Continuous data update on current trends and development perspectives, consumer preferences and innovative solutions in Travel & Tourism requires flexibility and a complex integrity-based approach using Agile and simultaneous development of the content and its verbal component, and compact packaging of new knowledge. The choice of precedent sources of professional and thematic aspect of linguistic knowledge is subject to the principles of integration teaching and functional conditionality for further realisation of activity-communicative needs of future specialists in international hotel-tourism business. The research findings in changing tourism business models and terminology are packed in a cumulative matrix of impact factors, newly formed customer segments and emerging business models.

Research data in Vietnam have been fragmented, and this is a long-standing fact. Although several universities repeatedly claim that they have been the leading players in economics research, actual data may not support their claims. In a recent attempt, Dr. Le Van Ut of Ton Duc Thang University in Ho Chi Minh City compiled a data set to figure out Vietnamese scholars’ internal capacity. Nonetheless, this report covers too large a spectrum that economics research has little weight. In fact, only one person represents the humanities and social sciences in Dr. Ut’s 22-person lifetime achievement list, and only a handful in his 2021 most influential list.

Background: Despite the available diagnostics and treatment, tuberculosis (TB) is a serious infectious disease currently occurring. Even some high-income countries in the world do not fully control it at this time. The reason for this situation is the lack of elimination programs to address the situation. The aim of the update of the prediction data was to create a presumption of TB development in Slovakia by 2040. Methods: We used the time series prediction method with exponential equalization. The basis for the calculation were historical data on the incidence of TB from 1960 to 2018 in Slovakia (data for the last 58 yr). This time series has a clearly declining level. In view of this trend, we have set a threshold, whether and when the incidence in the future will fall below 5.0 patients per 100,000 inhabitants. Results: In case of a favorable development, the limit of our incidence drop below 5.0 cases per 100 000 inhabitants in 2022, when the incidence will be 4.91 per 100 000 inhabitants. In 2040, the predicted incidence of TB should be 1.78 per 100 000 inhabitants. A gradual decline may also be related to a decrease in the population of the Slovak Republic. Conclusion: Slovakia belongs to those countries of the world where TB is under control. Increased surveillance of high-risk communities through community interventions and countries' readiness for global migration can help to influence factors that may aggravate the epidemiological situation of TB.

Here, a new superfamily of IS630-Tc1-mariner (ITm) DNA transposons, termed Sailor, is identified, that is characterized by a DD82E catalytic domain and is distinct from all previously known superfamilies of the ITm group. Phylogenetic analyses revealed that Sailor forms a monophyletic clade with a more intimate link to the clades of Tc1/mariner and DD34E/Gambol. Sailor was detected in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes and invaded a total of 256 species across six kingdoms. Sailor is present in nine species of bacteria, two species of plantae, four species of protozoa, 23 species of Chromista, 12 species of Fungi and 206 species of animals. Moreover, Sailor is extensively distributed in invertebrates (a total of 206 species from six phyla) but is absent in vertebrates. Sailor transposons are 1.38–6.98 kb in total length and encoded transposases of ~676 aa flanked by TIRs with lengths between 18, 1362 and 4 bp (TATA) target-site duplications. Furthermore, our analysis provided strong evidence of Sailor transmissions from prokaryotes to eukaryotes and internal transmissions in both. These data update the classification of the ITm group and will contribute to the understanding of the evolution of ITm transposons and that of their hosts.

Background: As the standard for the exchange of data over the World Wide Web, it is important to ensure that the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) database is capable of supporting not only efficient query processing but also capable of enduring frequent data update operations over the dynamic changes of Web content. Most of the existing XML annotation is based on a labeling scheme to identify each hierarchical position of the XML nodes. This computation is costly as any updates will cause the whole XML tree to be re-labelled. This impact can be observed on large datasets. Therefore, a robust labeling scheme that avoids re-labeling is crucial. Method: Here, we present ORD-GAP (named after Order Gap), a robust and persistent XML labeling scheme that supports dynamic updates. ORD-GAP assigns unique identifiers with gaps in-between XML nodes, which could easily identify the level, Parent-Child (P-C), Ancestor-Descendant (A-D) and sibling relationship. ORD-GAP adopts the OrdPath labeling scheme for any future insertion. Results: We demonstrate that ORD-GAP is robust enough for dynamic updates, and have implemented it in three use cases: (i) left-most, (ii) in-between and (iii) right-most insertion. Experimental evaluations on DBLP dataset demonstrated that ORD-GAP outperformed existing approaches such as ORDPath and ME Labeling concerning database storage size, data loading time and query retrieval. On average, ORD-GAP has the best storing and query retrieval time. Conclusion: The main contributions of this paper are: (i) A robust labeling scheme named ORD-GAP that assigns certain gap between each node to support future insertion, and (ii) An efficient mapping scheme, which built upon ORD-GAP labeling scheme to transform XML into RDB effectively.

Learning business Chinese through digital materials has become an inevitable tendency with the growth of the internet and impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the increasing research-based publications and practices relating to Chinese language textbooks, there is a dearth of assessment indicators weight systems constructed by alternative research tools and statistical methods to evaluate the quality of the growing digital business Chinese materials. To the best of our knowledge, no literature review has been published on using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to construct the assessment indicators of digital business Chinese materials. Therefore, this study aims to fill this gap by reviewing the existing, but limited, literature and providing recommendations for developing a checklist—based on the assessment indicators weight system—to evaluate digital business Chinese materials. The preliminary PC2U (Production, Content, Use, and Usefulness) assessment indicators are constructed based on the current research on business Chinese, CLTML, and relevant assessment indicators. In addition, the analysis hierarchy process (AHP) is used to construct the weight system. The results show that it is crucial to prioritize the access of digital business Chinese content. Of the three criteria in the content dimension, learning needs and credibility are equally important, and both are more important than data update. The assessment indicators are not only beneficial to fill the knowledge gap on business Chinese research, but also helpful for publishers and teachers to compile and select high quality digital business Chinese materials.

Abstract. The data update of the geographic information public service platform requires the joint investment of the resources of the national, provincial and municipal nodes of the platform. How to efficiently organize the collaboration of nodes at different levels is a problem that needs to be solved in the construction of the platform. The platform linkage update management system proposed in this paper is based on a workflow engine and driven by data flow. Its functions include data fusion agreement handling, data update, data access and distribution, problem feedback, announcement, statistics & analysis, system management and other functions. The system is suitable for the joint participation of construction and maintenance units suitable for all nodes to participate in, get through the online and offline update process and related resources. The construction of the system can better coordinate the construction of national geographic information public services, and achieve the effect of "linked update and shared services". The system provides higher efficiency for the dynamic update of the geographic information public service platform, allowing geographic information data resources to provide services for natural resource management and economic and social development in a more timely and extensive manner.

Abstract. Based on an improved generative adversarial networks algorithm (CGAN), this paper explores a technical way to realize map transformation through autonomous learning and training of remote sensing images. Just skip the trial process vector data update and cumbersome process of mapping the basic map elements can be automatically transform, the image on the main streets and typical rules of construction material, can achieve automatic identification and transformation, greatly shorten the tile map production and update cycle, improve the efficiency of the network map service quality. The results of the test platform have proved that it can be applied to a certain extent and can basically meet the requirements of network map production.
