With the collaborative collection of the Internet of Things (IoT) in multidomain, the collected data contains richer background knowledge. However, this puts forward new requirements for the security of data publishing. Furthermore, traditional statistical methods ignore the attributes sensitivity and the relationship between attributes, which makes multimodal statistics among attributes in multidomain fusion data set based on sensitivity difficult. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a multidomain fusion data privacy security framework. First, based on attributes recognition, classification, and grading model, determine the attributes sensitivity and relationship between attributes to realize the multimode data statistics. Second, combine them with the different modal histograms to build multimodal histograms. Finally, we propose a privacy protection model to ensure the security of data publishing. The experimental analysis shows that the framework can not only build multimodal histograms of different microdomain attribute sets but also effectively reduce frequency query error.

The COVID-19 pandemic has frightened people worldwide, and coronavirus has become the most commonly used phrase in recent years. Therefore, there is a need for a systematic literature review (SLR) related to Big Data applications in the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. The objective is to highlight recent technological advancements. Many studies emphasize the area of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Our study categorizes the many applications used to manage and control the pandemic. There is a very limited SLR prospective of COVID-19 with Big Data. Our SLR study picked five databases: Science direct, IEEE Xplore, Springer, ACM, and MDPI. Before the screening, following the recommendation, Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses (PRISMA) were reported for 893 studies from 2019, 2020 and until September 2021. After screening, 60 studies met the inclusion criteria through COVID-19 data statistics, and Big Data analysis was used as the search string. Our research’s findings successfully dealt with COVID-19 healthcare with risk diagnosis, estimation or prevention, decision making, and drug Big Data applications problems. We believe that this review study will motivate the research community to perform expandable and transparent research against the pandemic crisis of COVID-19.

Abstract In this paper, through the FPGA technology and torque measurement system design method for analysis and research, through the use of photoelectric coding circurling measurement function and the difference between the multi-channel code disk torque measurement. In this paper, the characteristics and state of the output signal of the multi-channel code tray are classified, and the principle of torque measurement is analyzed and studied. In this paper, the logic control, data statistics, latch and other contents involved in hardware FPGA technology are analyzed and studied, so as to effectively simplify the system circuit. When the counting data, status signal and other contents are uploaded to the master computer for processing, it is convenient to monitor the vibration of torque signal in real time. By using the upper computer part of the virtual instrument to receive the relevant data of the microcontroller, so as to store, call and process the data, it not only improves the intelligence of the system, but also reduces the use cost of hardware resources.

This paper provides an in-depth analysis and study of the interactive flipped classroom model for a digital micro-video for a big data English course. To improve the learning efficiency of English courses and reduce the learning pressure of students, the thesis also uses certain techniques to apply audiovisual language to the production of specific micro-class videos, broadcast the successfully recorded micro-class courses to students, and then use the questionnaire to randomly distribute the designed audiovisual language use questionnaire. Micro-classes earnestly perform data statistics for students and finally conduct data analysis to summarize and verify the effects of micro-class audiovisual language use. The improved algorithm can effectively reduce the fluctuation of the consumption of various resources in the cluster and make the services in the cluster more stable. The new distributed interprocess communication based on protocol and serialization technology is more efficient than traditional communication based on protocol standards, reduces bandwidth consumption in the cluster, and improves the throughput of each node in the cluster. The content design and scripting of micro-video teaching resources are based on this. Then, the production process of micro-video teaching resources is explained, according to the selection of tools, the preparation, recording, editing, and generation of materials.

Variance and standard deviation, as a kind of discrete function, are an important content in high school teaching, and they are widely used in data statistics. For high school students, they have difficulty understanding abstract concepts such as stability, volatility, and degree of dispersion when they are first exposed to discrete functions. In actual teaching, you can apply “bullseye chart” to “variance” teaching, and use abstract concept diagrams. Demonstration helps high school students to intuitively understand the concept of “variance” and the nature of dispersion.

Patterns of endogenous activity in the brain reflect a stochastic exploration of the neuronal state space that is constrained by the underlying assembly organization of neurons. Yet it remains to be shown that this interplay between neurons and their assembly dynamics indeed suffices to generate whole-brain data statistics. Here we recorded the activity from ~40,000 neurons simultaneously in zebrafish larvae, and show that a data-driven network model of neuron-assembly interactions can accurately reproduce the mean activity and pairwise correlation statistics of their spontaneous activity. This model, the compositional Restricted Boltzmann Machine, unveils ~200 neural assemblies, which compose neurophysiological circuits and whose various combinations form successive brain states. From this, we mathematically derived an interregional functional connectivity matrix, which is conserved across individual animals and correlates well with structural connectivity. This novel, assembly-based generative model of brain-wide neural dynamics enables physiology-bound perturbation experiments in silico.

Abstract Objective Through preliminary investigation of needs for clinical research training, to provide some initial evidence for design and operation of clinical research training programs in China. Methods An online questionnaire containing 23 questions about demographics, current practice of clinical research and needs for clinical research training was formulated to collect data from physicians and researchers in hospital. Convenience sampling was adopted. Results A total of 600 valid questionnaires were collected, including 507 from physicians, 58 from full-time clinical researchers and 35 from full-time basic medical researchers. Results showed that 14 % of the participants never participated in any clinical research, difficulties in data statistics were reported by more than 70 % of participants, and over 50 % reported training needs for cohort and biobank construction, data management and clinical study design. As to the training form, a combined on-line lecture with off-line communication is preferred. As for the content of the training program, strategies for literature reading and grant writing are highly demanded. Conclusions In China, even physicians in top hospitals tend to encounter various difficulties when conducting clinical research. This study highlights the importance of systematic training for future physician scientists in China, with a particular focus on data statistics, cohort and biobank construction and data management.

Abstract The volatile flavor compound in oil is an important indicator of quality which is widely used in the industry to assess the commercial value of oil. The volatile compounds of moringa seed oil were investigated by HS-SPME-GC/MS. The results showed that 52 volatile compounds were identified in moringa seed oil, including 12 hydrocarbons (20.66%),3 acids (23.99%),8 alcohols (8.28%),2 esters (2.61%),8 aldehydes (14.58%),2 ketones (0.82%),7 phenols (6.25%) and 10 heterocyclics (8.74%). Due to the low sensory threshold and high relatively content of aldehydes, aldehydes is one of the mainly factors to affect the flavor of moringa seed oil.

Abstract The outdoor control cabinet of intelligent substation includes the central control cabinet and the intelligent control cabinet. The internal integrated circuits and electronic components are easily affected by the environmental humidity. Through the operation and maintenance data statistics, it is found that the existing heating and dehumidification system in the control cabinet can not fully meet the humidity requirements in the cabinet. In view of this problem, this paper analyzes the factors leading to the increase of humidity in the cabinet, puts forward the research on the improvement of moisture-proof technology of JIS control cabinet in 220kV substation based on big data. In an environment where the air temperature changes rapidly, the test data verify that the moisture-proof technology of JIS control cabinet in 220kV substation based on big data can effectively reduce the humidity in the intelligent control cabinet, and effectively ensure the safe operation of electronic equipment in the intelligent control cabinet.
