This paper discusses Leadership and Islam Wasathiyah Perspective of The Qur'an, Hadith and 'Ulama. The leadership displayed by a leader is an implication of his ability to manage his emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. Goleman in Abd. Kadim Masaong said that optimizing the management of emotional intelligence will produce four competency domains that are very effective in creating a leadership style, namely, the domains of selfawareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. Tawassuth is an attitude that is in the middle or between two attitudes, namely not too far to the right (fundamentalist) and too far to the left (liberalist). With this tawassuth attitude, Islam will be easily accepted in all walks of life. The character of tawassuth in Islam is the middle point between the two ends and it is a virtue that has been placed by Allah Subhana wata'ala from the start. The value of tawassuth, which has become a principle in Islam, needs to be applied in all fields so that the religion of Islam and the religious expressions of Muslims become witnesses of measuring the truth for all human attitudes and behavior in general.

Middle Point orbivirus (MPOV) is an Australian arbovirus, belongs to the Yunnan orbivirus species found in China. First detected and reported from Beatrice Hill, Northern Territory (NT), MPOV has to date, only been exclusively reported from the NT, Australia. Whilst genetic characterization of MPOV has been previously described, only restricted to sequence information for segments 2 and 3 coding core protein VP2 and outer capsid protein VP3, respectively. This study presents for the first time nearly full-length genome sequences of MPOV, which represent 24 isolates collected over a span of more than 20 years from 1997 to 2018. Whilst the majority of isolates were sampled at Beatrice Hill, NT where MPOV is most frequently isolated, this report also describes the first two isolations of MPOV from Queensland (QLD), Australia. One of which is the first non-bovine isolate obtained from the mosquito vector Aedes vittiger. We further compared these MPOV sequences with known sequences of the Yunnan orbivirus and other known orbivirus sequences of mosquito origin found in Australia. The phylogenetic analyses indicate the Australian MPOV sequences are more closely related to each other than other known sequences of Yunnan orbivirus. Furthermore, MPOV sequences are closely related to sequences from the Indonesian isolate JKT-8650. The clustering of Australian sequences in the phylogenetic tree suggests the monophyletic lineage of MPOV circulating in Australia. Further, ongoing surveillance is required to assess the existence and prevalence of this or other yet undetected lineages of MPOV and other orbiviruses in Australia.

By applying fundamental mathematical knowledge, this paper proves that the function [Formula: see text] is an integer no less than [Formula: see text] has the property that the difference between the function value of middle point of arbitrarily two adjacent equidistant distribution nodes on [Formula: see text] and the mean of function values of these two nodes is a constant depending only on the number of nodes if and only if [Formula: see text] By them, we establish an important result about deep neural networks that the function [Formula: see text] can be interpolated by a deep Rectified Linear Unit (ReLU) network with depth [Formula: see text] on the equidistant distribution nodes in interval [Formula: see text] and the error of approximation is [Formula: see text] Then based on the main result that has just been proven and the Chebyshev orthogonal polynomials, we construct a deep network and give the error estimate of approximation to polynomials and continuous functions, respectively. In addition, this paper constructs one deep network with local sparse connections, shared weights and activation function [Formula: see text] and discusses its density and complexity.

The custom of Palai Ngandi (elopement) that occurs in East Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara is a social gap because couples who elope do not notify the woman's parents to marry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the recognition of the Palai Ngandi custom in East Sumba and the legal consequences of implementing the Palai Ngandi in Law Number 1 of 1974 in conjunction with Law Number 16 of 2019. The method used in this study is empirical research with a statutory approach, the customary law approach, the concept approach, the legal sociological approach and the case approach. The technique of collecting legal materials is carried out by observation and conducting a literature review to obtain primary and secondary legal materials which are then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there are still many Palai Ngandi customs in Pandawai District, East Sumba Regency. The Palai Ngandi custom which is a form of this gap has caused several consequences for the perpetrators and the parents of both parties which are resolved by existing customs in the community so that a good middle point can be found between the two parties who carry out Palai Ngandi.

<p><em>The vehicle density analysis survey is a survey conducted with the aim of knowing the size of the density and also the obstacle factors on the analyzed road. At the Bugel Kedung Jepara T-junction, the survey point is the middle point of the current conflict, or the meeting point of two heavy vehicle flows, from the flow of vehicles originating from the traffic light at the junction of Pecangaan Walisongo Jepara and the flow of vehicles originating from the Mantingan Jepara red light intersection. The survey results on Thursday and Sunday, on Thursday can represent the effective working day, the degree of saturation is 0.16 pcu / hour, 2 seconds delay for a total of 5796 vehicles, the side friction is 223.8, indicating that the level of side resistance (L) low. The results of the calculation of vehicle density using the Greenshields Method show that after analyzing the survey results at point IV, the densest point is at point V, which is at the red light junction of Walisongo, Pecangaan Jepara, which occurs during the peak hours of the afternoon at 16.00 - 17.00 WIB. Vehicle density = 36.31 pcu / hour and the level of road service (B) with a LOS analysis value of 0.31 including good. To minimize the occurrence of conflicts and accidents, at each I-V survey point it is necessary to add a caution sign or additional signs on each road segment</em><em></em></p>

<p>This thesis is about patterns in the speeches of Thucydides' unnamed ambassadors which create a sense of the national identity of the speakers. While general scholarly opinion had tended to regard Thucydidean speakers as not able to be differentiated, some scholars have demonstrated characterising patterns in the speeches of named individuals, such as Nikias or Archidamos. I focus on three poleis, Athens, Corinth, and Sparta, and base my own investigations on those of the named speeches. I argue that patterns can be discerned in the anonymous speeches which differentiate these three poleis, and which suggest national characterisation. The first part of this thesis considers stylistic features of the anonymous speeches, in the form of a case study of the Spartan anonymous speech, as the statistical evidence highlights some unexpected features of this speech. Thus, I first consider sentence organisation, arguing that while the Spartans in their speech utilise an unusual amount of subordination, the speech retains the brevity and simplicity one would expect of Spartans, relative to speakers of the other poleis. I then consider two features of vocabulary which we would not expect to see in the Spartan speech, arguing that these features suggest an attempt by the Spartans to ingratiate their speech to the Athenians, and that the vocabulary underscores the unusualness of the speech and, due to two programmatic statements in the speech, ultimately serves to re-emphasise Spartan national character. The second part of this thesis considers broader rhetorical features. First, I consider how the speakers frame the persuasive purpose of their speeches, arguing that the Athenians frame their speeches as the giving of advice, as opposed to the Spartans' openness of purpose, while the Corinthians stand between the two. Then I consider the approaches to argumentation, arguing that the Spartans couch their arguments in a conservative, Doric framework, that the Corinthians are also conservative, and that the Athenians highlight the openness to risk-taking of the polis, and consideration of what is profitable, or advantageous. I conclude that differences in organisation of the speeches, length and relative complexity, and rhetorical posturing would suggest national character to a sensitive reader. That is, the Spartan speeches suggest a conservative, Doric polis, the Athenian speeches reflect a democratic state in which sophistic education is freely available, and open to risk-taking, and the Corinthian speeches reflect their geographical and cultural middle point between the poles of Athens and Sparta.</p>

In the uncertain vibration analysis of fractionally-damped beams whose damping characteristic is described using fractional derivative model, the uncertain excitation is usually modeled as a stochastic process. However, it is often difficult to obtain sufficient samples of the excitation to establish a precise probability distribution function for the stochastic process model in practical engineering problems. Hence, in this paper, a nonrandom vibration analysis method for fractionally-damped beams is proposed to obtain the dynamic displacement response bounds of the beams under the uncertain excitation. Specifically, the uncertain excitation applied to the fractionally-damped beam is treated as a spatial-time interval field, so that the dynamic displacement response of the beam is also a space-time interval field. The middle point function and the radius function of the displacement response of the fractionally-damped beam can be derived based on the modal superposition method and the Laplace transform, through which the bound functions of the dynamic displacement response can be obtained. In addition, several numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Roof fracture is one of the main reasons for dynamic disaster in working face. During the process of long wall mining, due to the continuous fracture and collapse of roof, a stress shell composed of high stress is formed around the surrounding rock of the stope. The gravity of the overlying rock is transferred to the coal body around the stope through the stress shell. With the advancing of the working face, the stress shell has undergone the dynamic evolution process of the initial shell, extension shell, and flat shell. Based on the theory of shell and plate, the mechanical model of elliptical thin rock plate is constructed. The stress and bending moment distribution expressions of elliptic structure are obtained under two boundary conditions: the surrounding fixed-supported edges and simply supported edges. The results show that cracks begin to appear at the middle point of the semimajor axis and propagate along both ends of the semimajor axis. Then the fracture begins at the end of the semiminor axis, and the crack extends along the arc direction, forming an “X-O” type fracture. Finally, the mechanical nature of the stress shell instability is the result of the tensile fracture of the bedrock at the top of the shell.
