This paper takes the application of workflow technology in a multi-smart IOT message-driven practical training execution system as the research background, analyzes the current situation and problems of the practical training execution system, and reconstructs and optimizes the original on-site practical training model and business methods according to the future development needs of the practical training execution system. This study draws on the theoretical perspective of the computer knowledge body to deeply recognize and understand the connotation of computing ability from the levels of knowledge, skills, and attitude, forms a basic understanding of computing ability through literature combing, and refines the core elements of computing ability through a combination of enterprise case study, content analysis, and questionnaire survey, strives to form a more systematic and in-depth understanding of the connotation and elements of computing ability. It also provides a reference for the clarification of computing ability training objectives of computer science teachers under the trend of intelligence. Facing the enhancement of computing ability of engineering students majoring in computer science at the undergraduate level, the objectives of computing ability cultivation are clarified, the key points of computing ability cultivation mode are refined from three levels: curriculum design, teaching operation, management, and control, and three typical computing ability cultivation modes embedded in undergraduate computer education are constructed: knowledge module combination mode, computing context experience mode, and intelligent industry-leading mode. The operational strategies and implementation paths of the models are discussed in depth. This study emphasizes that, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the trend of intelligence, the computing ability cultivation model is not static.

Cloud-based workflow technology has played an important role in the development of large scale healthcare applications with high flexibility to meet variety of healthcare process requirements. Among all the factors affecting the healthcare applications on cloud-based workflow, the tasks scheduling is the crucial one. This paper aims at the cloud-based workflow tasks scheduling with deadline constraints and its implementation in two approaches: heuristic scheduling algorithm (HSA) and meta heuristic scheduling algorithm (HSA-ACO). HSA decomposes the workflow according to its structure and divide the deadline into the level deadlines. Tasks in each level get scheduling priority according to the earliest start time under the constraint of level deadline. In another method, HSA-ACO integrates HSA with ant colony algorithm to achieve better performance. In the last part, we launch the experiment to compare HSA and HSA-ACO with algorithms like Prolis, LACO and ICPCP in three types of workflow with different scales. The experiment results show that HSA-ACO is better than the other algorithms.

Providing Russias population with accessible and quality medical care is made possible by its strict correspondence to the legal requirements. In case there arise violations of legally established requirements in providing medical care, it is named as poor quality medical care, which is subject to juridical liability. Measures in managing the quality of medical care should take into account the timely elimination of violations - depending on the degree of their significance and expediency of delayed elimination. Inadequacy of admitted violations determine the need of controlling the work items queue in the system of the medical care quality management in implementing the Workflow technology in medical organizations. The authors examine the feature of the work items queue control in terms of example of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
