Abstract The article considers a vector control system for asynchronous electric drive of belt conveyors, which uses an adaptive observer to control the speed of the electric drive. This allows you to increase the reliability and inter-interval maintenance of the electric drive. The requirements for the observer are determined, its mathematical description is made, and the law of adaptation is determined. In the Matlab Simulink package, a computer simulation of the proposed sensor-free control system is performed. A study of the robustness of the actuator in terms of the drift of the parameters of the motor when powered from the inverter, expressed by the integral criterion for parametric robustness. Based on the results obtained, a comparison is made and conclusions are drawn about the advantages and disadvantages of using an adaptive observer in comparison with other types of observers.

В статье предлагается методика оценки комплекса параметров, характеризующих функционирование роботизированной системы сельскохозяйственных автомобилей. Для сравнения роботизированных автомобилей различных моделей предложено использовать метод анализа среды функционирования. В результате решения задачи линейного программирования с интегральным критерием эффективности построены границы эффективности в пространстве входных и выходных параметров оцениваемых автомобилей. Приведены результаты экспериментального исследования, позволяющие получить целевые изменения параметров транспортных средств. The article proposes a methodology for assessing a set of parameters that characterize the functioning of an agricultural robotic vehicle system. It is proposed to use the Data Envelopment Analysis method to compare robotic vehicles of various models. The efficiency frontiers in the evaluated cars' input and output parameter space are constructed by solving a linear programming problem with an integral criterion of efficiency. The experimental results are presented to obtain target changes in the vehicle parameters.

In the modern realities of the development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the current issue is the search for ways to create new aerial and ground integrated reconnaissance-strike complexes that are capable of quick reconnaissance and attack of an enemy. However, a reasonable choice of such a system should not create an excessive burden for the state economy in terms of its development, maintenance, and application, and must also have the prospect of timely bringing it to combat readiness. Therefore, this study considers a methodology for substantiating the choice of an optimal option of the reconnaissance-strike complex or system for its use in operations when developing programmes and development plans of the AF of Ukraine. The proposed methodology has an integral criterion for choosing a rational option of a reconnaissance-strike complex, which combines indicators for assessing the efficiency of the combat use of these systems under various conditions, the sufficiency of the state economic capabilities for its creation, maintenance, and use, and assessing the timeliness of its creation and bringing it to combat readiness. The method is based on a mathematical model of game theory. The decision to choose a particular option of the reconnaissance-strike complex occurs in conditions of uncertainty of the combat situation and the volume of tasks that would rely on these systems when performing combat tasks.

The aim of this research was to study the peculiarities of heart rate variability (HRV) and microcirculation in students, depending on their sport specialization. Methods and Results: Our study included the results of a survey of 96 students from 18 to 21 years of age who were the members of the national teams of their universities in athletics (n=49) and floorball (n=47). For ECG registration and analysis of hemodynamic findings, including those characterizing the HRV, we used the “Medical Soft” sports testing system (“MS FIT Pro”). For monitoring, we used the standard hemodynamic patterns (blood pressure, HR, stroke volume, cardiac output, and others), statistical and spectral indicators of the HRV, as well as an integral criterion of the state of microcirculation. The studied HRV parameters in most students generally were within the age range. At the same time, track and field athletes have large adaptive resources and, consequently, a more optimal level of myocardial fitness, in comparison with floorball players. Conclusion: The orientation of sports training among students affects heart condition.

The article is devoted to the presentation of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of projects for the creation of complex technical products of a new generation. It is shown that the classification of the projects under consideration creates methodological prerequisites for increasing the accuracy and quality of forecasts of time and resources. It is asserted that in the general set of innovative processes, innovative projects for creating a new generation of aviation products fall into an independent subgroup of innovative projects for creating complex technical objects of a new generation. Allocation of a separate subgroup of projects allows you to form specific methods of modeling, analysis, forecasting and management for them. Materials and methods. Justification is carried out in the form of a logical conclusion. There are four indicators that characterize the design processes. Based on the analysis of the features of the projects for the creation of aircraft products, it was concluded that it is necessary to clarify the set of criteria for projects to create complex equipment of a new generation. For this group of projects, in addition to the existing four criteria of goals, timing, resources and organization of project execution, it is proposed to add a fifth criterion – the criterion of project uncertainty. Result. It is shown that in the aggregate a group of five criteria makes it possible to single out from the whole set of innovative processes associated with the creation of new technology, a subgroup of processes for creating complex technology of a new generation. The differences between the interpretation of uncertainty adopted in the work and the interpretation of uncertainty used in the project analysis as a set of risks accompanying projects are noted. Conclusion. An integral criterion for the magnitude of sociophysical potential has been formed, combining the criteria of goals, timing, resources, organization and uncertainty of innovative projects. An example of the interpretation of the integral criterion for the case of creating a new gene¬ration aircraft product is given.

Operation efficiency assessment of cargo customs complexes located throughout Ukraine and having different technical, technological and organizational support levels can be made based on various technical and economic performance indicatorsThe paper develops the methodology for a comprehensive efficiency assessment of customs infrastructure facilities as an integral system of local measures and system performance indicators as a whole. Forming the integral criterion and the generalized integral criterion, we take into account the parameters of the benchmark cargo customs complex.The developed methodology for multi-criteria efficiency assessment of customs infrastructure facilities makes it possible to identify the groups of technical and economic performance indicators, to rank the technical and economic performance indicators according to the significance of their influence on the final generalized efficiency indicator; to form a vector with the parameters of the benchmark cargo customs complex; to determine the generalized efficiency assessment indicator of a cargo customs complex according to each group of factors; to determine the integral and generalized integral indicator of the operation of a cargo customs complex
