In accordance with the national strategy "Sanitary Shield of the Country – Safety for Health," tasks were set for the analysis and assessment of risks in the field of biological safety. To do this: the Moscow City Disinfection Center is connected to a single dispatch system of the UNIT of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Moscow, an Algorithm for working on the UNIT portal has been developed and uniform deadlines and procedure for fulfilling applications have been determined, the form of primary documentation has been determined. A unit is organized – the Unified Information and Analytical Center, whose tasks include organizing and conducting a single centralized reception, analysis and processing of incoming information (applications for unscheduled disinfection, deratization and disinsection, summary of rodent bites), generation and compilation of reports, as well as consulting support for real-time requests and appeals of the population, customers of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Moscow State Central Executive Committee, regulatory bodies through all available communication channels (telephone, e-mail, etc.). The scoring information system of assessment of a sanitary and sanitary and hygienic condition of objects is developed: apartment houses of the city of Moscow with the territories adjoining to them. The introduction of integrated work of these systems as a whole will allow organizations of the disinfection profile: to reduce the cost of deratizations, to reduce the number of disinfectants without reducing the quality of work, to avoid the excessive use of poisoned decoys, which will dramatically increase public health and safety of the population, as well as reduce the burden on the environment of the city of Moscow. Keywords: sanitary shield of the country, information and analytical center, scoring system of assessment of sanitary and epidemiological condition, electronic systems of rodent monitoring, biological safety, biological risk assessment, biological risk analysis, information support of disinfection activities, digitalization of disinfection measures.

The statutory basis of Ukraine on the treatment of strains of most dangerous microorganisms has been analyzed, and the terminology important for further understanding of the issue has been clarified. The aim of the paper is to study the state of legal regulation in Ukraine of relations in the field of treatment of strains of especially dangerous microorganisms, to pro- vide analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine in this area, as well as the practice of its application. Theoretical bases of legal support of legitimation of activity in this sphere, including that for the purpose of protection of biological safety have been established. The necessity of legal regulation of participants of relations concerning treatment of strains of especially dangerous microorganisms activity has been substantiated. The current state of legal regulation of relations in the field of strain management requires, given the intersectoral nature of the isssue, consideration of the creation of a single intersectoral authority for the supervision of hazardous biological objects. Such a authority may not only be a licensing authority, but also responsible for the introduction of a register of owners of hazardous biological objects that are not economic entities (for example, individuals – owners of collections of such biological objects).

This article presents a study on a topical and highly controversial topic of criminal law protection of modern biosafety of the Russian Federation. The paper presents a qualitative study of the relatively new term for the domestic legal order, "biological safety" in the context of its criminal law protection. Purpose of the study: to analyze the modern criminal law opposition to the use of pathogenic, bioactive agents that are different in nature and are used purely for criminal purposes. Methodology and methods: the article uses both general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, and the method of interpreting legal norms, which make it possible to better comprehend the institutions of criminal law and determine the main directions of their development. Conclusions: based on the systematization of normative and doctrinal sources in the designated area, the author highlights the most relevant manifestations of biological security threats, offers tools for effectively countering socially dangerous acts committed using pathogenic biological agents. In order to more effectively ensure the biosafety of the state, society and the individual, the author proposes the adoption of a special Federal Law designed to eliminate gaps in Russian legislation.

The work studied the biological safety of the use of biodegradable film coatings for the organism of laboratory animals. For different application methods a different composition of polysaccharides (PS) (%) was developed — xanthan and carboxymethyl- cellulose (CMC): spraying (0.60:2.73); by brush (0.90:2.05); wrapping (1.61:1.38) respectively. Different film coating methods were selected for different foodstuffs. This film coating does not have a negative effect on the organism of laboratory animals.

The review highlights animal coronaviruses, their pathogenicity, and the possible role of domestic and agricultural animals in the further spread of the COVID-19. Joint researches have been established amongst international team of scientists regarding a close phylogenetic relationship of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 with the coronaviruses of bats and carnivores, especially with the representatives of Felidae family (domestic cats). However, the case of Middle Eastern SARS transmitted by camels is required a special attention to biological safety measures in farms.

As a stimulant (adaptogen), a unique, harmless and rich in biological composition among numerous apiproducts is considered a powder of bee dead. In this regard, the substantiation of the component composition of the developed complex prophylactic agent against T-2 toxin in in vitro experiments was carried out. That was the purpose of this work. The research work was carried out on the basis of the laboratory of mycotoxins of department of toxicology of FSBSI "Federal Center for Toxicological, Radiation and Biological Safety" (Kazan). The results of the study made it possible to determine the component composition of the complex prophylactic agent "Zeapitox" with antitoxic and immunostimulating effects. Its composition consists of zeolite – 95 % and bee dead – 5 %. The adsorption capacity of the "Zeapitox" against T-2 toxin was 66 %.
