Objective: To identify the factors that determine the use of artificial insemination by cattle producers in northern Sinaloa. Design/methodology/approach: We used a discrete-choice logit model for 200 cattle producers from northern Sinaloa. Results: Four variables were significant (p£0.05): two of them reduce the probability that the farmer will adopt the artificial insemination technology (age and distance from the ranch to the municipality), while the other two increase the probability of adoption (income from the sale of calves and machinery and equipment index). Limitations/implications: The results only apply to the sample from three municipalities in northern Sinaloa, although they may be useful for other regions with similar characteristics. Findings/conclusions: Farmers with a higher rate of machinery and equipment have a 36.43% probability of adoption.

In today's world that called technology age, smartphones have become indispensable for users in many areas such as internet usage, social media usage, bank transactions, e-mail, as well as communication. The Android operating system is the most popular operating system that used with a rate of 85.4% in smartphones and tablets. Such a popular and widely used platform has become the target of malware. Malicious software can cause both material and moral damages to users. In this study, malwares that targeting smart phones were detected by using static, dynamic and hybrid analysis methods. In the static analysis, feature extraction was made in 9 different categories. These attributes are categorized under the titles of requested permissions, intents, Android components, Android application calls, used permissions, unused permissions, suspicious Android application calls, system commands, internet addresses. The obtained features were subjected to dimension reduction with principal component analysis and used as input to the deep neural network model. With the established model, 99.38% accuracy rate, 99.36% F1 score, 99.32% precision and 99.39% sensitivity values were obtained in the test data set. In the dynamic analysis part of the study, applications were run on a virtual smartphone, and Android application calls with strategic importance were obtained by hooking. The method called hybrid analysis was applied by combining the dynamically obtained features with the static features belonging to the same applications. With the established model, 96.94% accuracy rate, 96.78% F1 score, 96.99% precision and 96.59% sensitivity values were obtained in the test data set.

The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is dubbed the era of digitalization. All data will be interconnected by technology. This causes the age range of human resources to affect the effectiveness of cooperative work. Millennials have an innovative and creative mindset. Utilization of modern information technology must be supported by competent human resources. Competent human resources will create a good cooperative. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative resource age in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and to determine the quality of cooperative human resources needed in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research formulates the problem of why the age of cooperative resources has an effect on the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the quality of cooperative human resources needed in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Data collection techniques were obtained from electronic literature, books, journals, articles, and other sources. The results of the study show that the age of human resources has an influence on cooperatives in the industrial era 4.0 because the skills needed in this era are owned by the millennial generation. Keywords: Cooperatives, Human Resources, Technology, Age and Quality

In the education of medical students, an increasing number of simulation techniques and teaching methods are being used and implemented. The technique of their work is based both on the theoretical aspect of teaching and on the development of practical skills. However, the final goal of all these techniques is to improve the quality and mastery of the methods of medical care provided in future practical activities. In this work, one of the most ancient and everywhere used methods of practical training was used to stimulate the individual interest of students of the surgical profile.

The need for self-education is becoming more common in the information society. Moreover, this form of education becomes a continuous process, since knowledge is an inexhaustible resource. Self-education is a form of individual activity of a person motivated by his own professional and personal needs and interests and aimed at acquiring the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities and improving them. The main feature of this type of activity is the absence of an educational institution and a training person, freedom of choice. With the advent of the information technology age, self-education is becoming increasingly popular. As many researchers note, this trend is due, first, to global changes associated with the transition from a post-industrial to an information society, which assumes the work of a person with information as the leading type of activity. Secondly, for modern market relations, the value of self-education is manifested in the fact that it acts as an instrument of social mobility. Third, self-education becomes one of the priority elements of the lifestyle of a number of social groups, contributing to the change of their place and role in the social structure of society. And, finally, self-education is one of the main factors and indicators of the improvement of the individual, and, consequently, of society. Based on this, self - education acts, on the one hand, as an integral part of self-education, self-improvement of the individual, and on the other-as the main method of continuing education, a means of continuous education. The article presents the results of a study conducted using the Stephenson method, which involved 20 respondents (10m+10j) aged 18 to 35 years. The purpose of the study was to identify the opinions of young people regarding the characteristics of self-education in the information society. Of the 30 statements submitted that reflected these traits, respondents were asked to express their agreement or disagreement with them using a scale from -2 to +2.

The most crucial changes that in the work environment and opportunities for pursuing careers, in particularly for women. The current research paper focuses on one aspect of key findings of a doctoral study aimed at identifying and investigating the obstacles of the employment of women in Saudi Arabia labor market in the digital technology era. The research followed the qualitative approach to collect the data needed through conducting interviews with a round 40 participants including three stakeholders (Government, Academia, and businesses). Five main obstacles have been identified and are discussed. They are socio-cultural factors such the dominate role of men, and lack of family support. In addition to that, insufficient experiences and training in digital technology, and finally childcare system in KSA. Further efforts are needed to raise the society awareness towards the role of women as human capital to participate in the nation's development, and efforts are needed by different stakeholders to empower, support and enable women to engage in labour market effectively.

Article visualizations:

AbstractThe contemporary ‘digital age’ prompts the need for a re-assessment of urban planning principles and practices. Against the background of current data-rich urban planning, this study seeks to address the question whether an appropriate methodological underpinning can be provided for smart city governance based on a data-driven planning perspective. It posits that the current digital technology age has a drastic impact on city strategies and calls for a multi-faceted perspective on future urban development, termed here the ‘XXQ-principle’ (which seeks to attain the highest possible level of quality for urban life). Heterogeneity in urban objectives and data embodied in the XXQ-principle can be systematically addressed by a process of data decomposition (based on a ‘cascade principle’), so that first, higher-level urban policy domains are equipped with the necessary (‘big’) data provisions, followed by lower-ranking urban governance levels. The conceptual decomposition principle can then be translated into a comprehensive hierarchical model architecture for urban intelligence based on the ‘flying disc’ model, including key performance indicators (KPIs). This new model maps out the socio-economic arena of a complex urban system according to the above cascade system. The design of this urban system architecture and the complex mutual connections between its subsystems is based on the ‘blowing-up’ principle that originates from a methodological deconstruction-reconstruction paradigm in the social sciences. The paper advocates the systematic application of this principle to enhance the performance of smart cities, called the XXQ performance value. This study is not empirical, although it is inspired by a wealth of previous empirical research. It aims to advance conceptual and methodological thinking on principles of smart urban planning.
