Why-type non-factoid questions are ambiguous and involve variations in their answers. A challenge in returning one appropriate answer to user requires the process of appropriate answer extraction, re-ranking and validation. There are cases where the need is to understand the meaning and context of a document rather than finding exact words involved in question. The paper addresses this problem by exploring lexico-syntactic, semantic and contextual query-dependent features, some of which are based on deep learning frameworks to depict the probability of answer candidate being relevant for the question. The features are weighted by the score returned by ensemble ExtraTreesClassifier according to features importance. An answer re-ranker model is implemented that finds the highest ranked answer comprising largest value of feature similarity between question and answer candidate and thus achieving 0.64 Mean Reciprocal Rank (MRR). Further, answer is validated by matching the answer type of answer candidate and returns the highest ranked answer candidate with matched answer type to a user.

Abstract Gempol Village is a village on Mount Ungaran that has made efforts to preserve orchid species. Through mentoring and training from the UNNES Research Team which began in 2011, as well as greenhouse facilitation from PT Indonesia Power, the Gempol village community who are members of the Omah Sawah Community began to make efforts to conserve orchid species. The results of the identification of the problems experienced by community groups as foster partners can be grouped into three aspects, namely knowledge and skills of acclimatization of orchids from plant tissue culture, post-acclimatization management/care, and supporting infrastructure for acclimatization of tissue cultured orchids, where these three aspects are interrelated. The methods used include lecture and question and answer activities, practice, and mentoring. The result achieved is that the orchid species acclimatization activity in Gempol Hamlet, Ngesrepbalong Village has been carried out with satisfactory results. Activities are carried out through training and assistance to community groups who are members of Omah Sawah. The results of the evaluation of the participants showed that the participants' understanding and skills improved after this activity was carried out, even providing ideas for participants to apply to cultivated orchids. The result is enough to generate economic income for the participants, because some of their cultivated orchids are sold. Slum areas are known to be incubators of disease because they are occupied by high density residents. This activity aims to conduct dissemination in slum settlements in 11 urban villages (Kesenden, Kebonbaru, Pegambiran, Jagasatru, Pulasaren, Drajat, Sunyaragi, Karyamulya, Argasunya, Harjamukti, and Kecapi) with the theme of Prevention of the spread of COVID-19 through the 7 slum indicators approach. The methods applied in this activity were lecture along with question and answer. This activity was implemented by carrying out health protocols to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 wherein there were only 30 participants attended in each village who were required to wear masks and keep social distancing. This dissemination activity was limited to only 2 hours, effective from 08.30 to 11.00 a.m. Based on the results of the activity implementation, basically most of the people had a fairly good knowledge on COVID-19, but not all had a good attitude since there were some people who thought that the virus mostly attacks the middle to upper class. There was also indifference attitude towards government recommendations since they thought that God determines their health status.

Kata kunci: Fermentasi, Wadi, Pelatihan Online ABSTRACTOne of the processes of applying the fermentation process occurs in fishery products. Wadi is a fermented fish product that is in great demand by the people of South Kalimantan. Wadi is one of the traditional fish or meat fermentation processes in the form of semi-wet whole fish, slightly black (close to the color of fresh fish), clay texture with a distinctive fermented fish aroma, and has a salty taste. Wadi has a long shelf life of about 6 to 12 months. Lack of skills in wadi processing resulted in wadi not being able to last long so that the wadi rotted quickly. In addition, there is no packaged wadi on the market so it is difficult for people outside South Kalimantan to get this wadi product. This training uses lecture, discussion, question and answer methods as well as online demonstrations or practice. This training resulted in good knowledge and understanding for the participants of the wadi making training. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the training participants in the discussion and question and answer sessions to seek complete information about fermentation techniques and training in wadi making. Keywords: Fermentation, Wadi, Online Training

O b j e c t i v e s. The main goal of the work is a research of the natural language user interfaces and the developmentof a prototype of such an interface. The prototype is a bilingual Russian and Belarusian question-and-answer dialogue system. The research of the natural language interfaces was conducted in terms of the use of natural language for interaction between a user and a computer system. The main problems here are the ambiguity of natural language and the difficulties in the design of natural language interfaces that meet user expectations.M e t ho d s. The main principles of modelling the natural language user interfaces are considered. As an intelligent system, it consists of a database, knowledge machine and a user interface. Speech recognition and speech synthesis components make natural language interfaces more convenient from the point of view of usability.R e s u l t s. The description of the prototype of a natural language interface for a question-and-answer intelligent system is presented. The model of the prototype includes speech-to-text and text-to-speech Belarusian and Russian subsystems, generation of responses in the form of the natural language and formal text.An additional component is natural Belarusian and Russian voice input. Some of the data, required for human voice recognition, are stored as knowledge in the knowledge base or created on the basis of existing knowledge. Another important component is Belarusian and Russian voice output. This component is the top required for making the natural language interface more user-friendly.Co n c l u s i o n. The article presents the research of natural language user interfaces, the result of which provides the development and description of the prototype of the natural language interface for the intelligent question- and-answer system.
