This study aims to reveal the forms of language style used in "Nahw al-Qulub al-Kabir," the work of al-Qushayri with aesthetic values. It also intends to reveal the meaning effects implied in the language forms. This study uses a stylistic approach in analyzing text's language style, especially at the construction of the morphological level, syntax, and imagery. This research shows that the language style constructs the morphological level through word selection, word forms, and movement from one-word form to another. At the syntactic level, there are unusual sentence patterns and high intensity of using ma mausul as khobar. At the imagery level, al-Qushyari uses many patterns of isti'arah, tashbih, kinayah, saja', iqtibas, and tauriyyah. The extraction of meaning effect also carries a solid sufistic teachings dimension, including takhalli, tahalli, tajalli, ma’rifat, maqam jama’ and farq, and the teachings of Akhlaqi Sufism.

This research explores the origins of the Ambe-ambeken Dance from Singkil Regency, the form of the Ambe-ambeken Dance, and analyzes the ethnomathematics. As a cultural entity, the Singkil people have a dance known as the Ambe-ambeken or Sakhindayong dance. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to describe the Ambe-ambeken dance based on historical, anthropological and mathematical approaches. Although the variety of movements looks simple at first glance, this dance is a form of technology of enchantment that is full of wisdom and has an essential role in shaping the community's personality and the spread of Islam in Singkil through the poems that are sung during the dance. Then from a different perspective, it was found that there is a mathematical element that many people do not realize in a traditional dance, namely a geometric transformation. This fact leads to a new assumption that culture in the past was built on spirituality and aesthetic values and by applying mathematical principles in various aspects of life.

Throughout the historical process humans have shaped the environment that they lived in and developed it according to their needs. The living culture has been formed with various spatial setups in dwellings which are the most basic habitats of humankind. Today, functionality comes into prominence in this living culture which is referred to as traditional dwellings. This shows that the continuity is ensured by presenting mass and cultural harmony between spatial setups and the garden and neighboring dwelling relations. Amongst the traditional dwellings, Turkish house is also considered as an important example, which provides continuity with its diverse plan organizations and spatial characteristic. The courtyard character in traditional dwellings is the space that is effective in the organization of spatial which sheds light on present day with various parameters. This is because the dwelling is located in the courtyard. Moreover, the courtyard, which starts with the entrance and where the households carry out their daily lives, is very significant for the Turkish dwelling as it contains both natural and cultural characteristics. The traditional dwellings of the village of Islamköy, which is located in the Atabey district in Isparta province of Turkey, are discussed within the scope of the study, which examines how the concept of courtyard that contains the functional and aesthetic values of the Turkish dwelling, forms various plan organizations and spatial characters in many cultures, affects the spatial quality. Spatial quality parameters were examined on five second-degree registered traditional dwellings located on Okul Street in the Islamköy village. Three basic principles have been determined which are functional, aesthetic and ecological and the sub-parameters of these determined principles have been introduced with the information and documents obtained from the literature. The AHP method was used to determine the priorities of the parameters in this direction. Thus, taking into account the spatial quality parameters, the priority parameters of the courtyard character in the traditional dwellings of Islamköy were determined

It required the literary man to base his artistic output on a basic basis from which to achieve literary creativity, and literary trends and currents have varied, specifically in the postmodern period, which directed its attention to margins and the casual things. Accordingly, we will try to discover and search for what was rejected and excluded by the literary schools, while symbolism school was interested in and considered it as an original and a reference for them. There are some technical procedures that symbolism adopted and applied that were excluded and marginalized before, as it constitutes for them aesthetic values, literary pleasure and a special emotional pleasure. Therefore, we find that they relied on music and the mysterious feelings it evokes in the mind that are difficult to express in ordinary language. They (Symbolism school) found a new kind of authority to write the poetry, specifically after feeling freedom and openness to unlimited horizons.

This article examines the description of the Changchun Garden in eighteenth-century Beijing, featured in Matteo Ripa’s Storia della Fondazione della Congregazione e del Collegio de’ Cinesi. An Italian missionary at the court of the Kangxi Emperor, Ripa had a chance to see and describe both the imperial parks and the intricacies of Chinese court etiquette. His detailed account, a precious source of information on the Changchun park, was accompanied by commentaries aimed at explaining the differences between “European” and “Chinese” aesthetic values. Therefore, this article offers a critical analysis of the account as a historical source, discussing the accuracy of some of the details described by Ripa, and subsequently provides an interpretation of the way he perceived Chinese parks, with an emphasis on his explanations of the “Chinese style” of laying out gardens. Finally, the last part of the article is dedicated to a comparison between a Neapolitan nativity scene (presepio) and the Qing gardens as drawn by Ripa at the end of his description, in order to demonstrate the “artificial naturalness” of Chinese parks.

Mathematics is an enigmatic and captivating idea. Mathematics can also be defined in the context of patterns. This is because mathematics contains patterns, structures, and depictions of an object that grows and is rooted in real life. The structure or pattern that is arranged systematically will produce work, objects, and even an agreement. Life mathematics and mathematics in school learning can be combined with aesthetic studies to achieve contextual learning. This study uses qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The purpose of this study was to reveal the aesthetic value and mathematical concepts of the mendong woven pattern with the songket motif. The location of this research is Babakan Cikawung Village, Margabakti Village, Cibeureum Awipari District, Tasikmalaya Regency. This study involved 3 subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through unstructured interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review. Unstructured interviews were used to ask about the craft of mendong and the process of making mending weave with songket motifs. Observations or observations are made to find mathematical concepts and mathematical aesthetic values by studying the aesthetics of Thomas Aquinas' theory. The results of the research are mathematical aesthetics by examining the theory of Thomas Aquinas. Mathematical concepts such as repeating patterns 1-2-3-4 and 4-3-2-1, geometric concepts such as parallel lines, reflection, congruence, and rhombus flat shapes.
