Due to the large amount of electrical energy necessary for human life and the fact that its origin is nonrenewable, a deterioration of the various ecosystems has been caused, due to the depletion of natural resources. Therefore, it is necessary to find effective solutions that mitigate ecological problems, based on that, this study seeks to implement a photovoltaic pumping system for irrigation using solar energy in the Department of Lambayeque, to take advantage of this natural resource. The methodology implemented is the applied one, with an experimental design. The instrument used for data collection is the registration form. The results showed that effectively the proposed design allows the pumping of a water flow equivalent to 270.4 m3 / day, capturing an average radiation of 6.55 kW / m2 per day. The use of a charge regulator connected to 4 batteries improved the operation of the photovoltaic pumping system and allows maintaining the durability of the equipment that compose it. It was concluded that the design of the photovoltaic pumping system is effective for the irrigation of crops in Lambayeque

          The researcher, through his work as a coach in some Iraqi weightlifting clubs, noticed hesitation in time administration during training sessions of clubs and league. He noticed that so much time is spend on details not related to the training program thus, he aimed at identifying the variables of the research through designing data registration form that includes all these variables (delays like wearing Band-Aids, drinking water, starting time after coach’s whistle, exercises timing and, moving from one exercise to the other). A comparison was made between two different training administrations after the first beginning procedures, after it, and during two different times. The results showed significant differences between the two administrations in time investment in favor of the training procedure.

The existence of a system that is applied online can help and facilitate human work in various aspects of life so that it is easier and more effective. The implementation of the registration of prospective new students is used as the initial process of entering a new level in education. The implementation of the registration of prospective new students who have to come directly to the school to fill out the registration form is considered ineffective and inefficient. So, to make the registration process easier, it is necessary to create an online registration information system. For the analysis stage using flowcharts, activity diagrams, use case diagrams, Erd, and hierarchies for the design stage using class diagrams. With the design of a web-based system, it can simplify the process of registering new members, storing data relating to new student registrations can be stored neatly using a database and information relating to new student registration can be obtained quickly and accurately.

The course is one of the education provided outside formal (non-formal) schools to develop personal abilities and skills. Eden Everyday English Course Institute is an Institution located in Bogor. In this institution, the registration process for students is done manually by filling in the registration form provided by the admin. Eden Everyday English Course Institute is one of the courses where the number of applicants increases every year, this causes the administration department cannot manage everything properly and feels overwhelmed so that it is not effective. With the increase in the number of students registering each year, it would be better if a web-based registration system was created, so that it could simultaneously serve as a medium for promoting the course institution. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based application to help the process of registration for new students in Eden Everyday English Course Institute using the waterfall method. Many studies, especially in the field of information system development, use the Waterfall method. This online course registration application is effective and efficient because it is supported by an integrated system. This application improves the quality of information and the efficiency of the implementation of online course registration.

E-health is a public service consisting of information and communication technology linked to all functional elements that serve the health sector as a knowledge base. Prospective patients must still fill out a registration form to complete the data at the Ngudi Waluyo Clinic, which results in long lines. Furthermore, information about outpatient registration procedures and practicing doctors is difficult to access, and patient medical records are still written in notebooks traditionally. As a result, searching for patient history data will take a long time, and there is no backup of these records, which can cause data loss at any time. This study aims to develop mobile-based e-health to improve clinical services and make it easier for the public to obtain health services. The system was developed using the extreme programming method applied in mobile applications by utilizing PHP as programming language and MySQL as a database and system testing using the ISO 25010 standard. Through e-health, patients can register outpatients anytime and anywhere without queue, improving the quality of service at the Ngudi Waluyo clinic. Based on the testing results on ten respondents, it was found that the developed e-health was feasible to use with a final score of 90.59%.

The research has been carried out to develop secure login system by authenticating the login using modified SHA-384 algorithm. It derives 896-bit hash value for the password entered by the user in the user registration form and saves the credentials entered by the user in system’s database. Results obtained are evaluated by resolving the general attacks confirmed that the modified SHA-384 algorithm was more secured compared to the original SHA-384 algorithm as it was not broken using generic attacks such as brute force, rainbow table and other cracking tools available online such as Cain and Abel. The performance of the modified algorithm was measured with only 2 ms additional execution time from SHA-384.

The article describes the Union of Youth Election Commissions of the Russian Federation and gives recommendations on improving the work of the youth election commission to improve the legal culture of the young future voters and the formation of conscious interest of young citizens of Russia to suffrage and the election process. The conclusion is made that to control the work of the youth election commission, it is necessary to enter the field in the registration form of the participant of the election process, in which it will be indicated that the agitation work was or was not carried out with the given citizen and in what way. This will allow putting forward specific requirements for the activities of youth election commissions, monitoring their implementation by the Central Election Commission, as well as bringing the existing provisions of youth election commissions in the regions to a unified form.
