When a work system is considered we must focus on people that are part of the system as an active agent that can participate and interact all along the working process. In this process, stress contributes to increasing the probability of diseases and accidents. Therefore, one of the main objectives, from a preventive perspective, is to reduce stress levels. Related to this, the characteristics of healthy organizations will be described as a model to promote health. The objective of this chapter is to offer a broad and multidisciplinary perspective of prevention risk in the workplace centered in the worker, taking the view of neuroscience and health psychology. For that purpose, stress interventions in the organizations and in the individuals will be outlined. Finally, this chapter would finish proposing a preventive intervention to improve healthier work environments, taking into account neurosciences and health psychology. This proposal will be based on improving lifestyle, education for health, and self-respect.

Objective Investigate the effect of an antenatal lifestyle education seminar on reducing preterm birth, and whether education timing modifies outcomes among women with different characteristics. Design Retrospective cohort study Setting A metropolitan hospital in Beijing, China Population A total of 3008 singleton livebirths Methods Extracted data from deidentified electronic medical records were analyzed. Odds ratios (ORs) for preterm birth according to antenatal education attendance using stepwise binary logistic regression stratified by different maternal characteristics was conducted. Outcome measure Preterm birth (gestational age <37+0 weeks) Results Overall prevalence of preterm birth was 8.7%, but higher for women who did not attend the antenatal seminar (11.5%). Risk of preterm birth for first trimester attendees decreased by 53% ([OR] 0.47, 95% CI 0.35-0.64), and 41% for later attendees ([OR] 0.59, 95% CI 0.41-0.86). Estimates persisted after adjusting pre-existing and gestational covariates. In subgroup analysis, young or nulliparous women who attended later than first trimester were at decreased risk. For women aged ≥35 years, multiparous, who had a previous caesarean section/myomectomy, the risk of preterm birth was reduced among first trimester attendees, but no longer significant after adjusting for pre-existing and gestational covariates (p > 0.05). Timing of the seminar was not significant for women received assisted reproductive technologies. Conclusions Offering an antenatal lifestyle education seminar was associated with lower preterm birth risk and was modified by education timing and women’s characteristics. Results can inform the development of tailored preterm birth prevention strategies. Keywords Antenatal education, lifestyle factors, preterm birth, intervention timing, health promotion.

Abstract Background Virtual reality training (VRT) is a new method for the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal impairments. However, the clinical and central effects of VRT have not been investigated in patients with patellofemoral pain (PFP). To comprehensively assess the effects of VRT on clinical indices and brain function, we used a randomized clinical trial based on clinical and brain mapping assessment. Methods Twenty-six women with PFP for more than 6 months were randomly allocated to 2 groups: intervention and control. The intervention consisted of lifestyle education + 8 weeks VRT, in 24 sessions each lasting 40 min of training, whereas the control group just received lifestyle education. The balance was the primary outcome and was measured by the modified star excursion balance test. Secondary outcomes included pain, function, quality of life, and brain function which were assessed by visual analogue scale, step down test and Kujala questionnaire, SF-36, and EEG, respectively. Pre-intervention, post-intervention and follow-up (1 month after the end of the intervention) measurements were taken for all outcome measures except EEG, which was evaluated only at pre-intervention and post-intervention). Analyses of variance was used to compare the clinical outcomes between the two groups. The independent t-test also was used for between group EEG analyses. Results Balance score (P < 0.001), function (P < 0.001), and quality of life (P = 0.001) improved significantly at post-intervention and 1 month follow-up in the VRT group compared with the control group. VRT group showed a significantly decreased pain score (P = 0.004). Alpha (P < 0.05) and theta (P = 0.01) power activity also increased in the brain of the VRT group. Conclusion This study demonstrated that long term VRT was capable of improving both clinical impairments and brain function in patients with PFP. Therefore, therapists and clinicians can use this method as a more holistic approach in the rehabilitation of PFP. Trial registration IRCT, IRCT20090831002391N40. Registered 23 / 10 / 2019.

The paper attempts to consider changes in the translator's activity caused by the turn towards digital transformation in the institutional sphere. The analysis is based on material from German social networks, their content being the subject matter for the modern translator who is a specialist in cross-cultural and cross-lingual communication. The study describes the algorithm for implementing social management at the macrostructural and compositional levels. The emphasis is also placed on the institutional spheres that are most susceptible to digital transformation, which include nutrition and healthy lifestyle, education and many others. Total digital transformation of these institutional spheres is primarily evidenced by an increase in neologisms recorded in electronic databases, and dictionaries with an indication of their contextual use and their further popularization, first of all, in mass media texts. The results of the analysis lead the authors to conclude that training a new generation of interpreters and translators should include mastering the skill of working with big data, different corpora of texts, neologisms marked by or containing the industry component, as well as the need to develop glossary-type dictionaries for branches of knowledge. Considering the controversial content of social networks, the authors of the paper come to the conclusion that it is necessary to develop the code of ethics for the social networks translator.
