Adolescence is a transition period recognized from physical, emotional, and psychological changes happening between 10-19 years of age. Teenagers’ health problems certainly need comprehensive and integrated treatment given through IEC, counseling, peer counseling, clinical/medical services, and referrals, including the Integrated Service Post program as a form of community participation in health services. Therefore, the integrated-service-post program should be able to expand its service range; not only for toddlers, pregnant and breast-feeding women, but also other strategic targets such as teenagers and the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between family support and adolescent compliance in joining the family posyandu around the working area of the Public Health Center of Aikmel.This research was a descriptive correlation study using an observational approach. The population of this study was 399 teenagers and the samples were 134 drawn using systematic cluster sampling. A questionnaire was used to measure family support and observation sheets were used to find out adolescent compliance in joining the program. The data were then analyzed using the chi-square test.The results showed that the highest participation was shown by teenagers between 12-16 years of aged (70.1%) and the lowest participation was performed by adolescents aged 17-25 years (29.0%). Additionally, based on gender, girls participated more than boys (the participation of girls was 53%). Moreover, the result showed that the higher the education, the higher the family support. Finally, the levels of compliance were 53.7% (compliant) and 56.3% (non-compliant). The statistical test showed that ρ value = 0.009 (ρ < 0.05).Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a significant correlation between family support and adolescent compliance in joining the Integrated Service Post program for families around the working area of the Public Health Center of Aikmel. Hopefully, paramedics/cadres can provide counseling about the importance of family support to increase teenagers’ compliance in joining the program.

The increasing number of elderly people pays special attention to those who are experiencing an aging process. There are some problems that need special attention as the results of aging, such as physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and sexual changes. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationships between anxiety with hypertension of the elderly in subdistrict of Lampe working area of East Rasanae Public Health Center, Bima City.The research design of this study is cross sectional with correlation study approach. Around 23 elderly with hypertension was used as sample in the study. Sampling techniques used was total Sampling. The instrument used was questionnaires and spermank rank ws used for data analysis used.Based on the results of the questionnaire, 12 respondents showed no symptoms at all (52.2%), mild anxiety was amounted to 10 respondents (43.5%). 16 respondents (69.6%) were considered to have Hypertension at Stage I. This could also be seen from the test value analysis between anxiety and hypertension of the elderly where p value was greater than the significant level of 0.05 (p value>α) so that Ha was rejected and H0 was accepted, meaning that there was no relationship between anxiety and hypertension of the elderly in the subdistrict of Lampe working area of East Rasanae Public Health Center, Bima City.From the analysis, it can be concluded that there was no relationship between anxiety and hypertension of the elderly. Anxiety in the elderly is not a major factor that can trigger hypertension, yet there are other factors that should be considered by the elderly such as lifestyle and hereditary factors.

Information about the health of pregnant women is one of the pregnant women’s needs. It is important for health centers to provide media that present health information for pregnant women as an education facilitator to increase health literacy for pregnant women. Moreover, the Public Health Center of Jatinangor has not provided information to the media that presents information about the health of pregnant women for pregnant women in Maternal and Child Health room. This study is conduct to provide information media that repackages health information for pregnant women in the form of an infographics in Maternal and Child Health room in the Public Health Center of Jatinangor. This study aims to know what kind of infographics that appropriate for Maternal and Child Health room, to find out the information, visual elements, and information/visual hierarchies that need to be presented in the infographics. This research uses action research method. Data collected by using observation, interview, questionnaire, and literature study technique. Interviews done with pregnant women patients, midwives, infographic expert, and the Public Health Center of Jatinangor officer. Through this research, it can be seen that the appropriate infographic to be placed in the Maternal and Child Health room of Jatinangor Health Center is a printed statistical infographic with a simple design; the room of information packaged in the infographic is information on the prevention of problems in pregnancy that often occur in Jatinangor; the visual elements used in the infographic is bright colors, simple geometric shapes, clear and large fonts, high-resolution and informational images, and proper white space composition; as well as information and visual hierarchies used in infographic is simple and straightforward hierarchies.

ABSTRACT : THE CORRELATION OF COGNITIVE FUNCTION WITH THE LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE OF THE ELDERLY  Introduction: The increasing of elderly population will increase new problems in various fields.  Some problems and disorders that often arise or occur in the elderly are decreased of cognitive function. The physical changes that have decreased will cause various life aspects interference that have big influence on the level of independence of the elderly, include the decline in cognitive function.  The results of research that have been developed by several experts suggest that 50% of elderly with cognitive impairment will feel dependence on their caregiver or closest companion such as the family. Objective: This research was to analyze the correlation between cognitive function and the level of independence of the elderly at RW 14 Public Health Center Cibeber.Methods: The research used an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach.  The sample in this research amounted to 88 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data collection use the results of interview with the Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) and the Katz Index.  Analysis of Kolmogorof-Smirnov test data using SPSS results. Results: The results of this research were obtained with the results of the MMSE interview, most of (60.2%) of elderly had normal cognitive function, most of (64.8%) of elderly had a level of independence.  The results of the analysis obtained (p value = 0.000 < (0.005) it means that there is a correlation between the two variables.Conclusion: There is a correlation between the cognitive function of the elderly and the level of independence in the elderly at RW 14 Public Health Center of Cibeber Area. The family is expected to be able to prevent or reduce the impact of physical decline and psychology in the elderly.  Keywords: Elderly, Cognitive Function, Level of Independence. INTISARI: HUBUNGAN FUNGSI KOGNITIF DENGAN TINGKAT KEMANDIRIAN PADA LANSIA  Pendahuluan: Semakin meningkatnya populasi lanjut usia maka akan meningkatkan masalah baru diberbagai bidang. Beberapa masalah dan gangguan yang sering muncul atau terjadi pada lansia adalah menurunnya fungsi kognitif. Perubahan fisik yang cenderung mengalami penurunan akan menyebabkan berbagai gangguan aspek kehidupan yang mempunyai pengaruh besar dalam tingkat kemandirian lansia, termasuk dalam penurunan fungsi kognitif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dikembangkan oleh beberapa ahli mengemukakan bahwa 50% lansia yang mengalami gangguan kognitif akan mengalami ketergantungan terhadap caregiver atau pendamping terdekatnya yaitu pihak keluarga.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan fungsi kognitif dengan tingkat kemandirian lansia di wilayah Puskesmas Cibeber  RW 14. Metode: Penelitian  menggunakan  survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan hasil wawancara dengan Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) dan Katz Index. Analisa data  uji Kolmogorof-Smirnov menggunakan hasil SPSS.Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan dengan hasil wawancara MMSE  sebagian besar  (60,2%) memiliki fungsi kognitif normal, sebagian besar  (64,8%) memiliki tingkat kemandirian mandiri. Hasil analisis didapatkan (p value = 0,000 < α (0,005) artinya ada hubungan antara dua variabel tersebut.Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara fungsi kognitif lansia dengan tingkat kemandirian pada lansia di  Wilayah Puskesmas Cibeber RW 14. Accreditation is an acknowledgment of the public health center agency, by an independent accreditation agency set by the Minister of Health after meeting the first level health facility service standards to improve the quality of services on an ongoing basis. Puskesmas Bagansiapapi is a middle-accredited puskesmas that will go through a re-accreditation process scheduled for 2020 and is planned to be a pilot health center in Rokan Hilir district. Based on the results of initial interview with Head and Staff of Public Health center, there are some recommendations from surveyors for 2020’s re-accreditation preparation such as policies, infrastructure and human resources. Downstream 2020.This type of research is qualitative descriptive exploratory research with in-depth interviews, observation and document review with the respondents of the quality head, an admin’s leader, an UKM’s Leader, the head of UKP, the Head of Public Health Center and the Internal Health Staff. The results showed that the preparatory policies for accreditation had been implemented well. The facilities and infrastructure in preparation for accreditation have not met Permenkes 43 of 2019 and have not met the needs of the community. Judging from the adequacy of human resources has not met the standard Permenkes No. 43 of 2019 in the form of environmental sanitation workers, health information system personnel, financial administration staff, administrative staff and those needed by medical record health centers and information technology workers.Preparation for Puskesmas Bagansiapiapi accreditation in policy has been well implemented, infrastructure and human resources do not meet standards.

Menopause is a process of transition from a productive period to a non-productive period. This period affects the psychological aspect, reminding him that he will grow old because his reproductive organs are no longer functioning and worries about other things that may arise accompanying the end of his reproductive period. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of positive mental time travel counseling to reduce maternal anxiety in dealing with menopause in the working area of ??the Small Bridge Public Health Center. This type of research is true experiments with a posttest-only control design approach. The population of this study were all mothers aged 40-50 years. The sample in this study were 96 people, 48 experimental groups and 48 control groups. The sampling technique was accidental sampling where the sample in the study was mothers aged 40-50 years who were in the area of ??the Small Bridge Health Center. The analysis technique taken is the Paired e t-test statistical test. Univariate results, namely the average anxiety of mothers in dealing with menopause in the group given positive mental time travel counseling is 10.19. The average maternal anxiety in dealing with menopause in the group that was not given positive mental time travel counseling was 19.29. The results of the bivariate analysis obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.005. It was concluded that positive mental time travel counseling was effective in reducing maternal anxiety in dealing with menopause in the working area of ??the Small Bridge Public Health Center. It is hoped that positive mental time travel counseling can be used as an effort to improve psychological conditions for a good quality of life for postmenopausal women.

The Regulation of the Minister of Health of Indonesia Number 44 of 2016 provides guidelines for puskesmas so that they can apply the puskesmas management pattern properly and correctly. The initial data obtained by the Pegasing Health Center has not fully implemented the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2016 concerning management guidelines. The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of the Minister of Health Regulation Number 44 of 2016 concerning Public Health Center management at Pegasing Public Health Center, Central Aceh Regency. The research design used qualitative methods. The informant was the head of the puskesmas, the head of administration, the head of the admin, the head of the UKP, and the head of the UKM. The data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that planning, mobilization and implementation, monitoring control and performance appraisal were not carried out according to the Minister of Health No. 44 of 2016, the commitment was there but not all staff knew, the management team had not been formed, there was still a lack of staff awareness regarding the Minister of Health No. 44 of 2016. The conclusion of this study is that the Minister of Health Regulation No. 44 of 2016 does not work, organizational commitment has not been socialized, there is no management team formation, lack of concern, lack of solid team work. lack of staff knowledge and employee responsibilities.

Insomnia is more common in menopausal women.  In menopausal women,  50 % of the most common is hard to be in a state of sleep and wake up too early.  Non-pharmacological therapy can be done using keroncong music. In essence, keroncong music can break through a person's state of consciousness and can cause psycho-physiological responses.  As this process continues, it will follow the remaining state of consciousness, increasing the sensory phase, so that it can dream and sleep normally. This study aimed to analyze the effect of keroncong music on the level of insomnia in menopause in the working area of Kota Tengah public health center, Gorontalo city. This research used a pre-experimentaal design with pretest posttest group to analyze the effeect of keroncong music therapy on insomnia. The sample in this study were 60 menopausal women. The results of statistical tests using the Nonparametric Wilcoxon sample, obtained α = 0.05 with a value of ρ = 0.002 (ρ <α). It means that there was an effect of keroncong music therapy on insomnia in menopausal women. The conclusion is was an effect of keroncong music therapy on insomnia in menopausal women. it is hoped that with this research, keroncong music can be used as an alternative method that is easy, safe, and without risk to treat insomnia in menopausal women so that it can be applied in everyday life.

Dharmarini Public Health Center has a high number of COVID-19 cases and there are COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance activities that are not in accordance with those stated in the guidelines, specifically in health monitoring and in terms of Community-Based Surveillance that vulnerable populations have not been recorded and reported. Based on a preliminary study, Dharmarini Public Health Center only has a surveillance officer and experienced obstacle in cross-sectoral coordination. This study aims to analyze the management aspects of COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance at Dharmarini Public Health Center include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This is a qualitative research with analytical descriptive approach. Primary data collection was done by in-depth interviews and research subjects were selected by purposive sampling. The result shows that management aspects in COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance activities at Dharmarini Public Health Center have been carried out from planning, organizing, actuating, to controlling, but there are still shortcomings including in actuating that not all officers involved have received training, there is obstacle in cross-sectoral coordination, the implementation of health monitoring can still be improved, there are refusals in tracing, Community Based Surveillance has not been fully implemented, supervision has only been held once, and in controlling aspect that the evaluation carried out is still not comprehensive. Dharmarini Public Health Center is suggested to optimize the actuating and controlling aspects in COVID-19 epidemiological surveillance.
