The Lhokseumawe City Government consists of 4 (four) sub-districts, namely Muara Dua District, Muara Satu District, Blang Mangat District and Banda Sakti District. The old Pusong Village is one of the villages located in Banda Sakti District. Gampong Pusong Lama is one of the villages located on the coast of the city of Lhokseumawe, and the average population of Gampong Pusong is whose income depends on the catch of fish. The catch of fishermen is affected by the wind. If the wind is strong then their catch is small and this has an impact on fishermen's income. Under these circumstances, fishermen can only surrender and use a small amount of their past income to meet their daily needs. Fish caught by fishermen have high nutritional and protein content. The fishermen's family members consume the caught fish every day by cooking it as a side dish. Whereas in addition to being cooked as a side dish, fish can also be processed into ready-to-eat food and can increase its economic value. They still have minimal knowledge about the technology of processing fishery products other than being cooked into side dishes. Fishermen's family members, namely fishermen's mothers, have the potential to improve the economic conditions of their families. Given these conditions, it is necessary to make an effort to improve the economy and skills with science and technology. For this reason, it is necessary to make an effort to empower fishing communities, especially women in an effort to increase the income of fishermen's families. The purpose of this Community Service Activity (PKM) is to empower the community by using science and technology to improve the skills and economic income of partners through processing marine products in the form of fish. the processing does not require modern equipment, (2) training and assistance in the manufacture of modern fishery products that are rich in nutrition. (3) product packaging. The result of this activity is the increased knowledge and skills of partners in processing fishery products. The method of carrying out activities is carried out by (1) introducing nutritious modern fishery products whose processing does not require modern equipment, (2) training and assistance in the manufacture of modern fishery products that are rich in nutrition. (3) product packaging. The result of this activity is the increased knowledge and skills of partners in processing fishery products. In Sweden, 59% of the annual gross felling takes place in forests owned by family forest owners (FFOs). Forest companies conduct thousands of timber transactions with FFOs each year, and, most often, harvesting services are provided to them as part of the deal. Delivering services that meet the FFOs’ expectations of quality is important for any organization that wants FFOs to be loyal suppliers. The objectives of this study are to clarify FFOs’ service quality expectations in timber transactions, show how well forest companies meet these expectations, and identify factors that may influence FFOs’ quality assessments. Data were collected through a survey sent out to 973 FFOs, with a response rate of 43% (n = 418). The results show that, on average, FFOs perceived that the quality of the services delivered in relation to their latest timber transaction met their expectations on 2 out of 14 quality features: modern equipment (e.g., forest machines) and staff’s courtesy towards the FFO. The study concludes that skilled and service-minded employees are highly important for maintaining good relationships with FFOs and that forest companies may have a lot to gain by improving communication and taking the interests of the FFOs into greater consideration.

In the paper, the authors focused on the environmental problems of pollution emissions caused by households using batch boilers fired with solid fuels. The aim of this study is to analyse the course of changes in the actual efficiency and emission of a solid fuel updraft boiler, the most popular type of batch boilers used in Poland in recent years. The subject of analysis is the comparison of the values of atmospheric emissions of harmful substances depending on the type of wood burnt in the boiler. The investigation comprises the combustion characteristics of three types of woody biomass (in billets), i.e., pine, birch, and beech. Based on the carried out research of all billets, the beech has the lowest values of CO (3497 mg/m3) and particulate matter (116.9 mg/m3). Despite this, obtained results exceed the current permissible limits based on the standard PN:EN 303-5:2012. The highest efficiency (54.13%) was obtained for birch billets, the lowest for pine (45.13%). The research has shown that the real heating efficiency during the combustion of wood, irrespective of the type of wood being burnt, is low. To summarise, the outdated installations contribute to air pollution several times higher, which indicates the need to replace inefficient heat sources using solid fuels with modern equipment that meets the most stringent standards.

This article presents the results of the level of feeding and the health status of dairy cows in a commercial dairy farm on the content of the main components in milk (fat, protein, urea). The aim of the research was to study the milk productivity and composition of milk of cows, to analyze the level of feeding and the content of basic nutrients in the diet of the farm. The object of the research was Holstein cows in the amount of 483 heads of Aina Dairy Farm LLP. The studies were carried out according to generally accepted zootechnical methods using modern equipment for conducting analyzes and interstate and state standards. An increase in the norm of the content of crude protein in the diets of dairy cows to 17.4% DM led to an increase in the content of urea by 2.3% in comparison with the norm in the milk of cows of the first group, while the content of urea in the milk of the second group remained within the limits valid values.

Several clinical observations of rare complications of pancreatoduodenectomy in the early and long-term postoperative periods are presented. The authors tell about the bile leakage (severity C), arrosive bleeding, thrombosis of the liver vessels, as well as bowel obstruction from carcinomatosis. The possibilities of modern minimally invasive technologies are demonstrated: ante- and retrograde and endovascular methods in the treatment of these complications. Pancreatoduodenectomy should be performed in multidisciplinary medical centers with extensive experience and modern equipment that allows timely correction of postoperative complications.

The purpose of the study is to identify the essence of public administration of municipal property. The theoretical and methodological relevance of this research paper lies in the fact that economists do not consider the issue of publicity in the management of regional property as a priority in modern realities. The goal set determined the need to solve the following problem: to determine the economic effect of managing regional property during its digitalization. To achieve the purpose of the study, methods of statistical information processing were used. The state property of the Perm Territory is considered as the objects of research. Digitalization of property in the regions will allow you to convert analog data streams into digital format and transfer existing communications into computer technologies. This process will be the first step towards achieving the goal, then it will be necessary to complete the automation of all processes (in the infrastructure), and provide modern equipment with digital technology support.

Today, the veterinarian is increasingly in veterinary practice began to use new modern technologies for the treatment of small pets, using modern equipment for medical manipulations. At present, a modern operating room can no longer be imagined without a ventilator and a device for giving inhalation anesthesia. But, even new modern equipment and modern drugs for performing anesthesia cannot protect against medical errors. One of the most important manipulations is the ability to correctly place the endotracheal tube to perform resuscitation or give inhalation anesthesia. The percentage of iatrogenic injuries during this procedure reaches 2.5 % and is complicated by bleeding and blood aspiration, which requires emergency assistance, primarily with the use of endosoepic technologies.

The formation of engineer units in the Royal Yugoslav Army during the 1920s and 1930s developed in two phases. The first was its engagement within the army divisions and in the second phase was the establishment of a unique engineering command, including pioneer, pontoon, and military traffic commands. Considering their different specialized activities, planned complex training demanded certain financial resources as well as an adequately qualified command staff. The lack of engineering officers and non-commissioned officers was one of the reasons why the recruits did not have regular lectures. Also, whole units were often sent out of their garrisons, especially for the purpose of strengthening the country’s borders, which posed a serious problem, which was not solved during the entire interwar period. Another problem was a small number of recruits, which is why they had to be taken over from other military units, plus the fact that they were mostly technically inexperienced and frequently even illiterate. In addition, modern equipment was scarce, all of which made good quality training impossible.
