Kata Kunci : Kemacetan, Kawasan, Jalan ABSTRACT Infrastructure is a construction of facilities in the form of physical and non-physical that is intentionally built to support the needs of the community both socially and economically, one form of infrastructure is road construction, where the road is also synonymous with congestion, especially in large cities and regions. which has a fairly dense population activity. The Tlogosari area of Semarang is an area that often gets traffic jams, because road users use private vehicles more than public transportation, so that it can also trigger congestion due to the dense number of vehicles, plus other factors that cause this area to often get jammed especially on the way to and from work. The identification in this study uses qualitative research methods with research results that prove there are three main factors of the congestion, namely because the Tlogosari area of Semarang is a strategic area, as a center of trade and services, and is an educational area.Keyword: Congestion, Area, Road

Family planning is an increase in community awareness and participation through maturing the age of marriage, birth control, fostering family resilience, increasing family welfare to create a small, happy and prosperous family. Belawan II Village, Medan Belawan District, where most of the population lives as fishermen and laborers with a medium economic level, very dense population settlements, surrounded by wide beaches and lack of public awareness and knowledge about family planning to make family planning coverage in the village. This is still low, namely 40% of the total couples of childbearing age. From the results of the observations of the puskesmas in accordance with the indicators of healthy families, it was found that the family index value based on families participating in the family planning program was 33%. The intervention carried out to overcome this problem was to provide counseling about family planning, distribution of posters and installation of banners as a form of family planning campaign. Counseling was carried out to 73 heads of families. All the families who attended were very enthusiastic about participating in the counseling. The distribution of posters and banners is done to serve as a reminder to the public about the importance of family planning. The results of the evaluation of this activity indicate a change in public knowledge about family planning.

Background The transmission dynamics of SARS-CoV-2 varies depending on social distancing measures, circulating SARS-CoV-2 variants, host factors and other environmental factors. We sought to investigate the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of a SARS-CoV-2 outbreak that occurred in a highly dense population area in Colombo, Sri Lanka from April to May 2020. Methodology/principal findings We carried out RT-qPCR for SARS-CoV2, assessed the SARS-CoV-2 specific total and neutralizing antibodies (Nabs) in a densely packed, underserved settlement (n = 2722) after identification of the index case on 15th April 2020. 89/2722 individuals were detected as infected by RT-qPCR with a secondary attack rate among close contacts being 0.077 (95% CI 0.063–0.095). Another 30 asymptomatic individuals were found to have had COVID-19 based on the presence of SARS-CoV-2 specific antibodies. However, only 61.5% of those who were initially seropositive for SARS-CoV-2 had detectable total antibodies at 120 to 160 days, while only 40.6% had detectable Nabs. 74/89 (83.1%) of RT-qPCR positive individuals were completely asymptomatic and all 15 (16.9%) who experienced symptoms were classified as having a mild illness. 18 (20.2%) were between the ages of 61 to 80. 11/89 (12.4%) had diabetes, 8/89 (9%) had cardiovascular disease and 4 (4.5%) had asthma. Of the two viruses that were sequenced and were of the B.1 and B.4 lineages with one carrying the D614G mutation. Discussion/conclusion Almost all infected individuals developed mild or asymptomatic illness despite the presence of comorbid illnesses. Since the majority of those who were in this underserved settlement were not infected despite circulation of the D614G variant, it would be important to further study environmental and host factors that lead to disease severity and transmission.

Noble pen shells (Pinna nobilis) along the Eastern Adriatic coast were affected by mass mortalities similarly to the populations across the Mediterranean basin. Samples of live animals and organs originating from sites on Mljet Island on the south and the Istrian peninsula on the north of the Croatian Adriatic coast were analyzed using histology and molecular techniques to detect the presence of the previously described Haplosporidium pinnae and Mycobacterium spp. as possible causes of these mortalities. To obtain more information on the pattern of the spread of the mortalities, a study was undertaken in Mljet National Park, an area with a dense population of noble pen shells. The results of the diagnostic analysis and the velocity of the spread of the mortalities showed a significant correlation between increases in water temperature and the onset of mortality. Moderate to heavy lesions of the digestive glands were observed in specimens infected with H. pinnae. A phylogenetic analysis of the detected Haplosporidium pinnae showed an identity of 99.7 to 99.8% with isolates from other Mediterranean areas, while isolated Mycobacterium spp. showed a higher heterogeneity among isolates across the Mediterranean. The presence of Mycobacterium spp. in clinically healthy animals a few months before the onset of mortality imposes the need for further clarification of its role in mortality events.

Bandung is a city with rapid industrial development and a dense population. It causes the need for clean water to be huge, so it impacts groundwater extraction on a large scale. The Bandung Basin, which is a good reservoir for groundwater, will be disturbed if conservation and monitoring efforts are not carried out in the presence of groundwater. This study focuses on reconstructing the groundwater model in the Bandung Basin using the Schlumberger geoelectric method. After taking and analyzing the data, it was found that the resistivity value of the location of the presence of groundwater is depicted into three groundwater basins, namely the Bandung-Soreang groundwater basin, the Lembang groundwater basin, and the Batujajar groundwater basin. Unfettered aquifers, relatively aquitard in nature, are in the upper layer of the coal sandstone, claystone and sandstone units. The confined aquifer in the sand unit is under the sandy claystone layer.

The Indonesian nation is a large nation, has a very dense population. Inside there is the millennial generation who will play an important role in the continuation of the life of the nation and state. However, with the development of technology, the millennial generation has begun to be influenced and the understanding of the values of Pancasila has begun to fade. In writing this article, the author uses several defense theories to strengthen the results of research and methods by collecting data and information through the help of various materials contained in literature (books) or also known as types of phenomological research associated with qualitative descriptive. From the results of the literature research, the writer finds that the understanding of the values of Pancasila from the millennial generation is mostly starting to fade due to the influence of foreign technology and culture, so that intolerance, radicalism and speech of hatred appear between fellow children of the nation. Therefore, the role of the government, institutions and society is needed in optimizing the understanding of the values of Pancasila for the millennial generation so that they are ready to be involved in Total war.

Abstract Living conditions in Macao are characterized by dense population, land shortage, and old residences, especially on the Macao Peninsula. This paper explores the demands and living conditions of different types of aged residents of the Youhan Community of Macau by questionnaire survey and research analysis. The demands and living conditions are then classified and summarized through quantitative analysis, and their correlations are identified. Based on ergonomics and the physical, psychological, and behavioral habits of aged people, issues are identified that require attention when configuring furniture for different types of aged people in their residential living spaces. Finally, by combining the demands of different types of aged people with the issues that need attention, several criteria on interior furniture configuration are proposed for different types of aged people. This paper presents a preliminarily quantifiable model for living room furniture configuration from the perspective of aged people.

Bacterial conjugation is a widespread and particularly efficient strategy to horizontally disseminate genes in microbial populations. With a rich and dense population of microorganisms, the intestinal microbiota is often considered a fertile environment for conjugative transfer and a major reservoir of antibiotic resistance genes. In this mini-review, we summarize recent findings suggesting that few conjugative plasmid families present in Enterobacteriaceae transfer at high rates in the gut microbiota. We discuss the importance of mating pair stabilization as well as additional factors influencing DNA transfer efficiency and conjugative host range in this environment. Finally, we examine the potential repurposing of bacterial conjugation for microbiome editing.

The article presents data on the infestation of cattle by subcutaneous gadflies in the southern regions of Tajikistan. It has been established that two species of subcutaneous gadfly parasitize in cattle – Hypoderma bovis and Hypoderma lineatum. The prevalence of gadfly larva in cattle is 11.4–31.1% and the intensity of infection is 2–21 specimens, and Hypoderma lineatum larva is 4.6–11.3% and the intensity of infection is 5–15 specimens of connective tissue capsules per animal, respectively. Connective tissue capsules Hypoderma bovis in the back area of animals appeared in late January and early February, and Hypoderma lineatum in late December and early January. Development of larvae under the skin of animals lasted on average 50–55 days. The release of the Hypoderma lineatum larva was noted in the second and third decades of February, and the gadfly in mid-March. The flying of the Hypoderma lineatum imago is from mid-April to the second decade of June, and the gadfly from the second decade of May to early July at an optimal air temperature of 18–25°C. This is due to the fact that there are favorable natural and climatic conditions in these areas for the development of larvae in the pupation stage and a fairly dense population of animals (cattle) per a hectare of pasture.

Fish is one of the food sources of animal protein (fish) which is widely liked and consumed by the public. This is aside from being relatively inexpensive and easy to obtain, as well as a high nutritional value that can maintain stability and health and can also improve brain intelligence in children. Shredded is one of the traditional processed food products that have long been known by the community. In general, shredded meat is made from beef and other animal meat. Shredded fish contains high enough nutritional components that are needed by our body. To build a culture that is cultured, spiritual, intellectual and intelligent, Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta has created thematic villages in six villages in its area. Palmerah Sub-district is a sub-district with a dense population. To support the smart village launched by Mr. Firman as the Head of Palmerah District. Where is a clean and healthy lifestyle and makes the village smart, by inviting families, especially children, to eat fish. One of the processing is by processing fish into shredded fish. Housewives and young people who have not worked are expected to make business opportunities to increase income and can also be consumed by families themselves. Training from the initial stage to completion requires eight months divided into several stages starting from needs analysis, introduction of fish and equipment and the manufacturing process, as well as packaging and the final stage is that the product can be sold through markets, stalls or through online media.
