The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has forced the economic activity of the Indonesian population to decline drastically, which has an impact on the education funding process. Given these problems, it is necessary to develop a Decision-Making System to assist the selection process for KIP admissions for students who meet the requirements. The purpose of this research is that the provision of KIP can be right on target. For decision making, three stages are used with the method used, the first stage is the C-45 method for student priority decision making, the second stage is the Fuzzy MADM method, and the third stage is ranking according to the total quota. which is determined. The initial selection used the C-45 method with the variables of GPA, parents' income, achievements, parental dependents, and cases. The results of the C4.5 calculation show that the first priority is parental dependents with a Gain value of 0.007822696, followed by a GPA with a Gain value of -0.130011482, the third priority is Parents' Income with a Gain value of -0.702657067 and the last priority is an achievement. The results of the calculation are continued with Fuzzy MADM resulting in 5 rules used to determine student priorities (can) or not. The results achieved from 140 students who applied were accepted by 135 students who passed the initial stage, and out of 135 rankings, 70 students were determined to receive scholarships from the Government with the highest calculation score of 21 and the lowest of 14.4.

Abstract The life of metal forming dies, and the efficiency of tooling industries depends on the mechanical and wear properties of tool steel. These properties can be further improved by depositing the ceramic coating on heat-treated tool steel. There are many coating materials available with numerous excellent properties. But problem is how to select the best coating material. Compared to various studies related to material selection problems in the contrasting area of utilization, remarkably, few research work is done in tooling industries. In the present work, we have identified eight coating materials (alternatives) and nine evaluation criteria under the consultation of an expert in the tooling application and tribological field. To deal with this coating material selection problem, an integrated fuzzy-MADM method is proposed comprising BWM and fuzzy-MARCOS. This integrated fuzzy-MADM method is used to evaluate the alternative, and the obtained results are scrutinized under extensive use of sensitivity analysis. In the first phase of analysis, seven scenarios of criteria weight change are used, which is derived by the BWM method; dynamic matrices are used in the second phase of analysis. In the third and fourth phases, obtained ranks are compared with those obtained by different weight calculation methods and ranking methods, respectively. All the phases have similar results, i.e., AlCrN/TiAlN coating (alternative Cm5) is the best coating material. What is more, the proposed method has been used to solve the published results of coating material selection. To evaluate its reliability and robustness, a four phases comparative sensitivity analysis was performed.

Sesuai dengan peraturan yang sudah ditentukan oleh Undang-undang, untuk bisa mengikuti pemilu maka diperlukan kriteria-kriteria untuk menentukan siapa yang berhak untuk mengikuti pemilu. Untuk membantu menentukan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang berhak mengikuti pemilu maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk Sistem Pendukung Keputusan adalah dengan menggunakan Fuzzy MADM (Multiple Attribute Decission Making) dengan mengggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan berdasarkan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal

Rice distribution for economically disadvantaged group of people is one of the main  operational activities of  Bulog Company to advance Indonesian society welfare. Decision making for rice quality for the addressee often became a complicated problem. Overcoming those problems  takes an effective step in order to take a decision. One way to do so is to perform the classification process and search for the best result using the existing data. The use of software can be an optimal solution of the problem by using the method of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) Yager. This application will ease Perum Bulog to determine the best rice quality to be distributed to the economically disadvantaged group of people. After fuzzification of data to work with FMADM Yager perform pairwise comparisons are based on the value of an attribute of interest, determined the value of the weight (W), reappointment, and ranking the final results. Based on the results, then the KP. Adi Rizka an optimal alternative to the value of 0.8131 which it included in the category of suitable is 0.8. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

This research article presents a comprehensive analysis of weighting methods used in fuzzy multi attribute decision making (MADM) methods. These methods involve various criteria in order to evaluate alternatives and determining the weights of criteria is a significant problem that arises very often in many MADM problems. In this research paper, CRTITIC and Entropy weighting methods have been used for finding criteria’s weights like in many research works. Using these unsupervised methods of assigning criteria weights, seven fuzzy MADM methods are examined in the context of ranking the best company to invest in. From the results of these methods, ranking order of alternatives is obtained and are analysed for reliability.

In this paper, picture fuzzy tensor is proposed, and some related properties are studied. In the meantime, the decomposition theorem of picture fuzzy tensors is established by using picture fuzzy cutting tensors and picture fuzzy t-norm. Moreover, we propose the generalized picture fuzzy weighted interaction aggregation (GPFWIA) operator and the generalized picture fuzzy weighted interaction geometric (GPFWIG) operator. Finally, an application of picture fuzzy tensor in multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problems is presented, that is, a method is suggested to solve picture fuzzy MADM problems with multi-dimensional data characteristics. It is found that our proposed method is feasible and effective by a typical application example.
