The object of this research is the ordinary legal consciousness in the Russian folk tales. The subject of this research is the phenomenon of legal archetype of equivalence in the Russian folk tales. The author analyzes the key approaches towards studying the legal archetype, and provides definition to this phenomenon. Analysis is conducted on the attributes and varieties of the legal archetype, legal aspects of social existence and ordinary legal consciousness reflected in the Russian folk tales. Special attention is given to the clear elements of manifestation of legal consciousness: knowledge, values, attitudes, and motives. The archetype of equivalence in the Russian folk tales is viewed through the prism of retribution, reward for service, help, and exchange. The conclusion is made on the existence of basic attributes of legal archetypes, such as generic nature, frequency, and universality. It is stated that the legal archetype of equivalence is reflected in the representations of personal or property retribution, reward for good conduct of actions, fair exchange of things, magic objects, and symbols. The article advances a thought that the legal archetype of equivalence is a universal archetype, which is reflected in not only the representations of justice, but also the norm and measure, wrongdoing, retribution, agreement, etc. This is why it has fundamental meaning for other legal archetypes.

The Dalit people in Odisha have been socio-economically deprived and antagonized with a social discrimination. In Odisha, the number of Dalits is 93, and out of it, in numerically Pana, Dewar and Dombo are the most populous and remain in first, second and third respectively. The Dombo people residing in South Odisha, especially in the unified Koraput and Kalahandi district. They have been known as drum beaters, weavers, performers and gramarakhi. Traditionally, the Dombo people live in the village as caretakers ( gramarakhi or choukidar). In each village, there were a choukidar or gramarakhi, and their task was to report the instances of downfall, labour, self-destruction, murder and other lawful issues occurring in the village at the closest police headquarters and convey the news about birth, death of upper caste to their family members, discarded corpses of cows and attend the dignitaries and visiting officials. They used to declare any news concerning people in general by the beat of drums and help the Gauntia or village headmen on the issue of income assortment and everyday organization of the village issues. The gramarakhi or choukidar was a notable person at the village level in the primitive organization. The reason for this article is to study and preserve, promote and protect the economy, political and social existence of the Dombo people in South Odisha.

Chongqing’s red culture can be thought of as a historical accumulation of social existence, with time, space, and value three dimensions serving as the primary line of reproduction and survival. This article considers the role of the media as a partner of the state and society, as well as spontaneity. Due to this, media serve as one of the factors in the formation of national self-consciousness and its elements, such as shame. The author analyzes such element of national identity as national shame. It is proved that national shame as a social phenomenon has a social meaning of the regulator of human relationships in social existence. It is noted that national shame is socially determined, has a permanent character, and its socially significant semantic principles are passed from generation to generation as a form of behavior through implantation and interspersing it as a daily norm of people's behavior, giving each act a value-significant meaning.

This paper analyses Edward Bond's play The Sea as a subversive comedy. The existing sociopolitical hegemonies in the British culture are ridiculed. Bond foregrounds the unjust automatized social structures that produce multiple types of madness that leads to violence. Gradually, the social beings become habitual of their madness-based identity. They develop an equation to cope with the existing coercive social system. The victim of these social hierarchies are brutalized, alienated and dehumanized, ultimately. Bond, through dialectical modes, self-reflexive text, creative images, comic strategies, symbolic configurations and various behavioral absurdities awakes his reader/audience to diagnose the dreadful situation in which they are and to practically do something to replace the irrational life by the sanity-oriented social existence. Elisabeth Wright's theory of found in her book Postmodern Brecht: A Re-Presentation (1989) informed this study as a theoretical paradigm.

Different approaches to defining the essence and content of the concepts of “love”, “joy” and “fear”, their interaction in terms of teaching are analyzed in the article. It is emphasized that the main thing in love is its spiritualization. Only the spirit, the spiritual power, reveals to a man the true, worthy object of love. Love is creativity, openness of the human soul, it is an organic, aesthetic need of a man. This approach is especially important in the system of relations “teacher – student; teacher – student”. It is proved that the teacher's love for the student must be effective, it is based on trust, mutual assistance, without love pedagogical activity loses its value. An important manifestation of love is the joy of common achievements. Love and joy are related concepts. Joyful hobbies that guide cognition, enter the noosphere of a man, contribute to mental and spiritual growth. Instead, the category of “fear” is defined as an emotion that arises in a situation of threat to the biological or social existence of the individual and is aimed at the source of real or imagined danger. In the article, the concept of “fear” is considered on a Christian basis, and therefore, analyzed as the fear of God and human fear. The need to train specialists in the field of professional and pedagogical activities in the context of solving the outlined problems is emphasized.

Social existence of marginalized communities is a well addressed issue in Pakistan. Marginalized communities attracted attention from different walks of life. Their social status and problems have been given voice by, both, academia and media. Most of the literature produced in this regard maintains a particular tone that presents the picture of ‘marginalized’ surrounded in the social difficulties, economics insignificance and political deprivation. This kind of treatment has kept the discussion in narrow binaries in which society, as a whole, has been held responsible for the plight of minorities and marginalized groups and communities. This narration, in which society is held responsible and culprit, has not been questioned and potentially challenged in Pakistan. Existing literatures not only contains reductionist point of views but also lacks a pure socio-cultural analysis. It is also because of the fact that academic treatment of any socio-cultural aspects requires something more than mere relying on the ethnographic details. It deserves a rigorous methodological treatment besides a sound theoretical understanding. Women, transgender, menials, linguistics and sectarian minorities etc. constitute ‘marginalized’ in Pakistan.

One of the critical challenges for ministry and evangelization in Africa today is the search for an integral and nonviolent basis for social existence on the continent. This essay argues that since the Church considers seminary formation to be one of the most demanding and important tasks for the future of the evangelization agenda of humanity ( Pastores Dabo Vobis # 2), the approach to, and the content of the formation programs for agents of evangelization in the Catholic Church in Africa, most especially in the seminaries, must be attuned to this critical need, since the style and approach to evangelization is often largely the result of the quality of faith formation found in the seminaries.
