Due to the multiattribute and multi-related problems of the target English test platform, the efficiency of the platform is low. In order to solve the problem of insufficient control of the difficulty of the test questions in the process of English test paper generation, this paper designs an English test platform based on real-time network communication technology. The English test platform designed in this paper includes three modules: user management module, question bank management module, and test paper management module. Among them, in the test paper management module, we extract English test questions according to the test paper generation strategy, then use real-time web communication technology according to the test paper generation target, and, through effective update of pheromone, solve the problem of high test question repetition rate in automatic test paper generation and design the network. The self-learning platform and English test platform modules have completed the design of the English test platform based on real-time network communication technology. The experimental results show that the designed English test platform has a high success rate, quick test paper generation time, and good application value.

In order to overcome the problems of low security and high message delay in traditional counseling systems, this article designs and proposes a new counseling system based on the weighted hybrid algorithm. According to the principle of system design, the system architecture diagram and system role are designed. In the hardware part of the system, the user management module, online consultation module, and knowledge base module are designed to realize the psychological consultation function of the system. In the software part, the weighted hybrid algorithm is used to divide the psychological information state of the consultants effectively. Combined with the hardware and software of the system, the overall design of the system is completed. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional consulting system, the designed system can effectively ensure the information security of consultants and reduce the message delay of the system, which has higher practical application value.

In order to solve the problems of poor performance of the recommendation system caused by not considering the needs of users in the process of news recommendation, a news recommendation system based on deep network and personalized needs is proposed. Firstly, it analyzes the news needs of users, which is the basis of designing the system. The functions of the system module mainly include the network function module, database module, user management module, and news recommendation module. Among them, the user management module uses the deep network to set the user news interest model, inputs the news data into the model, completes the personalized needs of the news, and realizes the design of the news recommendation system. The experimental results show that the proposed system has good effect and certain advantages.

Health Services at the PKU Muhammadiyah Gandrungmangu Clinic have not made much use of information technology. Documentation of patient medical records still uses a manual recording system, causing various obstacles; for example, officers often find the same medical record number and difficulties making reports. Thus, creating a medical record information system is necessary to help manage medical record data electronically. The system was developed using the prototyping method. This system has several features: medical record management, user management, reporting system, input checking feature for vital sign results, uploading feature for supporting examination results, and patient queuing system for each poly. The results of the user convenience test using the SEQ method obtained an average value of 6 and 7. The usability test results using the SUS method also got a good response from the questionnaire questions given to the respondents, which got a total score of 90.6, meaning that the system has an excellent usability level.

With the continuous enrichment of the Internet of Things (IoT) applications, the demand for value exchange and collaborative control between heterogeneous IoT applications is increasing. However, the user management space varies depending on the IoT application, where the security domain stands as an example. It is one of the key technologies of data sharing between heterogeneous IoT organizations to cross the boundary of the security domain and verify the identity and authority of users in other security domains. Aiming at the slow speed of authentication protocol authority authentication during cross-domain access and without considering the actual cross-domain situation, the same cryptographic system parameters are used for all communication nodes in a cross-domain environment. This article proposes a heterogeneous Internet of Things data access authority authentication scheme between applications. Based on certificate-less public key cryptography and smart contract technology, a certificate-less cross-domain authentication scheme that supports parameter differentiation is designed and implemented. The theoretical and empirical analyses, comparing the communication volume, identity signature, and verification calculation cost, validated that the method proposed improves the cross-domain identity authorization authentication ability and supports the use of differentiated cryptographic system parameters among different IoT applications.

ABSTRACTPT Rimba Makmur Utama is located on Jalan Kantin No.8 Kota Bogor. This private business company is engaged in the field of forest restoration on the island of Kalimantan, precisely in the Sampit region. This company's restoration is to save the forest from illegal logging and protect animals from extinction in the forests around the Sampit area. PT Rimba Makmur Utama is already using a hotspot so users can connect to the internet. However, problems arise when users move between rooms or places in the office but the wireless signal coverage cannot be reached. To overcome this, the solution is to build a Wireless Distribution System (WDS) network. WDS is a method that can be used to expand wireless networks by connecting multiple access points without using cables. Hotspot networks do not always provide fast and stable internet access. To overcome this, a user management system and bandwidth are needed using the Remote Authentication Dial In User Service protocol or RADIUS Server. User Manager is a RADIUS Server developed by MikroTik. All the area in the building have been covered with the internet. Users need username and password to connected to the network in the building.

Abstract High-performance computing (HPC) systems have become indispensable for modern marine research, providing support to an increasing number and diversity of users. Pairing with the impetus offered by high-throughput methods to key areas such as non-model organism studies, their operation continuously evolves to meet the corresponding computational challenges. Here, we present a Tier 2 (regional) HPC facility, operating for over a decade at the Institute of Marine Biology, Biotechnology, and Aquaculture of the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research in Greece. Strategic choices made in design and upgrades aimed to strike a balance between depth (the need for a few high-memory nodes) and breadth (a number of slimmer nodes), as dictated by the idiosyncrasy of the supported research. Qualitative computational requirement analysis of the latter revealed the diversity of marine fields, methods, and approaches adopted to translate data into knowledge. In addition, hardware and software architectures, usage statistics, policy, and user management aspects of the facility are presented. Drawing upon the last decade’s experience from the different levels of operation of the Institute of Marine Biology, Biotechnology, and Aquaculture HPC facility, a number of lessons are presented; these have contributed to the facility’s future directions in light of emerging distribution technologies (e.g., containers) and Research Infrastructure evolution. In combination with detailed knowledge of the facility usage and its upcoming upgrade, future collaborations in marine research and beyond are envisioned.

For any insurance contract to see the light of day, a particular process flow is usually followed. This process flow begins with the customer calling an agent to obtain insurance, and ends with the customer receiving a quote for the coverage. Precision methods focus on improving precision and quality and on planning measures that absolutely address issues and meet the necessary requirements. Unlike automation where the focus is on speeding up tasks and processes, a precision-based approach is centered around improving the quality of the process. More current practices call for ceaselessly examining and retooling tasks/operations to achieve ever more noteworthy business esteem. In this paper, the Insurance Policy Administration System is covered in detail. The format, layout, and key details that the insurance policy entails are thoroughly covered. Some key functionalities like The Policy Submission, Risk Analysis, Policy changes and renewals, Policy cancellation in a typical Policy Administration System are reviewed. Since the Policy Administration System cannot be a standalone service and has to be used along with external systems, the integration of this typical policy administration system with an external system like a user management system is also discussed.

Modern service providers use web-based information management systems (IMS’s) to enhance their relationship with customers. This helps them better manage customer-related data and information. Also, the use of search engines, user management features, chat-bots or forums can help customers manage their own data, like consumption or invoices. So, the use of web-based information management systems may be the ideal solution for a win-win relationship between a service provider and a customer. The study of the features embedded in websites may reveal some insights regarding the way they are used and how they will look like in the future.
