Objectives: Implement a mobile application to control COVID-19 in all its variants, containing or reducing the spread of the virus during the return to face-to-face classes at the ITCG. Methodology: The project was developed in Android Studio using different libraries and technological resources. You have access to a web server with a MySQL database. The application allows scanning the QR code of the visited site from the mobile application, reporting a positive case and vaccine reactions, monitoring any unusual adverse effects, as well as receiving notifications via SMS. Contribution: Contain the advance of the virus, avoiding saturating health systems, monitoring users in the event of any eventuality. The application was distributed to the student community of the Technological Institute of Ciudad Guzmán (ITCG) during the application of the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine, to monitor any symptoms, as well as positive cases during the return to face-to-face classes.

Currently, the government pays more atten-tion to the standards and guidelines for all education systems to ensure that vocational and higher education programmes are coor-dinated with the evolving needs of the labour market. This policy includes development of the National qualifications system and of the independent assessment of qualifications, which could be served for external evalua-tion of the quality of higher education. The paper represents indicators of SPbGTI(TU) students' involvement in the procedures of independent qualifications assessment, re-sults of students' awareness about the Na-tional Qualifications System and about the infrastructure, which carries out this as-sessment, as well as results of the study of students' motives for voluntary participation in the procedures of the independent qualifi-cations assessment. The paper also offers suggestions about improving students’ in-volvement in the independent assessment of qualifications.

Abstract In several cases, the Danish Technological Institute has experienced widespread fungal growth on newly cast concrete floors, with a moisture barrier and floating wooden flooring. The reason for fungal growth is usually due to an inadequate drying period. Existing recommendations require that the relative humidity (RH) of air in equilibrium with the concrete, measured in the middle of the concrete, should not exceed 85-90% RH. In this study, six randomly picked apartments in a newly built apartment complex, were chosen for a case study of fungal growth and moisture on newly cast concrete. The study demonstrates that at least some pecies of fungi can grow very well on newly cast concrete if the surface is dusty and moist. The study also demonstrates that a few samples on the surface will often be representative for the whole floor. The study finds that there is a need to revise the existing guidelines for acceptable moisture content in the concrete before mounting the floor. This might have an impact on the entire building process and/or the design of the floor construction. The study also finds that there is a need for a guideline for measuring moisture and fungal growth on newly cast concrete floors.

AbstractThrough a systematic focus and a descriptive, inferential and correlational analysis, authors (professors from the National Technological Institute of Mexico) performed an investigation on how corruption is perceived and its effect on profit and management in micro and small enterprises (MSMEs) located in the City of Piedras Negras Coahuila, Mexico; with this, public managers may have a reference guide and assume strategic measures in order to minimize the effects of corruption. Conclusions which were based on the results found, implying a low perception of corruption and a low impact of it in enterprises which were the object of this research.

This report is carried out through a systemic and comprehensive approach, considering the use of the Comprehensive Technical Productivity Assessment tool (TIEP) that integrates within its application the evaluation of 10 priority elements to achieve productivity and therefore the quality of organizations. It should be noted that the information that integrates the tool and the elements is taken directly from the experts linked in the context of the study. It is of great importance to mention the participation of the personnel who collaborated in the compilation of the information, as well as the experts who advised to be able to integrate a comprehensive scheme of the organizational scenario.

In accordance with the calls for proposals for technological development and innovation and scientific research projects, issued by the National Technological Institute of Mexico (TecNM), each campus belonging to the TecNM must carry out the management of the projects that are authorized in each period in order to have timely information on the status of each project in terms of progress, application of resources, goals achieved, etc. Based on these needs in the Technological Institute of Oaxaca, specifically in the Coordination of the Division of Postgraduate Studies and Research, the need to have a web tool that supports said project management becomes clear. The objective of this web tool is precisely the management, control and monitoring of the stages, advances, items and sub-items of the research project financing, based on the periods established by the TecNM, maintaining effective communication between the institutional coordinator and the project leader through notifications. The agile extreme programming model, JavaScript and the Express framework were used in the development of the software.
