.
