Adolescence is a transition period recognized from physical, emotional, and psychological changes happening between 10-19 years of age. Teenagers’ health problems certainly need comprehensive and integrated treatment given through IEC, counseling, peer counseling, clinical/medical services, and referrals, including the Integrated Service Post program as a form of community participation in health services. Therefore, the integrated-service-post program should be able to expand its service range; not only for toddlers, pregnant and breast-feeding women, but also other strategic targets such as teenagers and the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between family support and adolescent compliance in joining the family posyandu around the working area of the Public Health Center of Aikmel. This research was a descriptive correlation study using an observational approach. The population of this study was 399 teenagers and the samples were 134 drawn using systematic cluster sampling. A questionnaire was used to measure family support and observation sheets were used to find out adolescent compliance in joining the program. The data were then analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that the highest participation was shown by teenagers between 12-16 years of aged (70.1%) and the lowest participation was performed by adolescents aged 17-25 years (29.0%). Additionally, based on gender, girls participated more than boys (the participation of girls was 53%). Moreover, the result showed that the higher the education, the higher the family support. Finally, the levels of compliance were 53.7% (compliant) and 56.3% (non-compliant). The statistical test showed that ρ value = 0.009 (ρ < 0.05).Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a significant correlation between family support and adolescent compliance in joining the Integrated Service Post program for families around the working area of the Public Health Center of Aikmel. Hopefully, paramedics/cadres can provide counseling about the importance of family support to increase teenagers’ compliance in joining the program.

This study aimstodescribe, micro, smalland medium businesslicensingservices in theinvestmentofficeandone-stop integratedservice in Manado City. This study uses a qualitativeapproach, with data collectiontechniquesnamelyobservation, documentation, and semi-structuredinterviews. The results of the research show that 1) Regarding the process of coordinating the management of business licenses, the community does not yet know about the mechanism for managing business permits, so seeing the targets to be achieved can be said to be not optimal because, in the process of obtaining permits, people still find it difficult. 2) Regarding the management of the completion of service activities to the community related to how long the process of completing a business license, it can be seen that it is still not per the Operational Standards applied at the One-Stop Integrated Service and InvestmentService because the process of making a business license takes a long time.

The conclusion of this study illustrates that the use of the 5 dimensions of Parasuraman has met the standards of SIMBG Service Quality at DPMPTSP Merauke Regency in the management of IMB. However, there are some shortcomings and things that have not been met, such as the length of time the applicant data upload process takes, the appropriate length of time for issuance, and coordination with each sub district in Merauke Regency regarding more intensive socialization of online licensing at the Merauke Regency DPMPTSP. Apart from that, it has shown that in general the quality of service is quite optimal in providing public services regarding existing permits in Merauke Regency.

This study aims to determine the application of an integrated service system in several Central Java districts to protect Indonesian workers. This research uses the observational method. This study involved seven districts contributing to Indonesian workers in the province of Central Java. The sample districts include Banyumas, Cilacap, Pati, Kendal, Sragen, Grobogan and Wonosobo. The data were obtained utilizing field observations, interviews, quinones and literature studies, analyzed using the Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data tabulation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The study results show that the One-Stop Integrated Service also helps reduce Illegal Indonesian Migrant Workers and prevents document falsification. Limited Human Resources (HR) who can act as operator staff at LTSA office outlets are also a factor in the ineffectiveness of the One-Stop Integrated Service. This means that the presence of LTSA in various districts/cities in Central Java can facilitate the role of BP2MI in carrying out its functions. However, it cannot run effectively as a whole.

Individuals who have HIV who also use drugs experience increased age-matched morbidity and mortality in comparison with those with HIV who do not use drugs. A systematic review was conducted to describe models of integrated HIV and opioid use disorder (OUD) services, enablers of and barriers to integrated service access, and the coordinated systems and tools at the state and service delivery levels required for implementation. Database searches yielded 235 candidate articles, of which 22 studies met the inclusion criteria. Analysis found that integrated programs operated with minimal coordinated policy and systems guidance at the state level. Service delivery systems and tools used for integration, including use of integrated protocols, risk assessment tools, case management tools, and referral systems, were similar across integration models. Concerted efforts to coordinate state-level systems and develop supportive policies, guidelines, and standardized tools may facilitate integration at the service delivery level.
