This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to increase primary students’ understanding of the dangers of Covid 19 and educate them on how to prevent it through correct health protocols and being able to implement a healthy lifestyle. The targets of this program are high grade of primary students, namely grade 4, grade 5, and grade 6. The method used in this education is storytelling in an interactive online style via zoom platform. Stories are conveyed in English with simple language and sentences to make them easier to understand, besides that the delivery is combined with Indonesian so that children understand the meaning and are able to imitate certain sentences and movements well. The implementation of this program makes students enthusiastic and excited, especially using English. The students feel cooler when they listen to stories and speak English. Children enthusiastically mimic, sing and perform healthy protocol movements in interesting ways. Thus, children are able to understand the contents of the stories and values ??that are conveyed, so that they are able to apply them to new good habits in the era of new normal life. As conclusion, the storytelling method is able to provide a good understanding of the Covid 19 pandemic for children, so that awareness emerges to apply health protocols in their daily life

Although MLD students do not have good mathematical performance in completing addition and subtraction operations of integers, MLD students have suggestive ideas in the form of drawings produced in solving open number sentences questions. This study aims to classify the types and identify changes in the drawing produced by MLD students in solving open number sentences questions. This research method is qualitative with a micro generic study approach to understand students' thinking individually and explore drawing changes in solving open number sentences questions between sessions. The research subjects were 2 out of 20 MLD grade 5 elementary school students who produced the most varied drawings in solving open number sentences questions. Data collection techniques used are giving questions and interviews. The results showed that MLD students produced: discrete object drawings by focusing on the cardinality of the quantity of a number; transitions from objects to the number line by focusing on the magnitude of numbers; partitioning the number line using magnitude reasoning; number sentences; and others using verbal reasoning. Changes in the drawings produced by MLD students between sessions indicate the development of students' understanding towards a better direction in interpreting symbolic representations to visual representations. The results of this study contribute to the theory that although MLD students have low mathematical performance. However, MLD students can produce variations and changes in drawings with rich mathematical idea information representing integer operations.

Abstract Background To date, few data on the assessment of transplant renal artery stenosis (TRAS) by using inflow inversion recovery (IFIR) are available. The aims of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of IFIR in the assessment of TRAS using Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) as the reference. Results We retrospectively assessed the IFIR of 195 transplant renal arteries. The IFIR images for 194/195 arteries were judged to be of excellent, good, or moderate quality, and 1/195 was not diagnostic. There were 100 arteries with TRAS, of which 27 were subjected to DSA. The stenosis percentages were divided into five grades. Using DSA images, the TRAS in 27 patients were estimated as grade 1 (2, 7.4%), grade 2 (8, 29.6%), grade 3 (10, 37.0%), grade 4 (7, 25.9%) and grade 5 (0, 0%). In comparison, the TRAS was shown to be grade 1 (1, 3.7%), grade 2 (8, 29.6%), grade 3 (9, 33.3%), grade 4 (9, 33%) and grade 5 (0, 0%) in the IFIR images. The nonparametric Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to compare IFIR with DSA. In addition, a Bland–Altman plot was used to estimate the agreement between IFIR and DSA measurements. There was no significant difference between IFIR and DSA measurements (p < 0.05). Conclusions Relative to the reference DSA, IFIR was shown to be noninvasive, accurate for the diagnosis and evaluation of TRAS.

Nitriding has been carried out using plasma nitriding techniques for surface treatment of Titanium as a biomaterial component. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of plasma nitriding on surface hardness that occurs in titanium. The material used is Titanium Alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) Grade 5 which is processed by plasma nitriding by varying nitrogen (N2) and argon (Ar) gases of (100% N2/0% Ar), (95% N2/5% Ar), (90% N2/10% Ar), (85% N2/15% Ar), (80% N2/20% Ar), and (75% N2/25% Ar), and temperature 400ºC, time 5 hours and a pressure of 1.6 bar. The test results show that the optimum hardness is found in the gas composition with a ratio of 95% N2: 5% Ar. Obtained a hardness of 371 HV/VHN or an increase of 159% of the raw material with hardness value of 143 HV/VHN

The development of the 3D exoscope has advanced intraoperative visualization by providing access to visual corridors that were previously difficult to obtain or maintain with traditional operating microscopes. Favorable ergonomics, maneuverability, and increased potential for instruction provide utility in a large range of procedures. Here, the authors demonstrate the exoscope system in a patient with progressive thoracolumbar junctional kyphosis with bony retropulsion of a T12–L1 fracture requiring a Schwab grade 5 osteotomy and fusion. The utilization of the exoscope provides visual access to the ventrolateral dura for the entire surgical team (surgeons, learners, and scrub nurse). Problem and goal. The problem of insufficient substantive provision of training of primary school students in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) is considered. The goal is to identify and describe the basic didactic elements within the content modules, as well as to identify the intrasubject and intersubject connections that are realized in the course of teaching the elements of AI in the main school. Methodology. A set of methods was used: analysis of international experience (USA, China, England, Germany, Israel, Russia); analysis of documents defining requirements for the implementation of basic educational programs; analysis of textbooks; research of ready-made software solutions applicable in the process of teaching the basics of AI to primary school students; reflection of the content of the knowledge gained. Results. The study made it possible to identify learning opportunities in the field of AI for students starting from grade 5, regardless of the availability of teaching hours allocated for compulsory informatics education, due to the variability of general education. An analysis of informatics textbooks for basic school showed that teaching the basics of AI should be implemented taking into account intrasubject connections with informatics. This approach will make it possible to carry out a supporting, expanding or propaedeutic function of teaching AI elements in relation to the main course of informatics. In the process of forming meaningful modules for teaching the elements of AI to primary school students, starting from grade 5, didactic elements were identified, the development of which must be organized taking into account interdisciplinary connections with general education disciplines. The content of educational material in the field of AI should be mastered through the most expedient types of activity in the context of the system-activity approach, which will allow to form personally significant know- ledge and skills of students, to develop their creative abilities. Conclusion. The results of the study made it possible to substantiate the expediency of teaching the elements of AI to primary school students, starting from grade 5. Various options for including in the basic school curriculum issues related to the basics of AI, taking into account the existing experience of teaching schoolchildren in the field of informatics, were identified.

Somatic or somatosensory tinnitus is a subtype of subjective tinnitus, in which tinnitus perception is caused by an alteration in somatosensory afference from the cervical spine or temporo-mandibular area which changes patient’s tinnitus perception in terms of loudness, pitch and localization. A 30-year-old female reported with the complaint of tinnitus, vertigo and reduced hearing sensitivity in the left ear for 7 months. Enduring low frequency annoying tinnitus flare ups with vertigo, vomiting and speech understanding difficulty every 48-72hours. Successive audiological investigations and THI score revealed mild sensorineural hearing loss in the left ear with grade 5 catastrophic handicap. Tinnitus retraining Therapy (TRT) along with pranayama (yogic exercise) was used as a treatment protocol. Nadi Shodhana (Alternate-Nostril Breath- one of the most efficient strategies for calming nerves and settling mind fluctuations) was practised twice daily and during the treatment sessions. Effectiveness of TRT combined with Yoga on a patient with severe tinnitus & accompanying issues was investigated. This treatment strategy proved to be highly effective in lowering tinnitus severity and reducing the accompanying issues with long term effectiveness. As a result, present study enlightens the possible success rate of this treatment protocol for somatosensory tinnitus and its impact on tinnitus recurrence. Key words: Somatosensory tinnitus, TMJ, Pranayama, TRT, Catastrophic handicap.
