In recent years being able to have access to the internet has become a tool not only to be able to communicate in the distance but it is a great tool to be able to feed knowledge, it is because of them that children have a great educational utility and after this pandemic in Peru it was necessary to close schools, to be able to give remote classes or virtual classes. To solve the problem, we propose to be able to design a network of radio links whereby means of a base station of emission and reception, with an antenna of sectorial type and directional antennas to be able to realize a Point – Multipoint link which will be able to manage the quality of signal by means of a routing with functions of control of speeds for each connection of each home. It was the result that the connections of the radio link at an average distance from the coverage that the network had the signal was better and that the connections that were very far or close to the coverage area had complications, but despite this the connections were sufficient to be able to maintain the virtual classes that is what was planned. It is recommended that for a better connection and complete coverage it would be to reinforce the broadcast base with more sectoral antennas in the network. TotalEnergies SE and partners Shell and PetroSA recently completed the acquisition and processing of a large (10,000 km2) ultra-sparse (200 m between streamers) marine seismic acquisition survey off the west coast of South Africa in block 5/6/7 using a large PGS Titan Class Ramform vessel. The sparse design enabled fast acquisition and low survey cost and health, safety, and environment exposure. Advances in sparse processing enabled high-quality final seismic data consistent with the exploration objectives. In addition, DUG optimized the 4D regularization/interpolation parameters to approach the near offsets differently than the offsets with more complete coverage to help several processing steps. The survey was designed to be upgradable to a higher-resolution survey if needed via the addition of a custom regular infill pattern, either in its entirety or over targeted areas.

Out of many strategies that are used to treat aortic arch disease, including open surgery, branched techniques, and hybrid repair with Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Aneurysmal Repair (TEVAR) and supra-aortic branch reconstruction and fenestration, Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Aneurysmal Repair (TEVAR) incorporating chimney is frequently used in unstable and morbid patients not suitable for other procedures. We describe here a case of contained rupture of a thoracic aortic aneurysm, which was treated with TEVAR incorporating a double chimney to the left common carotid and left subclavian arteries. There was an uncomplicated course of the procedure with complete coverage of aneurysm with stent-graft and open aortic arch vessels when followed up to 6 months. There were no complications noted as well. In this case we took the precaution to upsize the stent-graft by 20% to 30% also for adequate coverage of aneurysm we had to adopt to the chimney technique. To prevent complications like gutter and endoleaks, the kissing technique was used during deployment. In addition, there was adequate coverage of chimney-grafts with adequate proximal projection.

SVOM (Space-based multiband astronomical Variable Objects Monitor) is a sino-french mission that is dedicated to Gamma-Ray Burst (GRB) science, expected to be launched in mid 2023. The mission includes four space-based and three ground-based instruments that, working together, will discover GRBs and provide rapid multi-wavelength follow-up in order to obtain a complete coverage of the GRB emission over seven decades in energy, from the trigger up to the very late phases of the afterglow. Thanks to its characteristics, SVOM will play a crucial role in time-domain and multi-messenger astronomy.

Abstract Background Continuous peripheral nerve catheters (PNCs) have been shown to provide superior postoperative analgesia, decrease opioid consumption, and improve patient satisfaction compared with single injection techniques. In order to achieve success and reliability, accurate catheter positioning is an essential element of PNC placement. An agitated solution of normal saline, D5W, or a local anesthetic solution can be produced by the introduction of air to the injectate, creating air bubbles that can enhance ultrasonographic visualization and possibly improve block success. Methods Eighty-three patients were enrolled. Ultrasound-guided continuous popliteal sciatic nerve blocks were performed by positioning the tip of a Tuohy needle between the tibial and common peroneal branches of the sciatic nerve and threading a catheter. An agitated local anesthetic solution was injected through the catheter, viewed with color Doppler ultrasound and video recorded. A peripheral block score (lower score = greater blockade, range 0-14) was calculated based upon the motor and sensory testing at 10, 20, and 30 min after block completion. The color Doppler agitation coverage pattern for the branches of the sciatic nerve was graded as follows: complete (> 50%), partial (> 0%, ≤ 50%), or none (0%). Results The degree of nerve blockade at 30 min as judged by median (10th, 90th percentile) peripheral block score was significant for partial or complete color Doppler coverage of the sciatic nerve injectate compared to no coverage [3 (0, 7) vs 8 (4, 14); p < 0.01] and block onset was faster (p = 0.03). The block success was higher in groups with partial or complete coverage of the branches of the sciatic nerve vs no coverage (96% vs 70%; p = 0.02). Conclusions Injection of an agitated solution through a popliteal sciatic perineural catheter is predictive of accurate catheter placement when partial or complete coverage of the sciatic nerve branches is visualized with color Doppler ultrasound. Abstract Crop protection substances are continuously developed to prevent the decimation of non-target insect populations through insecticide use. The bait formulation Acttra SWD was created to attract the adult spotted-wing drosophila, a generalist pest of berries, and when mixed with insecticide would cause a reduction in the volume of insecticide applied, thus avoiding a complete coverage of crops and resulting in economic and ecological benefits to society. However, Acttra SWD has some compounds, including sugars and fruit odors, that might attract non-target fauna, especially insect pollinators. Therefore this study aimed (1) to investigate if Acttra SWD mixed with the recommended pesticide, i.e. spinosad (Entrust), is attractive to the honey bee, which is extensively used for berry pollination and (2) to evaluate the insecticidal activity of Acttra/Entrust in oral and contact tests on the same species. In all replicates, most foragers rejected feeders that offered Acttra/Entrust, and some switched to Acttra/Entrust-free feeders. Accordingly, mortality caused by this mixture in oral tests was low and did not differ from control, since the majority of bees did not consume the Acttra/Entrust treatment. However, mortality caused by this mixture was higher than in control groups in topical tests. Our results indicate that honey bees will not be attracted to and poisoned by crops sprayed with Acttra/Entrust, but contact with the bait would result in lethal or sub-lethal effects.

ABSTRACTThe escalating infant mortality rate (IMR) in Indonesia has not been able to fulfill the target of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that restrict the limit of IMR to just 12 of 1,000 live births. According to such fact, this research was designed as the application of panel data regression in an IMR case study of East Java from 2013–2017. Regression panel data enable research in describing cross-sectional and time series information. The variety of data availability in this method were capable of producing a high degree of freedom, allowing it to meet the prerequisites and statistical properties. This method was considered the most suitable one for analyzing the rising IMR. This research was classified as non-reactive research. All regencies/cities in East Java served as this study’s population. Data collection included K4 coverage, childbirth assistance, and KN complete coverage. The result of panel data regression showed a significant connection between K4 coverage (0.0230), childbirth assistance (p = 0.0105), and KN complete coverage (0.0205). Adjusted R-Square value was obtained with an amount of 80%, which means that all independent variables were able to explain the dependent one of that value, while the remaining were explained by other factors. This study can provide some suggestions to support IMR in East Java, including handling from the government or related pregnant families to support IMR on an ongoing basis. Keywords: panel data regression, IMR, K4, childbirth assistance, KN complete

AbstractWhole-genome sequencing (WGS) is being increasingly utilized for the diagnosis of neurological disease by sequencing both the exome and the remaining 98 to 99% of the genetic code. In addition to more complete coverage, WGS can detect structural variants (SVs) and intronic variants (SNVs) that cannot be identified by whole exome sequencing (WES) or chromosome microarray (CMA). Other multi-omics tools, such as RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq), can be used in conjunction with WGS to functionally validate certain variants by detecting changes in gene expression and splicing. The objective of this retrospective study was to measure the diagnostic yield of duo/trio-based WGS and RNA-Seq in a cohort of 22 patients (20 families) with pediatric onset neurological phenotypes and negative or inconclusive WES results in lieu of reanalysis. WGS with RNA-Seq resulted in a definite diagnosis of an additional 25% of cases. Sixty percent of these solved cases arose from the identification of variants that were missed by WES. Variants that could not be unequivocally proven to be causative of the patients' condition were identified in an additional 5% of cases.
