Data were collected through an online questionnaire and submitted to descriptive analysis. Results: only 36% of teaching nurses were licensed and 80% had a specialization in nursing or health. Although 95.1% of participants considered training for teaching necessary, 44.2% did not have qualifications for this job. The average length of work in care was 8 years, focusing on the hospital network. Conclusion: the need for professor training and investment in it is evidenced, as the training of essential workers for nursing care and consolidation of the Unified Health System is on the agenda.

The objective was to interpret the meaning of the pedagogical practice that teachers carry out to carry out an industrial technical education oriented toward innovation, in the context of the Industrial Technical School “La Carucieña” in the city of Barquisimeto, Venezuela. The interpretive ethnographic method was used in the qualitative methodological perspective; participant observation was used in classrooms and workshops, and the in-depth interview of five teachers was used. The coding and categorization procedure resulted in two guiding categories: (a) Innovation in the pedagogical act of the Industrial Technical Schools, and (b) Pedagogy of Learning for Innovation, to which the hermeneutic process was carried out. As a final reflection it is necessary that the essence of the innovative being in the pedagogical act is the teacher, because his students will be the reflection of the attitude towards the need to improve, to incorporate changes and the dedication to overcome the education of routine and inertia.

Discourses of creativity play a crucial role in shaping cultural perceptions of what constitutes creative labour, who performs it and where it is located. This article explores the historical role that businesses, policy-makers and education providers played as co-producers of discourses about creativity in British fashion and textile design education. Beginning with the emergence of new vocational courses for textile design and manufacture in the 1870s, it traces how the language used to describe conceptions of creativity evolved in relation to educational provision for textiles, dressmaking and, later, fashion over the first half of the twentieth century. During this period, creativity became associated with labour related to designing fashion and textile goods – such as illustration – rather than the labour of making them. This shift resulted from the establishment of fashion and textile design as respected courses within art and design schools, which backed the ideal of a professional designer. It was implemented at the expense of, and with the effect of undermining the creative labour of staff and students in vocational trade schools. As a result, this article challenges the idea that the development of fashion and textile design courses in art and design schools democratized the creative labour of design in the British fashion industry by opening opportunities for the middle-classes. Rather, it finds that discourses around creative labour worked to exclude the creativity of the predominantly working-class students at technical schools, with long-term implications for the relationship between socio-economic status and access to the creative industries.

The article focuses on the justification of the axiological approach to the organisation of students’ educational work; the goals and results of the organised educational process during the preparation of bachelor students of vocational training are determined. Analysing theoretical research in the field of vocational and pedagogical education allowed the author to put forward a hypothesis about the possibility of creating a pedagogical environment suitable for the development of competencies necessary for the spiritual and moral education of secondary vocational educational organisations (technical schools and colleges) students. The conclusion of the article is based on the results of a four-year study (from September 2017 to June 2021) including asserting, shaping and final pedagogical experiments, the participants of which were 1-4 year students. Diagnostics of the subjects of pedagogical training spiritual and moral upbringing proved that the methodological approach and the research methods used are the most suitable. During the research, the author proved that it is possible to solve the priority issue of preparing students for the spiritual and moral education of workers and technicians in the context of a modern university. Teachers of pedagogical disciplines and the university’s general spiritual and moral situation play a special role in this.

Quantitative research method has been used for this purpose .to examine the research hypotheses, considering the population of the statistical population and the available facilities and capacities, 150 questionnaires have been considered. Using spss statistical software, many topics of respondents and analysis of hypotheses have been examined and finally, after the analysis, the final result has been obtained. Hierarchical analysis (Ahp) method has also been used in this research. The final result of this research shows that in order to provide a suitable housing model in terms of urban design for the residents of the study area, the criteria and indicators of the physical-spatial structure of the city are the most important.
