The monograph presents an approach to solving the problem of increasing the throughput and processing capacity of seaports in conditions of limiting their territorial dislocation and increasing the unevenness of external and internal cargo flows. The basis of the approach is the proposed system of the main parameters of the dry port and the methodology of simulation modeling of the functioning of the system "seaport - dry port". The material is illustrated with examples of the implementation of the developed approach, including model scenarios of multi-agent optimization of the parameters of the system under study. The proposed approach and the developed methodology can be used to justify management decisions on the balanced development of transport and logistics infrastructure of the regions hosting sea and dry ports. It is intended for specialists of transport and logistics companies, engineering and technical workers engaged in solving problems in the field of logistics, supply chain management and transport infrastructure design. In addition, it is recommended to students in the following programs: postgraduate studies 23.06.01 "Land transport engineering and technology" (focus "Transport and transport-technological systems of the country, its regions and cities, organization of production in transport") and 27.06.01 "Management in technical systems" (focus "Management of transportation processes"); master's degree 23.04.01 "Technology of transport processes" (profile "Organization of transportation and management in a single transport system"); bachelor's degree 38.03.02 "Management" (profile "Logistics") and 23.03.01 "Technology of transport processes".

At the present stage of economic development, the agro-industrial sector of Ukraine is one of the most important parts of the economic systems of most countries with market economies. It is developing in conditions of high energy security, the use of a wide range of agronomic techniques, greening based on the use of modern energy and environmental technologies, methods and ways of managing agro-industrial enterprises. The production base of the agro-industrial sphere is based on an extensive infrastructure network and a system of research support for its development. Ways of development of the agro-industrial sector of Ukraine include balanced and interconnected structural restructuring of all its branches, maximum introduction into production of the most important achievements of scientific and technological progress, world experience, the most progressive forms of economy and organization of production. property, including the deepening of land ownership relations and the introduction of mechanisms for the realization of property rights; privatization of processing enterprises; restructuring of enterprises and forms of management; development of cooperation; introduction of market management methods - management and marketing; state regulation of the agricultural economy through more efficient use of price levers, financial and credit and tax systems; development of markets for agricultural products, material and technical resources and services; intensification and diversification of foreign economic activity, etc. The priority of the development of the agro-industrial sector of Ukraine and its leading industries makes it possible to provide the population with foodstuffs, industry with raw materials, and foreign trade with export goods.

The article describes the possible use of institutional rent of the largest metallurgical companies associated with their non-market advantages. The author identifies the channels for obtaining such rent, including differences in the tax burden, difference in the rates of involved financial resources for companies operating in different institutional conditions, state support and benefits from peculiarities of the vertical organization of production. Some estimates of institutional rent are obtained and questions are raised about the income and expenses level, fair for the economy, of the companies that receive it. The directions, in which large companies spend the received rent, are highlighted; it is emphasized that withdrawal of "windfall revenues" can be made only after they are compared with non-market expenses of companies, imputed by the state. At the same time, information on such costs is scattered, inaccurate and therefore requires serious assessment and monitoring. The author substantiates an approach wherein the state and big business are interested to seek a mutually beneficial use of the received institutional rent.

Development of a market economy in Russia is accompanied by active development of the transport sector, a huge role in which civil aviation plays.A significant area of the country and its uneven settlement, geographic and climatic diversity, the underdevelopment in some regions of land transport infrastructure cause the value of the use of air transport. Strategic development of modern air transport enterprises takes under non- stationarity external environment. The study analyzes the current state of development of civil aviation, the main functional relationships of the air transport market were determined, the analysis of functioning of Russian airports, which enabled us to identify the factors system, affecting the air transport passenger traffic.

Today, in the digital era, all walks of life have diversified development under the penetration of information technology, and the traditional construction industry is inevitably combined with information technology to move toward the direction of intelligent construction. As a broad concept, intelligent construction includes many theories and multiple directions of research, from design to construction to post-maintenance, while flexible construction focuses on the organization of production mode. In this paper, through the comparative analysis of intelligent construction and flexible construction, the framework of intelligent construction and flexible construction is established to deepen the understanding of the two modes, so as to correctly control the direction of intelligent development, and provide a basis for the construction mode of the intelligent era.

The purpose of the article is to provide a description of current trends in art projects management in the system of cultural and creative industries in Ukraine. The methodology is the application of descriptive and definitive analysis, functional analysis, formal characterization while conducting the research for the management and development of projects in the art and culture fields in Ukraine. The scientific novelty consists of the analysis of project management in the fields of culture and arts and the possibilities of applying methods of corporate project management in the cultural and creative industries system, in particular, in the system of higher education in Ukraine. Conclusions. The project is one of the most widely used forms of economic activity. The art project has few specific differences in the system of cultural and creative industries. Project management systems are widely applied to project-oriented enterprises, including in the system of cultural and creative industries, which mostly uses project forms of organization of production processes. The use of project management tools has a theoretical perspective for its application in art and cultural higher education. Further research will be devoted to the possibilities of applying the project management system to the institutions of higher education in the culture and art fields.

The article provides an overview of approaches and methods to assess the comparative efficiency of technological processes and production. It is known that the most common methods are those that assess production based on the analysis of the states of control objects, as components of production, taken into account in the automated control system, or analysis of the course of the technological process. It is shown that efficiency is the most general, defining property of any purposeful activity, which from the cognitive point of view is revealed through the category of the goal and is objectively expressed by the degree of goal achievement, taking into account the cost of resources and time. Increasing the efficiency of the enterprise is carried out using methods of analyzing the structures of enterprises, which allow, with the transparency of the structure and organization of production, to carry out accurate and high-quality monitoring of the state of the objects of the enterprise and their management. The analysis of comparative efficiency is an important component of production processes. The results of the analysis allow you to debug the work of the enterprise already at the initial stages of reducing the efficiency of its functioning. An important task is to find a mathematical basis for analyzing the efficiency of enterprises. The paper discusses parametric and nonparametric methods for assessing comparative efficiency. The main difference between parametric methods is the econometric estimation of parametric functions in the study of the interaction of costs and resources. The authors pay attention to the nonparametric DEA method, which, due to its characteristics, has a number of advantages and features. The method allows you to obtain a comprehensive performance indicator for each enterprise, and can also take into account multiple input and output variables. These features of the DEA method make it possible to successfully apply it in determining the indicator of the comparative efficiency of enterprises.
