Pingtan Island is the largest island in Fujian Province and the fifth largest island in China. The invasion of a large number of alien plants has had a profound impact on the local ecological environment. Because the harm caused by alien invasive plants varies greatly between different ecosystems and even in different habitats, the risk assessment index system suitable for one region may not be suitable for other regions. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a risk assessment index system for invasive alien plants on Pingtan Island. Alien plant communities in different habitats were studied by means of quadrat investigation and professional literature review. Some invasive alien species were selected and compiled into a list of invasive alien plants on Pingtan Island, and their species composition, origin, flora, life forms, and habitats were statistically grouped. There were 104 species in 80 genera and 37 families of alien invasive plants. Asteraceae, Fabaceae, Amaranthaceae, and Poaceae were the main families, accounting for 26.7%, 6.7%, 6.7% and 5.8% of the total species, respectively. The geographical components of families and genera have obvious tropical properties, accounting for 51.3% and 66.6% of the total species, respectively. These originated mainly from South America and North America, accounting for 45.5% and 30.1% of the total frequency, respectively. Annual herbs, biennial herbs, and perennial herbs accounted for 84.6% of the total species. Based on a DPSIR conceptual model and an AHP method, an invasion risk assessment of 104 invasive alien plants was conducted. The ecological adaptability, habitat distribution and landscape impact of species were considered in the selection of indicators and the formulation of standards. A total of 23 high-risk invasive species were identified at level I, 37 medium-risk invasive species at level II, and 44 low-risk invasive species at level III. Lantana camara L. had the highest risk score (49), followed by Cenchrus echinatus L. (45), Spartina alterniflora Loisel. (45), and Panicum repens L. (43.5). Suggestions are put forward to prevent the invasion of alien plants on Pingtan Island and to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the healthy and stable development of the ecological environment on the island.

In view of the ambiguity and randomness of the assessment of earthquake scene rescue performance, this paper proposes an integrated assessment method considering quantitative and qualitative influencing factors from three levels: search, rescue and medical treatment. Firstly, this study constructs an assessment index system of rescue performance at the earthquake scene based on the International Search and Rescue Advisory Group (INSARAG) guidelines set by International Search and Response. Secondly, the subjective weights and objective weights of each index were calculated using the hierarchical analysis process (AHP) and cloud model, respectively. The comprehensive weights were calculated using weighted analysis, and the performance assessment results were visually expressed by cloud model images. Finally, the study was applied to an earthquake rescue case with an initial assessment of 4.0065, and its performance was improved by 4.36% when the rescue process was optimized. The assessment results show that earthquake rescue performance can be estimated, and the rationality and effectiveness of the method was validated.

In this study, based on the “Driver-Pressure-State-Impact-Response” (DPSIR) assessment model, an assessment index system aming at the Tieshan Reservoir watershed was established from 4 aspects including social-economic impact, ecological subsystem, ecological service subsystem, regulation and management. Eighteen major items containing 55 indexes were selected in the assessment index system. Furthermore, the ecological security index (ESI) was calculated, and the deviation degree of reservoir ecological safety from the standard state was assessed. Results showed that ecological security index of Tieshan Reservoir watershed is 89, ecological security level is I , indicating security. The low security indexes of total phosphorus and total nitrogen were the major disadvantage factors that affected the ecological security of Tieshan Reservoir watershed, including rural life pollution and farmland runoff pollution. In addition, long-term mechanism of protection and development has not been formed yet, which also restricts the economic growth. Strengthening the formulation of laws and regulations on environmental protection, tamping the basic capacity building of water pollution control, developing ecological agriculture and green tourism are the important ways to improve the ecological security and realize the sustainable development of Tieshan Reservoir watershed.

The current method’s e-commerce credit risk assessment is prone to poor data balance and low evaluation accuracy. An RB-XGBoost algorithm-based e-commerce credit risk assessment model is proposed in this study. The adaptive random balance (RB) method is used to sample and process the obtained data to improve the balance degree of the data. An assessment index system is constructed based on the processed data. Based on the risk evaluation index system and the XGBoost algorithm, this paper constructed an e-commerce risk assessment model and assessed the e-commerce credit risk using this model. The experimental results show that the proposed method has good data balance, a high kappa coefficient, and a large receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve area, which can effectively improve e-commerce credit risk assessment accuracy.

Background: Anopheles philippinensis and Anopheles nivipes are morphologically similar and are considered to be effective vectors of malaria transmission in northeastern India. Environmental factors such as temperature and rainfall have a significant impact on the temporal and spatial distribution of disease vectors driven by future climate change. Methods: In this study, we used the maximum entropy model to predict the potential global distribution of the two mosquito species in the near future and the trend of future distribution in China. Based on the contribution rate of environmental factors, we analyzed the main environmental factors affecting the distribution of the two mosquito species. We also constructed a disease vector risk assessment index system to calculate the comprehensive risk value of the invasive species. Results: Precipitation has a significant effect on the distribution of potentially suitable areas for Anopheles philippinensis and Anopheles nivipes. The two mosquito species may spread in the suitable areas of China in the future. The results of the risk assessment index system showed that the two mosquito species belong to the moderate invasion risk level for China. Conclusions: China should improve the mosquito vector monitoring system, formulate scientific prevention and control strategies and strictly prevent foreign imports.

China’s urbanization over the past thirty years has been the fastest in history and has led to significant challenges in balancing urbanization and energy use. As a result, this study proposed a comprehensive green urbanization assessment index system considering energy use and environment protection together. To be specific, principal component analysis was applied to eliminate redundant information, and a slacks-based measure model was used to evaluate urbanization efficiencies. Meanwhile, with super efficiency incorporated, the proposed model enabled to distinguish the DMU from DMUs with same efficiency value, further, a projection analysis was conducted to direct the improvement of the identified inefficient decision-making units (DMUs). Finally, the comprehensive green urbanization index system was applied to a western Chinese province (Sichuan Province) to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed models, from which it was found that the overall green urbanization efficiency in Sichuan province was 81.54%, due to an input distribution imbalance and low technical efficiency.

A summary of oral interpretation can best reflect a person’s instant memory and adaptability. In various places where oral interpreters are needed, the requirements for interpreters are very high. Oral interpretation plays an important role in foreign communications. As international communications deepens and becomes more frequent, people are becoming enthusiastic about the research on oral interpretation. Whether in the West or in China, the research on oral interpretation and related content has never stopped since the seventies of the last century, and it has since been progressing and developing continuously. Based on this, this paper is divided into three parts to elaborate. Firstly, it explains the definition of oral interpretation, secondly the importance of oral interpretation quality assessment is explained, and finally the process and analysis of the establishment of a language assessment index system based on oral interpretation are explained. It is hoped that this paper will serve as a useful reference for relevant personnel.
