The research aims is to determine factors that directly cause stress in the working environment deaf and hearing workers. The sample consisted of 30 deaf workers and 33 hearing workers. For the needs of the research, the measuring instrument of the International labor organizations was used (2003). Research results show that isolated stressors factors are more common in a subsample of deaf subjects. Fear of losing a job, fatigue and short deadlines, lack of support from colleagues and managers, constant change of obligations, feeling insecurities, fear of position in the firm, and communication difficulties are isolated causes of stress in deaf workers. Daegokcheon Stream in Daegok-ri, Ulju-gun, is an area with a developed valley and bedrock from Gajisan Provincial Park to the confluence of the Taehwa River across the Yangsan Fault. To measure the rock of Bangudae petroglyphs, the mineralogical weathering, joints, and scours or cavities at the bottom were confirmed. The measurement was carried out for a short period of time on the joint of the bedrock on which the Bangudae petroglyphs were engraved. Compared to the measured value obtained using existing optical fiber (Ch4 150 µm), a displacement value of 300 µm was obtained using the non-attached, non-contact type of measuring instrument. In the future, it is inferred that this instrument could be used for various cultural properties if the HSV-value suitable for illuminance and various measurement experiences are stored.

The research aims to determine the effect of learning organizations on married female permanent employees' performance at restaurants in Jakarta and Bali by mediating job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The phenomenon that occurs is that married female employees at restaurants tend to work less optimally and are reluctant to participate in development training programs since the Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020. This quantitative research was conducted with purposive random sampling on 73 married female employee respondents. The measuring instrument is a questionnaire with five-Likert scales—data processing using CB-SEM with Smart PLS program. The results showed a significant influence of learning organizations on female staff performance through the mediation of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research contribution is expected to provide input to the management at restaurants in managing the performance of married female employees.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to look at bullying behavior that occurs in elementary schools and how the pattern of handling it by the parties involved in it. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Each variable uses a measuring instrument in the form of a scale made for each variable. The age level and background of the subject will also be the limitations that will be carried out in taking information. This study involved 75 students who were sampled from grades 4 to 6. Bullying behavior that occurred in elementary schools was still dominated by physical bullying (48.56%), followed by verbal bullying (26.28%), ostracism (12.10%), cyberbullying (5.2%), and sexual harassment (7.05%). Bullying behavior is only considered normal delinquent behavior so that no serious action is taken by the school, especially teachers so that there is no specific handling of bullyingKeywords: Bullying, Elementary school  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perilaku bullying yang terjadi di sekolah dasar dan bagaimana pola penanganannya oleh pihak yang terkait didalamnya. Recently, there has been a revival of interest in the use of the information approach in the theory of measurements. Unlike the traditional approach, information theory does not evaluate error or uncertainty, but entropy and the amount of information. This article analyzes a number of recent publications that develop ideas for the information approach. The limitations and disadvantages of both the entropy approach and the concept of uncertainty are indicated. As a compromise solution, it is proposed to use a criterion based on the Bongard’s uncertainty and useful information. The concept of information uncertainty is proposed, which is estimated by the amount of negative useful information, that is, misinformation introduced by the measuring instrument. Some methods for calculating information uncertainty are described. The problems of using the uncertainty approach are noted. This approach does not imply the use of such a generalized characteristic of measuring instruments as an accuracy class. The article proposes an analogue of the accuracy class in the form of relative informational uncertainty, expressed as a percentage. This will make it possible to evaluate the quality of the measuring instrument by a single parameter, the calculation of which requires a minimum of computational operations.

Verbal aggressive behavior is exhibited in individuals due to low self-control. This study aimed to develop instruments for aggressive behavior in students, to help improve the students’ self-control. The instrument development method was used. The data were collected through a questionnaire tested on 30 students of class XI SMK Diponegoro Majenang, chosen by random sampling. The Aiken formula with valid conditions > 0.73 was used for evaluating the validity. The KMO test results of 0.728 > 0.50 meant that the instrument could be considered valid as a measuring instrument. The reliability test was carried out with the Alpha Cronbach formula and a result of 0.853 > 0.60 was obtained. This meant that the self-control scale could be considered reliable to measure the level of control in students exhibiting aggressive behavior Keywords: development; instrument; self-control; aggressive behavior

This study aims to determine the relatioship between emotional intelligance and mariage adjusment in wives who are married to diffrent ethnic groups with their partners. The measuring instrument used in this study is the marriage adjustment scale and emotional intelligence. The two scales were complied with the likert model scale and tested using person product moment correlation analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Packges for Social Scieice) computer program version 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate a value of Rcount= 0.512, Rtable= 0.197 and P= 0.000, the value of 0.512 is the value of r count > r table, where this number shows a fairly strong correlation or relationship between emotional intelligence and marriage adjustment in wives who are married differently tribes with partners in Samarinda City. The relationship between emotional intelligence and marital adjustment is a positive relationship.
