This research aims to develop an interactive e-module on redox concept. Research and Development (R&D) method was used in this study with a Plomp model. This model included three phases: preliminary, prototype or development, and assessment. Validation sheets and response questionnaires were used as research instruments. Six expert lecturers, consisting of three media and materials experts each, assessed the validity sheets. A small-scale test was carried out utilizing two approaches; a one-to-one test and a small group test. A one-to-one test was given to three students who had high, medium, and low abilities; while the small group test was conducted on three teachers and 30 students from three different schools, which are MAN 2 Pekanbaru, MAN 1 Pekanbaru, and SMA IT Al-fitiyah. The results showed that the interactive e-module was very valid and could be used in learning activities. This is indicated by the percentage of validation from material experts 89.27% and media experts 88.76%. In a small-scale trial for a one-on-one test, the teacher's response 95.83% with very practical criteria; and student response test 87.73% with interesting criteria.

Abstract. The Regional Topographic Geodatabase (DBTR) was officially defined in 2005 as the multi-scale (1:1,000 – 1:2,000 – 1:5,000 – 1:10,000) cartographic reference for urban and regional planning in Lombardy Region. The DBTR had been previously introduced at national level to take over traditional numerical topographic maps adopted for urban planning, with the aim to provide a base map to be implemented either at regional level (Regional Geoportal) and by local administrations. The DBTR is structured by following some national guidelines that define either the content and the topological structure, that makes simple its implementation in GIS environment. The construction of the entire DBTR has historically gone through different phases, with the consistent support of the regional subsidiary policy. But when the effects of the world economic crisis in 2008 became tangible in the budget of public administrations, the growth of the project faced an important break. In 2017 the administration of Lombardy Region has promoted and financed a new project finalized to the completion of the DBTR. A temporary association of mapping companies won the tender and completed the project by summer 2020, despite of the difficulties related to the COVID-19 pandemic. A team led by Politecnico di Milano was appointed for the quality assessment. The proposed paper would like to present this project and the operational solutions applied for the production of the new subsections of the DBTR, as well as its quality assessment/validation.

This study was used to determine the feasibility of the instrument before being used for further research. This study uses a quasi-experimental research design. In this study, to calculate the validation results from three validators who are experts in their fields using the arithmetic average, the validated instruments are: (1) the validation questions get 87.51% results; (2) validation of attitude assessment got 90.27% results; (3) validation of student skills assessment got 92.71% results; (4) the validation of the assessment of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) got 92.16% results; (5) validation of the syllabus assessment got 86.95% results; (6) Moodle assessment validation with browser exam got 87.25% results; (7) the validation of the student learning module assessment got 84.71% results; (8) the validity of the items is declared valid; (9) the reliability of the items is declared reliable; (10) the differentiating power of the items has very good criteria; and (11) the level of difficulty of the items showed that of the 40 items tested, the percentage was 35% (14 questions) in the medium category, and 65% (26 questions) in the easy category. From the calculation results that have been mentioned, the Moodle application instrument with a browser exam to measure online learning outcomes is declared feasible and can be used for further research.

Abstract. This study aims to develop an authentic assessment instrument on ecosystem material for SMA using the 4D type development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) by Thiagarajan. The trial was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Bulukumba in class X MIA 1. The results of expert validation showed that the project appraisal instrument, performance and lesson plans had a strong relevance with the value of V = 88%, 100% and 100% respectively where all three were greater than 75% that it fulfilled the content validity coefficient. The reliability test was carried out at the trial stage by analyzing the results of the teacher's assessment of students using developed instruments. The result of the reliability test shows the value of r11 = 0.943 or greater than 0.70 so that it can be stated that the instrument developed is valid and reliable. Keywords: development, authentic assessment, validation

The essential transition step from a startup to a sustainable organization in early-stage entrepreneurs is very crucial. The four stages in the life cycle of an entrepreneurial venture consists of ideation, transition, scaling-up, and growth/exit and is efficiently done by knowledge-based services (KBS). The founding team faced the key challenges which emphasize assessment, validation, and enhancement of the business concept. KBS is a large and fast-growing economy based on businesses and professions which lays a concrete foundation to build a scalable business. KBS are highly recommended opportunities for new venture investment and growth and have created more than 79% out of all nonfarm US jobs. This area has been paid very little attention to entrepreneurship research and education which hampers national economic expansion. This article discusses entrepreneurship education, research and investment in KBS. KBS research work explores exclusive features, opportunities, and challenges in new venture development to a scalable enterprise.
