There is no effective treatment for the Covid-19 disease that is still impacting the whole world. It considered that vaccines, one of the effective means to prevent infectious diseases, will play a significant role in protecting from the Covid-19 Disease. Vaccinations generals performed before exposure. We aimed to follow the clinical and laboratory progress of patients who got Covid-19 after the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine and to evaluate the changes that may occur in antibody formation. 13 patients, who received the first dose of COVID 19 vaccine Coronovac as of 14.01.2021 when vaccination started in Adıyaman University Training and Research Hospital/Turkey, who had symptoms after the vaccine and whose real-time PCR found to be positive, were included in the study. After the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, 13 patients exam. Three of our patients were female, and 10 of them were male. The average age was 38.8. British variant detected in 4 of our patients; 1 of them was female. Contact times differed between 3 and 5 days. The most common symptoms were muscle-joint pain (53.8), weakness-fatigue (46.2), fever (38.5), and headache (30.8). Three of our patients, being one female, received inpatient treatment. Furthermore, our five patients who checked regarding Sars cov-2 IgG became positive in the first month. No adverse changes in the course of the illness observed in the patients were RT-PCR positive after the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. Antibody response detected at the end of the first month.  Vaccination is an effective method for taking infectious diseases under control but adhering to personal protective measures still maintains their importance.

Current education requires the integration of digital technology. It is necessary to analyze the impact of the use of this technology on the educational process, and how they can be adequately integrated. This study, carried out over seven academic years in a Spanish University, gathers the perceptions of 91 education students who were training to become schoolteachers: based on their own previous experience as students, and after having participated in a technological-methodological project. By applying qualitative methodology, we conclude that the effective integration of technology in the teaching process requires continual feedback between technology, curricular content, and pedagogy. To achieve this, university-trained schoolteachers need to offer their students a sequenced technological-methodological empowerment process. It is necessary to implement a technological and methodological modification of the teaching-learning process in the first years of university training, with the aim of achieving long-term repercussions on all educational levels.

Introduction. Due to globalisation, the modern workforce is significantly diversified. Therefore, there is a need to modernise and embrace innovation in 21st-century education to prepare international professionals to work in cross-cultural teams via digital platforms. While research in the recent past has primarily focused on the refinement of future expert competences in tertiary education, only a handful of studies have been done to establish how plurilingual and pluricultural competence can be digitally developed at the inter-university level. In this light, this study sought to bridge this gap in the research on the sustainable cooperation model. Materials and Methods. The design for the methodological plan of integrating plurilingualism and pluriculturalism in university teaching was premised on the need to promote networking among students from different universities and countries. Its major stages based on the Collaborative Online International Learning approach included three stages: find a partner, prepare the project and carry out the project. A virtual exchange experiment across two institutions of higher learning in Spain and Finland helped analyse plurilingual and pluricultural competence achievement by means of questionnaires. Results. A special Collaborative Online International Learning approach used to explore plurilingual and pluricultural competence and the effectiveness of online-assisted language interaction, teamwork or intercultural cooperation. The study’s findings confirmed that plurilingual and pluricultural competence among students could also be developed using virtual cooperation, thus supporting cost-effective options of sustainable university training. Discussion and Conclusion. The project had a positive impact on reaching sustainable education goals by highlighting intercultural interaction prospects. Besides, it displays real challenges such as different schedules, grading systems, timing, motivation or virtual interaction among learners and ways of overcoming them. Regardless of the fundamental idea of formative exploration, our study presents some findings that lecturers, language training practitioners and policymakers willing to apply telecollaboration will be deserving of thought.

Introduction. In the 1920s and 1930s, the USSR accumulated significant experience in pre-university training for young people, some elements of which remain relevant to this day. In domestic historical science, special attention was paid to the analysis of the phenomenon of workers’ faculties, which played a huge role in our country in the formation of the Soviet intelligentsia. However, at the regional level, to date, there is not a single special study, which would comprehensively consider the issues of the emergence and activities of the Mordovian workers’ faculty. This article attempts to partially fill this kind of “white spot” in the latest historiography of the history and culture of the Mordovian region and people. Materials and Methods. The main resource base of the study was made up of materials from the funds of the Central State Archives of the Republic of Mordovia (CSA RM), most of which are introduced into scientific circulation for the first time. The methodological basis for the analysis of the collected factual material was both general scientific research methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, etc.) and special historical methods: descriptive (ideographic), historical-genetic, problem-chronological, historical-systemic. Results. The author reveales the reasons for the creation of the Mordovian workers’ faculty as the main form of pre-university training in Mordovia in the 1930s, shows the dynamics of its student body; analyzes the state of the educational process and extracurricular work at the workers’ faculty; gives the characteristic features of the financial situation, everyday life and life of Mordovian students-workers of the faculty. Conclusion. The creation of the Mordovian Workers’ Faculty at the end of the 20s of the last century was an adequate response to the urgent vital need of the young Mordovian statehood for its own highly qualified personnel. With all the minuses and shortcomings in its activities, the workers’ faculty has become the main “forge of applicants” from workers and peasants for the higher school of Mordovia, a kind of “forerunner” of the preparatory department and the faculty of pre-university training and secondary vocational education of Ogarev Mordovia State University.

д. This article discusses some aspects of developing the personality of cadets through a system of values cultivated in martial arts. The competent formation of the orientation of the personality of law enforcement cadets in the framework of university training, in the light of events taking place in the country and in the world, is the basis of the harmony and professional competence of future specialists. Young law enforcement professionals are most susceptible to professional deformation, the influence of negative influences (both external and related to internal psychological processes), the loss of basic values that are so important for their professional tasks. That is why the formation of a personality orientation should become an important component in the training of cadets. In the modern world, in a difficult economic and political environment, with high rates of life, high employment in the profession, it is necessary to maintain and maintain harmony between the physical, mental and spiritual in the person. This problem, despite the wide coverage in science, remains relevant, focused on the new reality and its consequences (COVID-19). Moreover, in recent years, more researchers have been studying the effect of physical activity on the psychological state of individuals. The authors of this article investigate the influence of martial arts on the formation of the personality orientation of young law enforcement officers. Martial arts, having a significant impact not only on physical development, but also on the spiritual component, in the opinion of the authors, are one of the alternative areas other than physical development, contributing to moral development, spiritual awakening, maintenance and achievement of harmony. The article raises the question of the formation of personal qualities of a person in the process of aikido classes. Aikido, being an integral part of oriental martial arts contributes to the moral self-improvement of personality. We believe that martial arts, this is not just a means to achieve victory, not just an exciting sport, it is not just a method of physical education - it is a holistic system of formation and self-improvement of personality. The authors emphasize that martial arts contain not only methods of physical education, the principles of conducting a duel, but also methods of psychological training, as well as a special attitude to themselves, to others, to the elders, to comrades. This is achieved in various ways: observance of etiquette, formation of responsible behavior, the very atmosphere in classes. The work focuses on the basic principles of martial arts, their positive impact on the formation of a harmoniously developed personality (using the example of aikido).

Abstract. The usage of computers and software in the biomedical field has been increasing and applications for doctors, clinicians, scientists and other users have been developed in the recent times. Manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic applications developed for bone fracture detection are one of the important studies in this field. Image segmentation, which is one of the image preprocessing steps in bone fracture detection, is an important step to obtain successful results with high accuracy. In this study, Otsu thresholding method, active contour method, k-means method, fuzzy c-mean method, Niblack thresholding method and max min thresholding range (MMTR) method are used on bone images obtained by Karabük University Training and Research Hospital. When any filters are not applied on images to remove noises, the most successful method is obtained by K-means method based on specificity and accuracy as 89,55% and 83,31% respectively. Niblack thresholding method has the highest sensitivity result as 92,45%.

Moral reasoning and consequent decision making are central in the everyday life of all people, independent of their profession. It is undoubtedly crucial in the so-called “helping professions”, when the professional through his/her decisions can support or not support others. Our study aimed to investigate whether academic training can play an essential role in influencing moral reasoning. We used three different conditions: 20 moral personal, 20 moral impersonal, and 20 nonmoral dilemmas to assessed differences in moral judgement between students of Economics, Medicine, and Psychology at their first year and at the end of university training. We observed a difference between school and year of course: psychology students showing more time when asked to read and answer the proposed questions. Moreover, medical students showed a significant increase in sensitiveness to moral issues as a function of academic ageing, whereas such a moral sense regressed from the first to the fifth year of academic training in other students. Gender was also relevant, with women showing an increased response and reading times compared to than men when asked to cope with moral decisions. This study shows that the main factor driving moral decision making is the faculty to which one is enrolled, significantly modulated by sex and academic seniority.

Flip-teaching is a methodology in which the roles of lecturers and students are reversed, and effective learning is obtained by using ICT and encouraging independent study by students. This methodology inverts the traditional learning patterns and responsibilities of the lecturer, as well as the location, because university students obtain both theoretical and practical knowledge outside the classroom by working on contents provided by the lecturer. The aim of this research is to analyse how students on the Tourist Guide course of the Degree in Tourism at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) design and produce subject materials using the flip-teaching method. In the university training on tourist guiding and heritage interpretation, students develop relevant skills, such as the ability to generate messages from a key idea to provoke emotions in visitors, and other communication skills to facilitate visits and improve user experiences. The results show a more intensive use of class materials by students.

ObjectiveVaccination in pharmacies has been a key component of national vaccination strategies to facilitate vaccination access. Qualitative data on the perspectives of professional stakeholders on vaccination in pharmacies and on the professional relations of pharmacists with physicians regarding increasing immunisation rates is limited. We conducted a qualitative study in Switzerland. The main aim was to gain further insight into professional stakeholders’ perspectives on vaccination counselling and administration conducted in pharmacies, and to further understand their views on physicians’ and pharmacists’ roles in increasing immunisation rates.DesignWe conducted semistructured qualitative interviews. We coded and analysed transcripts using thematic analysis.SettingFace-to-face interviews took place in German-speaking and French-speaking regions of Switzerland.ParticipantsWe interviewed 14 key vaccination stakeholders including health authorities, heads of pharmacy management and professional association boards. All participants had a background in medicine or pharmacy.ResultsThree main themes emerged from the qualitative data: (1) Participants viewed pharmacists as competent to provide vaccination counselling and administration based on their university training; (2) interprofessional cooperation between physicians and pharmacists on vaccination topics is limited and should be improved; and (3) pharmacists play an important role in increasing immunisation rates by facilitating vaccination access and through provision of vaccination counselling.ConclusionBy providing vaccination counselling and administering vaccines, pharmacists play an important public health role. Healthcare policies and health authorities should encourage more involvement of pharmacists and encourage interprofessional cooperation between physicians and pharmacists in order to improve vaccination counselling and increase immunisation rates.
