E-learning-based learning has been widely applied in several educational institutions, one of which is Telkom University (Tel-U). Through the Center of e-Learning and Open Education (CeLOE) program established by Tel-U, network-based learning can be enjoyed by students. However, along the way, CeLOE encountered several obstacles, including the very rigid teaching materials that could have an impact on the reduced learning power of students. To solve this, it is necessary to improve the content of the material, especially learning videos by providing designs and animations for lecturer materials which on average contain full text. The approach used is the principle of visual design by utilizing motion graphics as the main aspect of material content with the ultimate goal of making learning videos more interesting and animated. Thus, the material presented can stimulate interest in learning for students at Telkom University.

Abstract Cellulose nanofibrils, CNFs, show a great potential in many application areas. One main aspect limiting the use of the material is the slow and energy demanding dewatering of CNF suspensions. Here we investigate the dewatering with a piston press process. Three different CNF qualities, two laboratory grades (high and low charge) and one industrial grade (low charge) were tested. The chemical conditions were varied by changing salt concentration (NaCl) and pH. For the original suspensions, the dewatering rate is substantially slower for the high charge CNFs. However, by changing the conditions it dewatered as fast as the two low charge CNFs, even though salt/acid additions also improved dewatering rate for these two CNFs. Finally, by tuning the conditions fast dewatering could be obtained with only minor effect on strength and barrier performance of films prepared from the CNFs.

Bioenergy recovery from lignocellulosic (LC) biomass is the beneficial and sustainable approach due to its abundant availability. On the Otherhand, its recalcitrant nature makes the biomass to resist biological hydrolysis and it limits the conversion potential of organics to biomethane. Thus, it is essential to evaluate the association among the recalcitrant nature of LC biomass and its biomethane conversion efficiency. Consequently, this review critically recaps the recalcitrance of LC biomass and its effects on bioenergy recovery, its composition and characteristics. In addition, various enhancement approaches (pretreatments) were conferred as main aspect which plays main role in biomass disintegration and biomethane increment. Based on up -to -date information, elevated energy input and cost necessities of the pretreatments are the main factors that mediates the economic feasibility of the process. The present review apart from spotlighting the pretreatment efficiency, it also focusses on the challenges and limitations of enhancement strategies, energy and technoeconomic feasibility of the various pretreatments of LC biomass.

When progressing from the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) to the Demonstration Fusion Reactor (DEMO), a system for transferring plasma heat exhaust to a power conversion system is necessary for the so-called Balance of Plant (BOP). During the preconceptual phase of the EU-DEMO project, different BOP concepts were investigated in order to identify the main requirements and feasible architectures to achieve that goal in the most efficient way. This paper comprises the investigations performed during the DEMO preconceptual design phase (p-CDP) and compares the different variants. The main aspect was focused on the helium-cooled pebble bed (HCPB) breeding blanket (BB) concept. After all assessments were performed, the indirect coupled design (ICD) was chosen as the reference configuration for the DEMO HCPB BOP for further development and optimization. The ICD provides decoupling using a molten salt storage loop, which accumulates thermal power during plasma pulses that are released during dwell periods. The work is supported by simulations using design codes EBSILON and MATLAB/SIMULINK, providing the basis for the next design phase.

The purpose of the work is to audit the fire safety of the Baikal ice rink in Irkutsk. Ensuring fire safety is the main aspect of the operation of a sports facility and is regulated by the Federal Law "Technical regulations on fire safety requirements", the state standard "Sports facilities. Safety requirements for sports and physical culture events. Test methods ”, sets of rules, etc. Design and construction of modern sports facilities is impossible without innovative technologies and materials. When carrying out various events in a sports facility, comprehensive security is required, including protection from all kinds of threats for spectators, participants and personnel, as well as the sports facility itself. Evaluation of anti -fire agents has been carried out. It is proposed to assess individual fire risks and additional preventive measures to reduce them.

The aim of this article is to analyze and assess the impact of the pandemic on the finances of households in Poland, compared to other CEE countries (including Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary), with particular emphasis on changes in the level of their savings, which are considered to be the foundation for the development of the indicated research group. There is no doubt that the pandemic had an impact on the situation of households, which is mainly visible in the labor market (rising unemployment), and thus the question arises to what extent have the households’ approaches to financial decisions changed because of this situation? The propensity to save was taken into account as a main aspect of this problem, because it has, among others, a big impact on the financial well-being (in a broader sense). Using the multiple linear regression method, the factors that influence the level of household savings were determined. The results of the research show that these factors are different in the analyzed countries and have a different impact on the level of the explained variable, which is the gross saving rate. The research should also be treated as a preliminary one. It constitutes a contribution to in-depth research with the use of more sophisticated statistical and econometric methods, which will allow for the better assessment of the examined issue.

In current days, there is a constant evolution in modern technology. The most predominant usage of technology by society is the internet. There are many ways and means on the internet through which data is transmitted. Having such rapid and fast growth of communicating media also increases the exposure to security threats, causing unintellectual information ingress. Steganography is the main aspect of communicating in an aspect that hides the extent of communication. Steganalysis is another essential concern in data concealing, which is the art of identifying the existence of steganography. A framework has been designed to identify the concealed data in the multimedia file in the proposed system. This work's main strength is analyzing concealed data images without embedding and extracting the image's payloads. A quantitative steganalysis approach was considered to accomplish the proposed objective. By using this approach, the results were achieved with 98% accuracy.

Abstract: The presence of the Constitution of Medina that was declared by the Prophet Muhammad after His migration did not only manage and organize the internal life of Muslims and unify them with the Jews as well as their allies but also presented a change on social status from stateless society to state society. It addresses an idea that the substance in the Constitution of Media should be overviewed and seen from various aspects of state’s and nation’s life. The purpose of this research is more intended to analyze the political principles in the Constitution of Medina. This study is qualitative with analytical descriptive method from data obtained in the literature. The data is then collected and analyzed inductively and deductively, which is elaborated with constitutional theory. This study resulted that substantially the Constitution of Medina contained the principle of politics that globally included elements of the state formation, model of state, governmental system, and type of power that remained in-progress at Medina based on the existing literatures in governmental science, political science, and developing countries in the whole world. The main aspect revealed in this study concerns the substance and implementation of the Medina constitution in the state administration that is relevant to modern countries that are developing at this time, both sociologically and politically.Abstrak: Kehadiran konstitusi Madînah yang ditetapkan oleh Nabi Muhammad setelah berhijrah, sesungguhnya tidak hanya sekedar menata intern kehidupan kaum muslimin dan mempersatukan di antara mereka dengan kaum Yahudi beserta sekutu-sekutunya, tetapi juga memberikan perubahan status sosial yang mulanya dari masyarakat bukan negara menjadi masyarakat yang bernegara. Ini memberikan gambaran bahwa materi konstitusi Madînah tidak dapat dilihat dari satu sisi atau dua sisi saja, tetapi mencakup berbagai aspek kehidupan dalam bermasyarakat dan bernegara. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini lebih dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis prinsip-prinsip kenegaraan dalam konstitusi tersebut. Kajian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis dari data yang diperoleh secara literatur. Data tersebut kemudian dihimpun dan dianalisis secara induktif dan deduktif, yang dielaborasi dengan teori ketatanegaraan. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan bahwa secara subtansial konstitusi Madînah memuat prinsip-prinsip kenegaraan yang secara global meliputi unsur-unsur terbentuknya sebuah negara, bentuk negara, sistem pemerintahan, dan jenis kekuasaan yang berlaku di Madînah pada saat itu sebagaimana yang dikenal dalam kepustakaan Ilmu Negara dan Ilmu Politik, dan juga sebagaimana yang berkembang di negara-negara di dunia. Aspek utama yang terungkap dalam kajian ini menyangkut substansi dan implementasi konstitusi Madînah dalam ketatanegaraan yang relevan dengan negara-negara modern yang berkembang saat ini, baik secara sosiologis maupun politis.

Six Sigma is a methodology for process improvement as well as a statistical concept that looks for to determine the variation intrinsic in any process. Six Sigma represents process, that is having 3.4 defects per million opportunities. i.e. 99.99966 % of the products from a Six Sigma process are perfect. Firms can impact their sigma level by combining main principles from the Six Sigma methodology into leadership styles, process management, and improvement activities. Main principle of the technique is a focus on the customer. There are many challenges in the implementation of Six Sigma. A well-run manufacturing team can make the entire firm more successful through cost-saving measures, increased quality and a larger inventory of products that the company can market. The Six Sigma objective is to make sure the process has minimum defects(3.4 defects per million chances). Every aspect of the process must be carefully planned and documented in detail in order for manufacturing to go efficiently. The main aspect of Six Sigma for enhancement in the manufacturing industry is to maximize the financial returns.

Hence it is becoming increasingly important that the coaches integrate psychological training in their day-to-day training program. This article discusses how a simple instruction of ‘Expecting the ball back’ that is commonly used, can have far reaching psychological benefits, if used with the right understanding.
