The educational policy will be developing strong human competency in which teachers’ research skill was one of most competency standards. This study introduces teachers’ research skill development through the Wlodkowski’s motivational approach and coaching and to study the teachers’ attitude toward action research. This study also examines the struggles and problem of doing action research. Participants included 12 teachers who are in the non-formal education center, Lampang, Thailand. The Wlodkowski’s motivational approach and coaching were used to develop teachers’ research skill. Data was collected by using the research skill inventory (RSI) and the research attitude toward inventory (RATI) which struggle and problems of doing action research questions. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze teachers’ research skill and teachers’ attitude toward. Friedman test and Wilcoxon test were conducted to evaluate median differences among the reseach skills and created pairwise comparisons. Content analysis was used to analyze the struggles and problem of doing action research. Results revealed that in-service teachers’ research skills increased in all domains. Teachers’ research skill scores after received treatment were significantly greater than the teachers’ research skill scores before received treatment, z = -3.07, p = .002. The posttest score of teachers’ attitudes toward was significantly greater than pretest score, z = -3.08, p = .001. Teachers struggled with how to conduct research and who could help them.

Maternal and neonatal mortality rates are indicators used to determine public health status. Health services that have been carried out to reduce maternal mortality by the Sempor 1 Health Center were visited by pregnant women and neonates, assistance efforts by health workers, postpartum maternal services, pregnant women receiving iron tablets and TT techniques, handling of obstetric and neonatal complications, family planning services, and health services. nutrition. However, the services that have been done, there was no service that included husbands and families of the pregnant women who live in the same house. The purpose of this service was to carry out the KARSU PULUK SI IBU program for high-risk pregnant women. This community service method was lecture, discussion and mentoring. The community service participants were 5 midwives of the Health Center, 13 village midwives, and 10 pairs of high-risk pregnant women. The result of this activity was an agreement to implement the KARSU PELUK SI IBU program at the Sempor 1 Health Center. Knowledge improvement in 10 couples who were given education and mentoring during the program was proven by the average pretest score of 65 and the post-test average of 77 (increasing by 12). Conclusion the KARSU PELUK SI IBU program was carried out on 10 pairs of high-risk pregnant women, high-risk pregnant women were monitored and received support from their husbands

Acceptance of the Covid-19 vaccine for pregnant and postpartum women is very low, one of the things that causes it is the lack of information regarding the benefits of the Covid-19 vaccine itself, this causes pregnant and postpartum women not to be vaccinated. The purpose of this community service is conduct counseling related to Covid-19 vaccination education for pregnant and postpartum women. The method of implementing this service is counseling about Covid-19 vaccine education for pregnant and postpartum women, The partners in this service activity are the Kalkubula auxiliary health center in the working area of ??the Biromaru Health Center. The instruments used in this activity are pretest and posttest questionnaires. The average pretest score for 21 pregnant and postpartum women was 40, after education and posttest assessment the average score increased to 70. The conclusion from this activity was that pregnant women and postpartum mothers got better knowledge regarding the Covid-19 vaccination. Suggestions for health workers to further increase education activities for Covid-19 vaccines so that mothers' interest in getting vaccines increases.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training variants using Shooting After Dribbling Exercises and Shooting After Passing Exercises on Shooting Accuracy in athletes aged 11-13 years SSB Soccer Pranata in 2021. The population of this study were 30 SSB Soccer students, the technique of taking The sample used purposive sampling as many as 10 people with predetermined criteria. The data collection technique is carrying out tests and measurements of shooting accuracy in the form of pre test and post test, namely Shooting After Dribbling and Shooting After Passing. Measurement of the test is done by shooting the target ball that has been determined 5 times and then the results are added up. The results of this study indicate that (1) Shooting after dribbing and Shooting after passing exercises provide a significant increase in shooting results for players aged 11-13 years at SSB Soccer Pratama 2021. It can be seen from the difference in the average ability of students before training. and after exercise. (2) The pretest score of the players in this study was 5.4 while the score of the posttest of the players was 13.8 with t count = 10.1 and ttable = 2.13 so that it can be said that tcount >ttable. So it can be concluded that this exercise greatly affects the shooting ability of players aged 11-13 years at SSB Soccer Pratama on their shooting abilities.

The purpose of this development research is to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of using Powtoon animation learning media for flat-sided geometry. The development model used is the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII-2 MTsS Syamsuddhuha (junior high religious school). The percentage results of product assessment by media experts are 96% in the very feasible category, the percentage result of product assessment by material experts is 92% in the very feasible category, and the percentage result of product assessment by 10 small group students is 94% in the very feasible category. Based on the results of the product assessment by all validators who stated that it was very feasible, the Powtoon animation learning media developed had meet the criteria for use for students. The effectiveness of using the product can be seen from the results of the comparison of the students' average pretest and posttest scores. The resulting product is effective in increasing the understanding of mathematical concepts, as evidenced by the average pretest score of 43,44, an increase in the posttest of 84,27, and the N-Gain value of 0,72 in the high category. It can be concluded that Powtoon animation learning media is feasible and effective to be used in improving the understanding of mathematical concepts.

The study aimed to 1) determine the effect of learning using the PjBL model assisted by Padlet on environmental pollution material on student literacy, and 2) find out the student responses toward the learning using the PjBL model assisted by Padlet on environmental pollution material on students scientific literacy. The research used a quasi-experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest control group design. The sample selection techniques used Purpose Sampling, both Experiment and control class. Data collection techniques were questionnaires, documentation, and tests. Data analysis used the Independent Sample T-Test and the coefficient of determination. The finding showed that the treatment of the research subject was the class. In the experimental class, the pretest score was 71.79 and the posttest score was 75.94. Meanwhile, in the control class, the pretest score was 60.27 and the posttest score was 66.53. The N-Gain value was 0.35 in the Experiment class and 0.31 in the control class, so it was in the medium category. In short, the implementation of the PjBl model assisted by Padlet on environmental pollution material affects students' scientific literacy by 4.6%.

Penyakit diare merupakan penyakit endemis di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2016 terdapat 911.901 kejadian diare di Jawa Tengah. Salah satu sebab diare adalah infeksi protozoa usus. Penyakit diare yang disebabkan oleh protozoa usus pada siswa SD bisa terjadi karena banyak faktor, antara lain yaitu pengetahuan dan sikap tentang protozoa usus yang bisa menyebabkan diare, serta perilaku dalam pencegahan diare karena protozoa usus. Perilaku dalam hal ini yang bisa mencegah terjadinya diare karena protozoa usus yaitu menjaga personal higiene siswa, misalnya mencuci tangan sebelum makan dan sesudah buang air besar. Oleh karena itu, kami mengadakan pengabdian masyarakat dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan tentang protozoa usus yang bisa menyebabkan diare kepada siswa-siswi SD Makamhaji 03 Sukoharjo. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada siswa-siswi SD Makamhaji 03 Sukoharjo tentang protozoa usus yang dapat menyebabkan diare. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu tanggal 13 November 2019 di SD Negeri Makamhaji 03 Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Peserta penyuluhan terdiri dari siswa-siswi kelas IV, sebanyak 37 anak. Siswa-siswi mengikuti penyuluhan dengan antusias. Acara ditutup dengan penyerahan washtafel dan sabun cuci tangan dari tim penyuluh kepada pihak sekolah. Persiapan, proses dan hasil penyuluhan baik. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang protozoa sebagai penyebab diare. Hal tersebut bisa diketahui dari nilai kuesioner. Rata-rata nilai pretes adalah 2,45 sedangkan rata-rata nilai postes adalah 3,16.---Diarrhea is an endemic disease in Indonesia. On 2016, the incidence of diarrhea was 911.901 cases in Central Java. One of microorganism can cause diarrhea is intestinal protozoa. Protozoal diarrhea in elementry school students can occur because of many factors, such as knowledge and attitude  of the diarrheal prevention. One of the attitudes is about maintain personal hygiene, such as washing hands before and after eating and after defecation. We did the community service by socialization to the students about intestinal protozoa as cause of diarrhea. The socialization aimed to give adequat information about intestinal protozoa as cause of diarrhea to the students of SD Makamhaji 03 Sukoharjo. The community service was held on Wednesday, 13th November 2019 in SD Makamhaji 03 Sukoharjo. The audience was students of 4th grade of SD Makamhaji 03 Sukoharjo, 37 students. The students attended the socialization well. There  was donation of washtafel and hand soap from presenter team to school team. The preparation, process and socialization result was good. There was increasing of students’ knowledge about intestinal protozoa as cause of diarrhea, within the mean of pretest score was 2.45 meanwhile the mean of postes score was 3.16.

Cadmium (Cd) is a nephrotoxic heavy metal which endangers human health, especially welding workers. Cadmium can enter the body through inhalation of formed air pollutants. Cadmium would then bind with metallotionins, binds Cd+Mt, which would be deposited in the kidneys and induces the formation of lipid-free radical peroxidation that damages the kidneys, characterized by an increase of creatinine and β2 microglobulins. This service aims to educate welding workers about the impact of cadmium intoxication on the body and the prevention against cadmium exposure. The methods used are demonstration and playback of a video about prevention against cadmium exposure. This activity was carried out on May 6th, 2021 at the CV. Rigansa Mataram welding workshop. The activity was attended by ten participants. The results are an increase of knowledge from a mean pretest score of 50 to a mean posttest score of 90

This research aims to find out how students learn on workshop engineering lessons and engineering drawings in class X audio video SMKN 3 Selong, by using youtube as a medium in learning. The purpose of research is to find out whether there is a good and increased influence by using youtube-based learning media with convensional learning on student learning outcomes. The learning process by using youtube can make students' learning outcomes higher compared to the conventional learning process in workshop engineering subjects and engineering images in class X audio video. In the experimental class with youtube as a medium of learning, the pretest score was 58.68 and the posttest score about of 83.65 and in the control class with the conventional model the average pretest was 54.28 and the average posttest score was 72.21. Based on the data, there was a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes by using youtube as a learning medium. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil dari belajar siswa pada pelajaran teknik kerja bengkel dan gambar teknik pada kelas X audio video SMKN 3 Selong, yaitu menggunakan youtube sebagai media dalam belajar. maksud dari penelitian adalah mengetahui Apakah ada pengaruh yang baik dan meningkat dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis youtube dengan pembelajaran secara Convensional terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, melalui metode eksperimen dengan satu kelas control dan satu kelas eksperimen. Proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan youtube dapat membuat hasil belajar siswa menjadi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan proses pembelajaran dengan konvensional pada mata pelajaran teknik bengkel dan gambar teknik di kelas X teknik audio video. Pada kelas eksperiment dengan youtube sebagai media pembelajarannya, nilai pretest 58,68 dan nilai posttest memiliki rata-rata 83,65 dan pada kelas kontrol dengan model konvensional nilai pretest rata-rata 54,28 dan nilai posttest berada pada rata-rata 72,21. Berdasarkan dari data tersebut terlihat peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan youtube sebagai media pembelajaran.
