Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) ventilation remains a mainstay treatment for different respiratory disorders. Good pressure stability and pressure reduction during exhalation are of major importance condition to ensure the clinical efficacy and comfort of CPAP therapy.  Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and today coronavirus (COVID-19) are the main two diseases mitigated by the CPAP. This paper introduced a systematic review of the CPAP design in terms of the hardware design, Simulation-based CPAP system, control algorithm, and the measured performance. The accuracy is used as measurement of performance and calculated from the pressure value. The accuracy was compared to the predefined U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-based threshold value in which it considers this value as a reference. The results related to the modern CPAP devices introduced in this study to explain the accuracy of experimental CPAP. These were compared with a commercial CPAP devices. Also, it was revealed how the results coincide with the error ratio defined by the FDA as an evaluation measurement. The FDA error ratio determines the performance of the optimized CPAP device. This work is the first review that presented the knowledge about engineering design of the CPAP system, so it will be the first in the literature.

The number of news produced every day is as much as 3 million per day, making readers have many choices in choosing news according to each reader's topic and category preferences. The recommendation system can make it easier for users to choose the news to read. The method that can be used in providing recommendations from the same user is collaborative filtering. Neural collaborative filtering is usually being used for recommendation systems by combining collaborative filtering with neural networks. However, this method has the disadvantage of recommending the similarity of news content such as news titles and content to users. This research wants to develop neural collaborative filtering using sentences BERT. Sentence BERT is applied to news titles and news contents that are converted into sentence embedding. The results of this sentence embedding are used in neural collaboration with item id, user id, and news category. We use a Microsoft news dataset of 50,000 users and 51,282 news, with 5,475,542 interactions between users and news. The evaluation carried out in this study uses precision, recall, and ROC curves to predict news clicks by the user. Another evaluation uses a hit ratio with the leave one out method. The evaluation results obtained a precision value of 99.14%, recall of 92.48%, f1-score of 95.69%, and ROC score of 98%. Evaluation measurement using the hit ratio@10 produces a hit ratio of 74% at fiftieth epochs for neural collaborative with sentence BERT which is better than neural collaborative filtering (NCF) and NCF with news category.

Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) is an advanced and multidisciplinary active research domain based on neuroscience, signal processing, biomedical sensors, hardware, etc. Since the last decades, several groundbreaking research has been conducted in this domain. Still, no comprehensive review that covers the BCI domain completely has been conducted yet. Hence, a comprehensive overview of the BCI domain is presented in this study. This study covers several applications of BCI and upholds the significance of this domain. Then, each element of BCI systems, including techniques, datasets, feature extraction methods, evaluation measurement matrices, existing BCI algorithms, and classifiers, are explained concisely. In addition, a brief overview of the technologies or hardware, mostly sensors used in BCI, is appended. Finally, the paper investigates several unsolved challenges of the BCI and explains them with possible solutions.

This study aims to evaluate the budgeting process for School Operational Assistance Funds in Purworejo Regency. Evaluation measurement uses indicators issued by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) on Good Governance with Transparency and Accountability variables in the Budgeting Process in Purworejo Regency. The samples of this study were 477 schools in Purworejo Regency and the BOS Management Team in Purworejo Regency in the Education, Youth and Sports Office of Purworejo Regency. The results showed that in general the implementation of the principles of good governance for accountability had been carried out well and met the principles of accountability. Even the overall Performance Accountability Score of Purworejo Regency gets a performance score of AA (Very satisfying). Meanwhile, for the Transparency Principle as measured by the legal framework, the availability of public information, open plan planning, implementation and reporting have been carried out quite well, but several schools still do not comply with the transparency of openness in the reporting sector. there are still 26,7% of schools that have not reported online on the Ministry of Education and Culture's website. Keywords: Good Governance, Accountability, Transparency, Purworejo Regency, Budget, BOS Funds.

Subject. This article examines the Federal Accounting Standard Non-Produced Assets, which will be implemented from 2021. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the structure of non-produced assets, their measurement and accounting procedure, and recognition. Methods. For the study, we used a comparative analysis and the methods of induction and deduction, and classification. Results. Based on an analysis of the provisions of the Non-Produced Assets Standard for public sector organizations, the article identifies problematic issues of valuation and measurement of these assets. It suggests returning to the principle of separate accounting of current and capital outlays in the subsequent assessment of non-produced assets for reconstruction and modernization costs. Conclusions and Relevance. Non-produced assets are a new object of budgetary accounting. In order to properly and reasonably apply the provisions of the Non-Produced Assets Standard in practice, we believe that detailed explanations and guidance on these accounting facilities recognition, evaluation, measurement, accounting and reporting are needed to be presented by both the regulator and the scientific community and practitioners. The results of the study can be applied in budgetary accounting theory and practice.

Student online learning readiness (SOLR) has been identified as being closely associated with the success of learning in online environments. Online learning orientations have also been used as a key intervention to support students. However, the evaluation practice and research of online learning orientation design are limited. This research studied the effects of an orientation course on SOLR, using a multiyear design-based research with a one-group pretest and posttest method as the evaluation measurement. The design and implementation of a self-paced orientation course in Canvas learning management system was detailed as the intervention. A 20-item SOLR questionnaire was selected as the pretest and posttest instrument. After the initial cycles, a sample of 2,590 college students were invited to participate in the 2017 orientation and respond to the pretest and posttest. Because separate consent forms were distributed and collected at the pretest and posttest stages, the researcher was able to use 445 pretest and 624 posttest datasets. The independent samples t-test results indicated statistically significant improvement of SOLR competencies. The exploratory factor analysis results also indicated changes of items associated with the SOLR constructs. The reliability coefficients of all subscales were > .90, with an increase in the reliability of the SOLR instrument as a whole from pretest (a = .92) to posttest (a = .95). Implications for the design and evaluation of online learning orientations and preparing student online learning readiness are discussed toward future design and implementation.
