Abstract: COVID-19 is a pandemic disease that spread by itself coming in the contact of people. It was initially started from China and now it has been spread all over the world and many casualties have been occurred. Social distancing commonly known as physical distancing is a non-pharmaceutical approach through which it can be reduced. But social distancing only works when people started wearing mask because it can spread by sneezing even having distance among people. So wearing mask is mandatory to stop spreading this virus at its possible extent. In this paper, it has been intended to identify the people who are wearing mask or not. By the help of CCTV camera it can be recognized at the entrance of various public places such as mall, airport, railway station, mart and many more. If facial mask can be recognized effectively with high level of accuracy then it can become mandatory for people who are violating the rules. The proposed system uses Keras and Tensorflow model for identifying whether people are following the rule or not. Tensorflow is a deep learning methodology through which facial mask can be detected with all kind of situations. Proposed system is able to classify whether a person wear a mask or not, it is also able to identify whether people incorrectly wearing mask i.e. partial wearing. It is mandatory to identify whether people are properly using the mask or not. System identify this kind of situation and classified them accordingly. System uses hybrid technique by combining two algorithms i.e. keras and tensorflow. By combining both the systems it can be identified more precisely to identify the rule violations. Now a days, waste management is becoming a big issue. Due to improper waste disposal and management, society is facing environmental contamination problems which affects directly on human beings. Garbage separation is also a difficult task for the workers. People are not aware of these problems and do not dispose the garbage at proper places which leads to garbage accumulation at public places. So, to encourage people for proper garbage disposal this paper deals with the concept which will provide platform to dispose of waste in a more scientific and user-friendly. In return they will be rewarded in a cashless manner through means of digital payments and free coupons etc. The nature(wet or dry) and weight of garbage disposed in the machine will be sensed for segregating it in two section. The user will be rewarded according to the weight of garbage. Flow of the operations will be programmed in Arduino Uno micro-controller, sensors and GSM technology. This system leads to collection and segregation of waste at one place, for effective recycling and to reduce environmental. Also this will helps us to contribute in Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan scheme launched by the government of India.

Abstract The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is compulsory when accessing public places due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in many countries. Facemasks are the most common PPE used, however, some people use face shields and gloves. Frequent hand sanitizing is also recommended aiming to control the spread of the disease. All these activities generate a large amount of plastic waste daily. In Sri Lanka, it is estimated that 12 million facemasks are used daily, while 0.22 million gloves and 0.29 million face shields are used. Out of 12 million facemasks, 10 million are surgical or N95 masks. In addition, 0.79 million sanitizer bottles are used in a day, leaving empty plastic bottles. The most common method of disposing of facemasks in Sri Lanka is open burning by the users at their homes (55%). The rate of burning is comparatively low for other PPE. Although nearly 30% of people handover used facemasks to the municipal solid waste collection, there are no special precautions taken for separate collection and safe disposal. Guidelines are in place for handling healthcare waste generated in households under self-quarantine, but they are not applied for PPE waste generated in other households. Major drawbacks in PPE waste management is identified and mitigation measures were proposed. The estimate of waste plastics generated due to PPE use is 88.5 tonnes per day in the country. Energy recovery via pyrolysis may be a viable alternative to landfilling and affordable for developing countries.

Landscape models of geospatial regions provide an intuitive mechanism for exploring complex geospatial information. However, the methods currently used to create these scale models require a large amount of resources, which restricts the availability of these models to a limited number of popular public places, such as museums and airports. In this paper, we have proposed a system for creating these physical models using an affordable 3D printer in order to make the creation of these models more widely accessible. Our system retrieves GIS relevant to creating a physical model of a geospatial region and then addresses the two major limitations of affordable 3D printers, namely the limited number of materials and available printing volume. This is accomplished by separating features into distinct extruded layers and splitting large models into smaller pieces, allowing us to employ different methods for the visualization of different geospatial features, like vegetation and residential areas, in a 3D printing context. We confirm the functionality of our system by printing two large physical models of relatively complex landscape regions.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the daily routine of work. Since the issuance of PP Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions, activities in public places or public facilities have been limited with the aim of reducing the spread of Covid-19. Likewise with the learning process, the Covid-19 pandemic has changed the conventional face-to-face learning pattern to face-to-face online. Therefore, this study aims to determine how effective online learning is at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The research subjects are LPM UIN Ar-Raniry as policy makers as well as lecturers and students at UIN Ar-Raniry as implementers of online learning. The results of this study indicate that online learning at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh has not been effective, but to achieve this effectiveness the campus has tried as much as possible by doing several things, namely before the implementation of online learning activities the campus first designed planning and survey conditions and training to lecturers, then formulate policies, formulate goals and strategies, determine facilities and supervision which is carried out routinely through the Siakad portal. AbstractThis paper addresses the following question: “Should violence against robots be banned?” Such a question is usually associated with a query concerning the moral status of robots. If an entity has moral status, then concomitant responsibilities toward it arise. Despite the possibility of a positive answer to the title question on the grounds of the moral status of robots, legal changes are unlikely to occur in the short term. However, if the matter regards public violence rather than mere violence, the issue of the moral status of robots may be avoided, and legal changes could be made in the short term. Prohibition of public violence against robots focuses on public morality rather than on the moral status of robots. The wrongness of such acts is not connected with the intrinsic characteristics of robots but with their performance in public. This form of prohibition would be coherent with the existing legal system, which eliminates certain behaviors in public places through prohibitions against acts such as swearing, going naked, and drinking alcohol.

In public places, it is significant to analyze the stability of the crowd which can support the crowd management and control, and protect the evacuees safely and effectively. The numerical analysis method of system stability based on Lyapunov theory suffers problems that it is difficult to avoid random errors in the initialization of pedestrian density and velocity, as well as cumulative errors due to time increasing, limiting its application. This study adopts a complementary model of theoretical numerical analysis and machine vision with a parallel convolutional neural network (CNN) model. It proposes an approach of stability analysis and closed-loop verification for crowd merging systems. Thereby, this research provides theoretical and methodological support for planning of the functional layout of crowd flow in public crowd-gathering places and the control measures for stable crowd flow.

: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for blood products may decrease as the health care system shifts toward treating the increased number of patients afflicted with COVID-19 and delaying selective surgeries and emergency procedures. One of the most important problems for blood transfusion services during COVID-19 pandemic is the reduction in the number of donors and a decrease in blood stocks. This happens due to the limitations of attendance of donors in blood centers, lack of awareness, misinformation, fear of being infected while donating blood, and restricting the freedom of blood collection teams to attend public places. Blood transfusion services should be prepared and well-responded in a timely manner. In this regard, appropriate use of blood, diminishing unnecessary transfusions, and implementation of patient blood management (PBM) principles are considered as significant measurements. PBM can help maintain blood supply throughout the crisis and reduce the pressure on blood demand. As a result, blood products can be saved for patients who need it urgently. PBM focuses on the patient, as well as the conditions that make patients transfuse blood, such as blood loss, coagulopathy, platelet dysfunction, and anemia. Thus, the majority of health systems in different countries have made recommendations to the PBM in hospitals.
