The resulting seed heap from the field is never clean. In the process of harvesting seeds, various impurities are found in the seed pile. As impurities in the seed heap, there may be weed seeds, various fragments of plant parts, mineral particles: lumps of earth, pebbles and others. Cleaning the seed pile to the regulated indicators provided for in the regulatory document is the main task of post-harvest seed refinement. Impurities that differ in size from the seeds of the main crop are easily removed by wind-screen machines. It is impossible to completely remove all impurities on windscreen machines. Therefore, there is a need for a secondary, better cleaning of the seed pile. Pneumatic sorting tables are able to divide the seed pile according to the density of seeds. Because of additional secondary cleaning of seeds, it is possible to increase the purity of seeds, which is necessary for the trouble-free operation of modern sowing machines. The PSS-1 pneumatic sorting table has a number of settings that are changed by the operator depending on the culture. Basic settings: seed feeding, fan flap adjustment, changing the longitudinal and transverse angle of inclination of the working deck, the oscillation frequency of the working deck, adjustable shutters of the seed receiver. The operator of the cleaning process can quickly change all settings. The use of a pneumatic sorting table in the secondary cleaning of the seed pile is possible on various vegetable crops. In the process of cleaning seeds on a pneumatic sorting table, fragments of stems, leaves, pods and others are removed from the seed pile together with lightweight impurities, and lightweight unripe seeds are also removed, which helps to increase the germination of seeds obtained after cleaning.

On the sample of 84 Serbian companies which operate on Kosovo territory (Serbian enclaves) in post-conflict situation we want to find out which factors are crucial for their survival and success. Also we want to find out is EU regulatory document for small enterprises helpful for them in this situation. We did not find EU document helpful in this situation. The results have confirmed that the enterprises are aware that expanding the market range is the only real and sustainable method of developing their activities. The key limiting factor in expanding the market range is the unfair competition. Furthermore, we are particularly pleased with the fact that enterprises from the northern part of Kosovo and Metohia are aware of the importance of innovative activities, and they realized that in contemporary business world it is possible to survive and grow in the market only by developing and introducing innovations. There are no universal solutions in a post-conflict situations. Search for ideal solution for developing the entrepreneur activities and it depends on the combination of social/political, institutional, cultural and economic aspects.

Currently, the procedure for conducting clinical trials and military trials is regulated by a number of regulatory documents ranging from Federal laws to local orders of medical organizations. The article analyzes the regulatory documents of the Russian Federation in relation to conducting clinical trials and military trials with the participation of military personnel. It is noted that the legal status of a volunteer (military personnel) when conducting research in full-scale conditions is not fixed. In addition, in the case of conducting research with the involvement of military personnel as volunteers, it should be borne in mind that a serviceman has the right to engage in scientific, pedagogical and other creative activities. There is no regulatory document defining payments to volunteers participating in clinical trials. These organizational aspects require legislative permission to exclude legal conflicts in the planning, organization and conduct of research involving military personnel as volunteers (patients) (bibliography: 9 refs).

In world practice, self-compacting concrete is increasingly used due to its unique properties and advantages. Self-compacting concrete mixtures have high ductility, better fluidity, high density with low water content due to the use of special effective mineral and chemical additives that provide high performance for concrete. The rheological properties of SCC differ significantly from those of conventional concrete. In this regard, when designing the composition of concrete and controlling its quality in laboratory and production conditions, several methods for controlling the quality of a self-compacting concrete mixture were created. The purpose of this standard was to create a single regulatory document regulating the assessment of the quality of a self-compacting concrete mixture. Concrete from a self-compacting mixture can be used for underground and hydrotechnical construction for the erection of structures of large length, complex geometric shape and densely reinforced structures.

The article considers a fairly new problem associated with the emergence and development of a promising transport infrastructure – hydrotunnels. It is shown that due to the large fire load, which is represented by vessels passing through the hydrotunnel (passenger, dry cargo, container ships. tankers) there may be fires that threaten both the ships themselves and their crews, and the structure of the hydrotunnel – the collapse of its arch due to extreme thermal loads. A computer simulation was carried out using a field model of a fire, which confirmed the fact of a rapid increase in temperature and concentration of toxic combustion products, as well as the "tunnel effect" - the passage of a high-temperature gas flow to one of the ends of the tunnel. Suggestions are given on the actions of the personnel of vessels in the hydrotunnel and fire ships to extinguish the fire and rescue people. The necessity of equipping some hydrotunnels with drencher fire extinguishing systems is shown. The conclusion is made about the need for further research in terms of fire safety of transport hydraulic tunnels and the development of an appropriate regulatory document.

The article analyses the new Federal Educational Standards in Linguistics, the basic regulatory document for higher education which formulates norms and prescriptions with the goal of effective implementation of its objectives and requirements. It is common knowledge that the efficiency of such implementation depends on how accurately these prescripts are worded so that there are no inconsistencies or conflicting interpretations. It means that the authors of these Standards must provide for the optimal transfer, reproduction, and regulation of these prescripts and competencies and thus foresee the pragmatics of the educational discourse. The aim of the study is to identify the extent to which the Educational Standards’ pragmatic potential can be realized. The study is based on the fundamental principles of pragmatics as an instrument for combining ideal formulas with real factors that contribute to their implementation. Using content, discursive, and interpretive analysis, the authors find that there are significant contradictions between the Standards’ prescripts and the feasibility of the required results. One of the reasons for this discrepancy lies in the ambiguity of wording and interpreting of the basic categories and the resulting conflict between overlapping or complementary categories — all of which inevitably leads to differences in how they are perceived. Universities could actualize the educational discourse pragmatic potential much more effectively, if the pragmatic relations and educational objectives were more transparently defined and intercorrelated to finally implement a related pragmatic adaptation regarding types of competencies.
