The article highlights the urgency of the problem. The essence of the personnel management system and its components are emphasized. The directions of influence of organizational culture on separate aspects of personnel management of the enterprise are described. Some examples of personnel management are given in the context of the importance of organizational culture. It is determined that the spiritual and ideological elements of organizational culture determine the content of employee culture and their interpersonal relationships, they directly determine the behavior of employees in the process of their individual and collective actions in the relevant stages of use and development of material elements. It is substantiated that this is an integrating factor that characterizes human relations in the process of formation, development and corresponding changes in the activities of the organization. It is proved that another element of organizational culture is the culture of labor and production, which is presented in the norms, standards and principles of internal regulations established by the owner (manager) and enshrined in regulations that ensure internal relations, stability and efficiency.

Weighted essentially non-oscillatory (WENO) methods are especially efficient for numerically solving nonlinear hyperbolic equations. In order to achieve strong stability and large time-steps, strong stability preserving (SSP) integrating factor (IF) methods were designed in the literature, but the methods there were only for one-dimensional (1D) problems that have a stiff linear component and a non-stiff nonlinear component. In this paper, we extend WENO methods with large time-stepping SSP integrating factor Runge–Kutta time discretization to solve general nonlinear two-dimensional (2D) problems by a splitting method. How to evaluate the matrix exponential operator efficiently is a tremendous challenge when we apply IF temporal discretization for PDEs on high spatial dimensions. In this work, the matrix exponential computation is approximated through the Krylov subspace projection method. Numerical examples are shown to demonstrate the accuracy and large time-step size of the present method.

The article reveals the essence of the concepts of "competence" and "competence-based approach", highlights the signs of competence. The difference between the content of the competence-based approach and the traditional one (knowledge-centric) is shown. The role of the competence-based approach in the training of future doctors is revealed.

The issue of research interest is the question of intercategorical interaction of the functional-semantic category of taxis and “distant” functional-semantic categories of conditionality, causality, concessivity, consecutiveness, instrumentality and finality. The poly-categorical semantic complexes distinguished in functional grammar can be constituted as “close” and “non-close” or “far from each other” functional-semantic categories that have a field structure. The above-mentioned functional-semantic categories or fields are in relation to intercategory inclusion. The phenomenon of intercategorical inclusion is an integrating factor in the constitution of poly-categorical taxis semantic syncret subcomplexes that actualize secondary-taxis categorical situations of simultaneity in statements with monotaxis and polytaxis prepositions of instrumental, causal, concessive, consecutive, conditional and final semantics. Due to the intercategorical inclusion of the taxis category with "non-close" functional-semantic categories or fields with an adverbial-predicative core, we distinguish such semantic syncret-subcomplexes of simultaneity as: (1) instrumental-taxis; (2) causal taxis; (3) conditional taxis; (3) concessive taxis; (4) consecutive taxis; (5) final taxis. The phenomenon of intercategorical inclusion determines the actualization of various secondary-taxis categorical situations of simultaneity (instrumental-taxis, causal-taxis, concessive-taxis, concessive-taxis, final-taxis), including interconnected polycategorical-taxis situations in semantic representing the above-mentioned taxis semantic syncret subcomplexes.
