In this research, we present an automatic speaker recognition system based on adaptive orthogonal transformations. To obtain the informative features with a minimum dimension from the input signals, we created an adaptive operator, which helped to identify the speaker’s voice in a fast and efficient manner. We test the efficiency and the performance of our method by comparing it with another approach, mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCCs), which is widely used by researchers as their feature extraction method. The experimental results show the importance of creating the adaptive operator, which gives added value to the proposed approach. The performance of the system achieved 96.8% accuracy using Fourier transform as a compression method and 98.1% using Correlation as a compression method.

Data compression of three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation data is crucial to allow effective data-streaming for drone navigation and control. This problem is computationally challenging due to the complexity of the geometrical features present in the CFD data, and cannot be tackled by standard compression techniques such as sphere-tree. In this report, we present two different methods based on octree and cuboid primitives to compress velocity isosurfaces and volumetric data in three dimensions. Our volume compression method achieves a 1400 compression rate of raw simulation data and allows parallel computing.

In order to overcome the problems of large error and low precision in traditional power fault record data compression, a new layered lossless compression method for massive fault record data is proposed in this paper. The algorithm applies LZW (Lempel Ziv Welch) algorithm, analyzes the LZW algorithm and existing problems, and improves the LZW algorithm. Use the index value of the dictionary to replace the input string sequence, and dynamically add unknown strings to the dictionary. The parallel search method is to divide the dictionary into several small dictionaries with different bit widths to realize the parallel search of the dictionary. According to the compression and decompression of LZW, the optimal compression effect of LZW algorithm hardware is obtained. The multi tree structure of the improved LZW algorithm is used to construct the dictionary, and the multi character parallel search method is used to query the dictionary. The multi character parallel search method is used to query the dictionary globally. At the same time, the dictionary size and update strategy of LZW algorithm are analyzed, and the optimization parameters are designed to construct and update the dictionary. Through the calculation of lossless dictionary compression, the hierarchical lossless compression of large-scale fault record data is completed. Select the optimal parameters, design the dictionary size and update strategy, and complete the lossless compression of recorded data. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional compression method, under this compression method, the mean square error percentage is effectively reduced, and the compression error and compression rate are eliminated, so as to ensure the integrity of fault record data, achieve the compression effect in a short time, and achieve the expected goal.

The operating state of switch cabinet is significant for the reliability of the whole power system, collecting and monitoring its data through the wireless sensor network is an effective method to avoid accidents. This paper proposes a data compression method based on periodic transmission model under the condition of limited energy consumption and memory space resources in the complex environment of switch cabinet sensor networks. Then, the proposed method is rigorously and intuitively shown by theoretical derivation and algorithm flow chart. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out and compared with the original data. The comparisons of compression ratio and error results indicate that the improved algorithm has a better effect on the periodic sensing data with interference and can make sure the change trend of data by making certain timing sequence.

Hyperlipidemia is characterized by increased level of cholesterol in the form of low-density lipoprotein (LDL), chylomicrons, VLDL. Guizotia abyssinica Cass (Ramtil) seeds are one among the sources for the edible oil, which are low in saturated fat, cultivated commonly in Northern part of Karnataka. Materials and Methods: Guizotia abyssinica Cass (Ramtil) seeds were collected authenticated seed oil extracted by Cold compression method. The experiment carried out in Wistar albino rats, inducing Hyperlipidemia by HFD, along with administration of test drugs (Guizotia abyssinica Cass. seed oil Single and double dose) and Standard Atorvastatin.  Results & Discussion: G. abyssinica Cass seed oil found to decrease total cholesterol and LDL. Even not showed significant increase in HDL. Protective action over the Liver, Kidney and heart through histopathological study exhibit its safety aspect. Conclusion: G. abyssinica Cass seed oil in HFD induced Hyperlipidemia found effective and safe.

Abstract: The objective of present study was to formulate and evaluate the nutraceutical tablets with different combination of herbal drugs. Material and Method: The nutraceutical tablet containing lactose and mannitol as diluent and containing natural drugs like clove and cinnamon which was prepared by direct compression method. The compressed formulations were subject to several evaluation parameters like appearance, thickness, weight variation, hardness and friability. Results: The results of all evaluation parameters of nutraceutical tablet were within the acceptable limit. Pre-compression studies of nutraceutical tablet show satisfactory results. The thickness, hardness, weight variation, and friability of nutraceutical tablet were found to in acceptable range. The in-vitro drug release of eugenol from optimised nutraceutical formulation was found to be 90.23%. Significant results were obtained from present study. Discussion: The finding of current investigation clearly found that the health promotion of the body could be done by nutraceuticals. Keywords: Direct compression, Nutraceutical, Eugenol, In-vitro drug release

Hackers reveal sensitive information from encrypted conversations as the globe has become one community. As a result, steganography and cryptography are used together to safeguard sensitive data more effectively than previous approaches and newly developed algorithms. A double-secure algorithm for text steganography (DSTS) is the safest approach compared to the paragraph hiding method (PHM) and capital alphabet shape encoding (CASE) method. In this context, the paragraph hiding method uses ASCII coding, which is not a standard method, and the CASE method has a security issue that if someone understands its applicability, it can be easily attacked. DSTS algorithm overcomes its limitations by using UTF-16 coding and enhances the security of CASE with a one-time pad (OTP). The one-time pad is a theoretically unbreakable cryptographic method. Still, it is not feasible for long messages, however, it is usable for short messages such as a password or intelligence agency’s more secure messages. DSTS degrades the average hiding capacity in a PHM from 2.06% to 1% due to UTF-16 coding. Using the UTF-8 method, the authors have improved MDSTS and the CMPHM by 6.49% and 7.76% hiding capacity, which outperforms in existing procedures; in the CMPHM, there is one reason for the improvement in hiding capacity is using the LZW compression method. CMHPM algorithm optimization standard deviation is less than that of the HPM, DSTS, and MDSTS, ultimately increasing speed.

Ondansetron is an anti-emetic drug which is insoluble in water. The present study was aimed to formulate and evaluate oral fast dissolving tablet of Ondansetron by Utilizing Liquisolid Compact Technique. The tablets were prepared by direct compression method and characterized by UV, FTIR studies. Six formulations (F1-F6) of ondansetron were prepared and tablets were evaluated for weight variations, hardness, thickness, friability, disintegration time, drug content and In-vitro dissolution studies gave satisfactory result. TF6 was found to be the best and acceptable formulation whose drug content was about 99.17±0.05 and percentage (%) drug release 97.49±2.03 in 10 min, high as compare to other formulation and has low disintegration time 17±0.01 as compare to other formulation which indicates that drug is rapidly dissolved and available at the site of action.
