Problem. The analysis of existing research and publications in which the main problem is highlighted, namely, that many factors are not taken into account when calculating the inertial loads of the car crane arrows. Accounting for these factors will allow you to more accurately determine the inertial loads of the boom of the car crane, to carry out strength-hunches of the elements of the boom and the selection of components of its drive mechanisms. Goal. The purpose of the work is to determine the inertial navan-loads acting on the load and arrow of the automobile-side crane during the unstable movement of its. Methodology. To calculate the inertial loads, the technique of determining the total inertial loads of the car crane boom during joint operations in accordance with the Safety Regulations has been developed. Total inertial loads were determined for the following cases: joint lifting (lowering) of cargo and arrows; lifting the load and turning the boom; lifting and turning the arrow. Results. The resulting dependencies for determining the inertial loads of the rotary boom of the car crane will allow more accurately taking into account multiple factors to calculate the values of these loads in order to conduct strong calculations of the boom, the selection of its components mechanisms. Originality. When calculating inertial loads, the weight and length of the boom are taken into account; weight and height of lifting of cargo; the radius of the arrow crane; rotation speed of the rotary part of the crane; speed of movement of cargo and arrows; start time and braking of cargo lifting mechanisms, change of departure and turn of the boom. The advantage of this technique is its originality. Practical value. The use of this technique allows more accurately taking into account multiple factors to determine the values of the inertial loads of the automobile crane during the unstable movement of the cargo lifting mechanisms, changes in the discharge of the boom and its rotation in order to conduct strong-standing calculations of the boom elements, the selection of its components.

ABSTRACT The aim of this paper was to analyze the accounting treatment used by companies in Brazil that have investments in joint operations, in light of the Brazilian and international accounting standards. There are no doubts about the accounting treatment to be used in consolidated statements, but a divergence was identified between the international and Brazilian standards in relation to individual statements. IFRS 11 determines that investors recognize the values of a joint operation proportionally in consolidated and separate statements. However, the Brazilian standard includes a paragraph determining that only joint operations with no legal personality can be measured in individual statements proportionally. CPC 19 foresees different accounting treatments depending on the legal form of the joint operation, omitting the accounting treatment to be used in joint operations with a separate vehicle. The topic of joint operations is relevant, as the accounting treatment used in Brazil can mean our accounting practices do not comply with the international ones. Besides contributing to the literature on joint businesses, this essay indicates to regulatory bodies the need to modify the Brazilian standard so that it fits the international ones. As well as discussing the current standard, an analysis was carried out of companies in Brazil that have joint operations and the respective accounting treatments used to infer how well they fit the international standards. The results indicate that the accounting statements of the companies in Brazil with joint operations, composed through a separate vehicle, do not comply with the international standards. The main contribution of this essay is that it draws the attention of companies, auditors, and regulators to this non-compliance.

Significance While the overall number of incidents is fewer than a dozen since the rise of the region's jihadist insurgencies in the early 2010s, the trend lends credence to growing warnings about the jihadist threat to coastal West African countries. Concern has focused on Ivory Coast and Benin, but there is also nervousness about Ghana, Togo and even Senegal. Impacts Western governments will boost security assistance to coastal states. Intelligence sharing and joint operations will not forestall cross-border hit-and-run attacks. Most regional states will resort to security-focused responses whose abuses drive jihadist recruitment.

This study aims to find (identify) and determine problems related to the arrival of foreigners in Cianjur Regency. Furthermore, this research wants to set goals to be achieved. Of course, with the formation of the Pora Team, we want cooperation and coordination as well as synergy between related agencies. Third, the purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategy of the Pora Team in order to deal with the presence and activities of foreigners in the Cianjur Regency area. This study uses a qualitative approach with a post-positivistic paradigm. The method used is a case study. The models used are Assifi and French models. The result of this research is that the Pora Team analyzed various cases related to foreigners who came to Indonesia, especially Cianjur. The Sukabumi Class II Immigration Office released data on the number of Foreign Citizens (WNA) holding Permanent Stay Permit Cards (KITAP) who reside and have activities in Sukabumi and Cianjur. Apart from mixed marriages, not a few foreigners have the status of workers. There are 65 foreigners holding KITAP Cianjur Regency. The purpose of establishing the Pora Team is to supervise foreigners who come to Cianjur Regency, as an effort to prevent violations of regulations by foreigners in Cianjur Regency. The Pora Team's strategy-setting activities cover a variety of activities. These activities are in the form of (1) audience analysis, (2) selecting media, (3) developing messages, (4) implementing programs, (5) conducting monitoring and evaluation. The audience analysis in this case is foreigners. These foreigners have various kinds of arrival purposes such as tourism, socio-cultural visits, government, social and even for work. The Pora team in carrying out their duties collaborates with the Media. The Pora team coordinates with various government organizations. In carrying out its programs, apart from carrying out the duties and functions of the Pora Team, it can also carry out joint operations if needed. In conducting monitoring and evaluation, the results of joint operations are reported directly in writing. The report is submitted to the Chairman of the Pora Team no later than 7 (seven) days from the time the joint operation was carried out. The Pora team also has a map of the supervision of foreigners, solving problems of the existence and activities of foreigners, implementing and regulating relations and cooperation in the framework of controlling foreigners, preparing joint operation plans that are special or incidental in nature.

The Sriwijaya Air airline is collaborating with five strategic partners under the auspices of Garuda Indonesia. This was realized in the form of a joint operation carried out by PT Citilink Indonesia with PT Sriwijaya Air and PT NAM Air where the collaboration ended on 31 October 2019 and left a trail of debts and debts. The importance of paying more serious attention to the treatment and process of operational cooperation (Joint Operations), in order to realize good corporate governance from the process of inquiry in the implementation of a merger or acquisition which is referred to as due diligence. In this study, researchers used a qualitative phenomenological approach. Phenomenology is an approach that focuses more on the concept of a particular phenomenon and the form of the study is to see and understand the meaning of an experience related to a particular phenomenon. The two companies are cooperating in Non-Administrative joint operation or there are no separate business entities from the two companies. In practice, the joint operation organizes its own special bookkeeping. Project Owner Bill submitted and agreed by each member of the joint operation, for Commercial Invoice, Tax Invoice, and proof of income tax article 23 to be on behalf of the company of the party organizing the joint operation bookkeeping. Along with the fulfillment of its VAT obligations, it is the responsibility of the party organizing the joint operation books.
