Abstract The usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the arena of drilling optimization is a rapidly evolving endeavor and is becoming increasingly prevalent. In many applications the goal is process automation and optimization with the intent to reduce cost, improve yield/outcome and address risk. Real-world experience, however, has taught us that the correct application, configuration, and realtime management of an AI system is equally as important as the underlying algorithms. This paper poses that the implementation of an automated AI drilling system must consider the human element of acceptance in order to succeed. Proper onboarding and user acceptance is requisite to proper system configuration and performance. This paper sets forth guidelines that can be considered standard for initiating an AI drilling program.

The aim of this article is to analyse the origins of differentiation of guarantees that are derived from the principle of due process in regulation of administrative sanctions and the problems caused thereof. In order to reach this aim, the following objectives are established: 1) to reveal the regulation of the guarantees that are derived from the principle of due process in administrative sanctions; 2) to evaluate the validity of analysed regulations and its compatibility with applicable law; 3) to analyse the problems caused by the current legal regulation. The object of the analysis is the legal regulation of guarantees that are derived from the principle of due process int the Administrative Violations Code (AVC) and specialised laws. The factors that influenced the differentiation of guarantees that are derived from the principle of due process (or its reduction) in administrative sanctions are evaluated. The analysis revealed that the guarantees that are derived from the principle of due process are defined as lacking particularity and a proper system, incompatible with the Convention and thus inconvenient in situations when a person is charged with administrative violation.

Level 2 driving automation has the potential to reduce crashes; however, there are known risks when using these systems, particularly as they relate to drivers becoming disengaged from driving. This paper provides data-driven recommendations for Level 2 driving automation design using the best currently available methods to encourage driver engagement and communicate where and how a system can safely be used. Our recommendations pertaining to driver engagement concern driver management systems that monitor the driver for signs of disengagement and return the driver to the loop using a multimodal escalation process with attention reminders, countermeasures for sustained noncompliance to the attention reminders, and proactive methods for keeping drivers engaged with respect to driver-system interactions and system functionality considerations. We also provide guidance on how the operational design domain (ODD), driver responsibilities, and system limitations should be communicated and how these systems must be self-limited within the ODD. In addition, we discuss the benefits and limitations of training to emphasize the importance of making these systems intuitive to all users, regardless of training, to ensure proper use. These recommendations should be applied as a whole, because selectively adhering to only some may inadvertently exacerbate the dangers of driver disengagement.

The monitoring system in state departments/institutions is extremely significant and important in any setup/government. The working of the state system becomes coherent and meaningful, and institutions and organizations become proactive under effective monitoring. Also, in the masses, it encourages trust in state and state departments/organizations, and a healthily prosperous society develops. In a society without a proficient monitoring system, institutions become victim of inefficiency, negligence, and lack of interest and lethargy, and thus become meaningless and ineffective. In today’s world monitoring is given its due weight, and the services of various agencies/organizations are hired for the purpose of monitoring. The concept of monitoring (and accountability) is not a new one, however; Islam introduced the idea earlier when the world was ignorant of it at large. It is evident from the records of the holy life of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) that he himself held monitoring absolutely important. In the state of Madina prophet (SAW) himself monitoried the market Groceries and its rates.market monitoring is very important for the Control of inflation. From various historical accounts, it is clear that the four Pious Caliphs made the system of monitoring more established and organized according to the specific conditions and needs of their times, Specially in the monitoring of market they organized a proper system. Their principle of market monitoring is an example that still can and should be followed. In the present Reseach study, a survey/analysis of the concept and principles of market monitoring prevalent during the holy life of the Prophet and the early caliphate system is given. In the light of/From the perspective of these guiding principles, an analysis of the modern system of market monitoring and its utility/practicality is presented.

AbstractThe EU Strategy for the Danube Region represents a new form of territorial cooperation. Its ambition is to establish a mechanism of joint responsibility of the countries in the Danube Region for the economic and social development respecting the preservation of natural and cultural heritage. The Strategy is built on four basic pillars: connectivity, building of prosperity, strengthening of the Danube Region and protection of the environment. The Strategy declares the necessity of interdisciplinarity and integrated approach to building a sustainable development of the Region. The scientific base of such an integrated management concerning the landscape and environment is in general the geosystem approach to the landscape, the managerial basement is the harmonisation of the development of the society with the natural, socio-economic and cultural-historical potential of landscape. The integration of both these bases needs a proper system of mutually complementary scientific methods and their implementation to the institutional tools convenient for the Danube Region. The goal of the article is to outline the possibilities for joining/implementation of scientific methods through legally supported tools to integrated landscape management and regional development.

The main aim of this project is to meliorate the experience of the customers by providing them with the complete authentic history of a vehicle – from the manufacturer till the time it reaches to scrap yard. In vehicle registration management system we store the details in a decentralized and distributed database with the help of which various departments can access vehicle details. Any renovation in the vehicle details will be reflected in every department. By using blockchain we can track the whole lifecycle of the vehicle like selling or buying because it provides transparent of the entire business. Blockchain provides us transparency and is very trustworthy in vehicle transactions, preventing all the disputes and also lowers the cost of service because of which many stakeholders, including car manufacturers, buyers, sellers, dealers, regulators and even garages ae benefited. By the help of blockchain we can track ownership, sale and accident history and helps in maintaining proper system for supply chains. It also ensures that the data remains consistent among various departments and also eliminate false data problem. The regional and local carmakers as a whole are also influenced.

Some joint (synthetic) closed in itself idea about the world and its being is expounded in the paper, which gives the opportunity to invent the parallel definitions of the energy and the information not exceeding the bounds of the united world. This allows us to introduce some sufficiently general notion of the evaluated produciпg (transmission-streamed conservatively-dynamic contained) surrounded system, described by the proper system of evolutional equations. In the capacity of important partial cases of such systems the proper notions of the energetic evaluated producing surrounded system and the informatic3 evaluated producing surrounded system are introduced. The explicitly analyzed earlier examples of the model of heating stove (as the energetic evaluated producing surrounded system) and the model of personal computer (as the informatic evaluated producing surrounded system) expose the applicability of proposed idea to a generalized and formalized description of some wide class of over native systems really existing.
