A hospitality attitude is needed by the local community when the village where they live will become as a tourism village. This attitude is closely related to the way the community welcomes guests who come and even stay overnight in tourist villages. The aim of this training program is to improve hospitality knowledge and skills in tourism groups in Budo Village, wori sub-district, North Minahasa Regency. The training method is carried out in the form of: a teaching system, simulation through role play, and at the end of the training an evaluation of the entire material being taught is carried out. The expected outcome is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the tour groups and has a broad impact on the local community in Budo Village

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of a stable device with an instability device using circuit training method on balance, flexibility, abdominal muscle strength. This research used quasi-experimental design by giving exercises aided instability devices using a gym ball with a circuit training method in six training posts. Trainer used the gym ball instability devices programmed: 1) bridge on stability ball, 2) single leg on stability ball, 3) hip lift on stability ball, 4)single-leg hip lift on stability ball, 5) stability ball leg rotations stability ball leg rotations 6) prone scaption (Y) on stability ball. Total population is 90 male students, age ± 19 years, height ± 164.40 cm, and body weight ± 55.33kg. From the test of each group (paired sample), it was found that there was a significant difference between pretest and posttest on the variable group of stable devices with instability devices (p-value> 0.05), while the control group did not have any difference (p-value <0.05). Meanwhile, ANOVA test results obtained only the average value of the balance variable in the instability device group using gym ball with control (p-value 0.002 <0.05), the stable device using a mattress and control (p-value 0.000 <0.05), the flexibility group of the stable devices using a control mattress (p-value 0.001 <0.05), the abdominal muscle strength device instability using a gym ball with a control (p-value 0.007 <0.05 <0.05) which has a difference.

The global situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic has forced employers to find an adequate way to conduct training in order to ensure work safety. The underground mining industry is one of the industries which, due to its nature, was not able to switch to remote work. Conducting traditional training risked spreading the virus among workers. For this purpose, it was necessary to start a search for a form of training that would be safe and would not cause additional stress for employees. Research on the development of an active employee training method and testing of the method itself was conducted online. In order to develop a method of active training, one of the most important workstations was selected, which is the operation of the conveyor belt. The training method comprises four training modules. The modules cover questions related to the operation of the conveyor belt, emergencies, its assembly and disassembly, repair and maintenance. The developed issues also take into account questions concerning natural hazards and work safety. The entire training course lasts 10 days. Every day, an employee receives a set of eight questions sent to their email address, which they must answer before starting work. The article describes the methodology and implementation of the training.

The log messages generated in the system reflect the state of the system at all times. The realization of autonomous detection of abnormalities in log messages can help operators find abnormalities in time and provide a basis for analyzing the causes of abnormalities. First, this paper proposes a log sequence anomaly detection method based on contrastive adversarial training and dual feature extraction. This method uses BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) and VAE (Variational Auto-Encoder) to extract the semantic features and statistical features of the log sequence, respectively, and the dual features are combined to perform anomaly detection on the log sequence, with a novel contrastive adversarial training method also used to train the model. In addition, this paper introduces the method of obtaining statistical features of log sequence and the method of combining semantic features with statistical features. Furthermore, the specific process of contrastive adversarial training is described. Finally, an experimental comparison is carried out, and the experimental results show that the method in this paper is better than the contrasted log sequence anomaly detection method.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training methods and work ethic on students' work competencies. The focus of teaching implementation is observed using two training methods, namely: on the job training method using internship training and simulasi method using simulation. The initial work ethic of students is limited to low and high categories. This type of research is a quasi-experimental with a 2 × 2 factorial design. The research population is all students of class XI of the Hospitality Accommodation Department at SMK Negeri 7 Bengkulu City, totaling 123 people. The sample was selected using the intact group technique from four classes selected to be two learning classes as the experimental group. The selected class is drawn by lottery to determine the treatment of the internship training and simulasi methods. Each treatment group was grouped based on low work ethic and high work ethic. The research instrument is a work competency assessment sheet and student work ethic. The data analysis technique used is 2-way analysis of variance. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) the average work competence of students using the internship training method is higher than those using the simulation method. (2) The average work competence of students who have a high work ethic is higher than students with a low work ethic. (3) There is an interaction effect between training methods and work ethic on the work competence of students. (4) Students with a high work ethic who take part in the internship training method have higher work competencies compared to the simulation method. (5) Students with a low work ethic who take part in the internship training method have lower work competencies than those using the simulation method.

PurposeThis research aims to provide an updated meta-analysis of cross-cultural training effectiveness through quantitatively reviewing the links between cross-cultural training and three outcomes: adjustment, cultural intelligence and job performance.Design/methodology/approachDrawing from 37 independent samples from 1991 through August 2021 involving a total of 7,040 trainees, the author adopt random-effects meta-analyses method to assess the relationships between cross-cultural training and three outcomes and examine potential moderators (i.e. training phase, training method and rating source) that influence these relationships.FindingsThe meta-analytical results mainly support our hypotheses. Cross-cultural training -adjustment exhibits a medium and significant positive effect, whereas cross-cultural training is positive significantly related to job performance and cultural intelligence of small effect sizes. Training method and data source significantly moderate the cross-cultural training's impact on cultural intelligence and performance correspondingly.Originality/valueThis study considers longitudinal statistics for measuring cross-cultural training effectiveness, breaking down the inadequacy of cross-sectional measurement and covers sub-dimensions of cross-cultural training outcomes to provide more comprehensive and advanced evidence of cross-cultural training effectiveness for the latest 30 years.

Computer-aided diagnosis of pathological images usually requires detecting and examining all positive cells for accurate diagnosis. However, cellular datasets tend to be sparsely annotated due to the challenge of annotating all the cells. However, training detectors on sparse annotations may be misled by miscalculated losses, limiting the detection performance. Thus, efficient and reliable methods for training cellular detectors on sparse annotations are in higher demand than ever. In this study, we propose a training method that utilizes regression boxes' spatial information to conduct loss calibration to reduce the miscalculated loss. Extensive experimental results show that our method can significantly boost detectors' performance trained on datasets with varying degrees of sparse annotations. Even if 90% of the annotations are missing, the performance of our method is barely affected. Furthermore, we find that the middle layers of the detector are closely related to the generalization performance. More generally, this study could elucidate the link between layers and generalization performance, provide enlightenment for future research, such as designing and applying constraint rules to specific layers according to gradient analysis to achieve “scalpel-level” model training.

130 children and adolescents aged 6 to 16 years with a diagnosis of autoimmune thy-roiditis (AIT) at the stage of hypothyroidism underwent a course of hypoxytherapy. The high ef-ficiency of the normobaric interval hypoxic training method in the treatment of hypothyroidism on the background of AIT is shown. An increase in the function and number of CD8+ cells after a course of hypoxytherapy prevents the progression of the autoimmune process and promotes the restoration of thyroid function, which in turn leads to positive dynamics in the neurological status of patients: improved indicators of mental performance and fine coordination of move-ments. Key words: autoimmune thyroiditis, hypothyroidism, hypoxytherapy, interval hypoxic training, neuroimmunoendocrine disorders.
