Transition-Metal-Catalyzed Enantioselective Synthesis of Indoles from 2-Alkynylanilines

Optically active indole derivatives are ubiquitous in natural products and widely recognized as privileged components in pharmacologically relevant compounds. Therefore, developing catalytic asymmetric approaches for constructing indole derivatives is highly desirable.
