Abstract Most of the residents of Baros village work in the agricultural and plantation sectors with most of the residents having education up to junior high and high school levels. Thus, they do not understand the law and technology that is currently developing due to their low educational background. Therefore, Baros Village needs socialization about the online legal assistance of nonlitigation in order towards a modern and justice village. The method used is in the form of socialization accompanied by counseling to the community, namely by providing explanations and discussions with the aim of activities that Baros villagers understand the importance of online legal assistance through non-litigation using current technology such as computers, laptops and hand phones. The results of the activities in the socialization turned out to be many Baros villagers who did not understand the existence of online legal assistance to resolve their cases outside the court such as negotiation, mediation, conciliation, and consultation. The village office must provide an internet network, computer or laptop for its citizens to learn technology in order to become a modern village.   Abstrak Sebagian besar penduduk desa Baros bekerja di sektor pertanian dan perkebunan dengan  sebagian besar warganya mempunyai pendidikan sampai tingkat SMP dan SMA. Sehingga mereka  kurang memahami hukum dan teknologi yang berkembang saat ini dikarenakan latar belakang pendidikan yang masih rendah. Oleh karenanya,  Desa Baros perlu adanya sosialisasi tentang pentingnya memahami teknologi dan hukum untuk dapat menyelesaikan sengketanya secara online dan melalui alternative penyelesaian sengketa diluar pengadilan atau non litigasi.  Metode yang digunakan berupa sosialisasi disertai penyuluhan kepada masyarakat yaitu dengan memberikan penjelasan dan diskusi dengan tujuan kegiatan agar warga desa Baros memahami pentingnya bantuan hukum online melalui non litigasi dengan menggunakan teknologi saat ini seperti computer, laptop dan Hand phone. Hasil kegiatan dalam sosialisasi  ternyata banyak warga desa Baros yang tidak memahami adanya bantuan hukum online untuk menyelesaikan perkaranya melalui diluar pengadilan seperti negosiasi, mediasi, konsiliasi, konseltasi. Kantor desa harus menyediakan jaringan internet, computer atau laptop untuk warganya belajar teknologi agar menjadi desa yang modern.

Internet network has become a basic need for all government offices, from central to village governments. This is because the Indonesian government has built an integrated online system. Therefore, this service aims to assist all village governments in Sembalun District in improving services for the community in information technology. The target of the activity is Sembalun District which is the leading partner. The target and outcome of this service are establishing an internet network facility of a village government in Sembalun District to improve services in information and communication technology. The method used is a participatory approach to community development or Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The results of this service are: 1) The internet network facility greatly helps the village government, 2) Village officials can complete their work based online, 3) The village government can improve services in information and communication technology. With the community service that has been carried out, it is hoped that it can help all village governments in Sembalun District carry out their duties to the maximum and improve services for the community.

This research aims to describe the types of difficulties encountered by students when conducting online learning through WhatsApp, as well as how teachers address students' learning difficulties. The method used in this research was qualitative research method using case study design. Data were gathered through online observation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. To check the validity of the data, sources and technique triangulations were used. The results of this research showed that there were several difficulties experienced by the students during online learning through WhatsApp group, such as lack of support facilities because students did not have their own mobile phones, unstable internet network, and insufficient internet quota. Regarding the use of WhatsApp in learning activities, students had difficulty discussing in the group or using WhatsApp features. The teacher overcame the obstacles for students who did not have their own mobile phones by asking their classmates or neighbors who lived nearby to provide information related to learning activities. To address challenges such as an unstable internet network, the teacher instructed students to find a location with a good network while learning. Then, regarding students who did not have an internet quota, the teacher recorded the student's WhatsApp numbers so they could get free internet assistance from the Ministry of Education and Culture. To solve problems related to the difficulty of students discussing in groups and difficulties using the WhatsApp feature, the teacher always guided and assisted students on how to use the WhatsApp features in the learning process.

Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Google Classroom and Edmodo in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: This research is quantitative research. The sample was pharmacy students of the Health Polytechnic of Ministry of Health in Kupang of 2019 and 2020 cohort, with a total of 145 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Results: One hundred and twelve (72%) students stated that the use of Google Classroom in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic had been effective, thirty-two (22%) students stated that the learning was very effective, and eleven (6%) students stated that the learning was not effective because they were confused by the available features. They also need a stable internet network, especially when downloading learning video materials. Student assessments using the Edmodo learning media showed one hundred and one (69%) students said it was effective, twenty-six (18%) students said it was very effective, and eight (13%) stated that it was not effective because of difficulty of reading features in English and there was no direct online syntax available on Edmodo. Conclusion: The results showed that Google Classroom and Edmodo could be effectively applied in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This paper surveys the work of this branch gives you a brief explanation about the various sub-branches, job opportunities available, and several tools used in this investigation process.

However, when we look at the current era, there are many teenagers who are very dependent or addicted to gadgets, for that pastoral assistance is needed to provide understanding to teenagers so that they can control themselves in using gadgets. The purpose of writing this paper is to reveal strategies for pastoral care to deal with teenagers who are addicted to playing gadgets.

ABSTRAK latar belakang penelitian tersebut ialah untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya masalah penyelewengan dana desa & mendukung peraturan pebgelolaan keuangan desa yang transparan, akuntabilitas, serta partisipasi, pemerintah bekerja sama dengan Kementerian Dalam Negeri & BPKP untuk melakukan pengembangan aplikasi yang dinamakan Sistem Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes). Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian : 1) Bagaimana efektivitas aplikasi sistem keuangan desa di Desa Wajak Lor Kec. Boyolangu Kabupaten Tulungagung, 2) Apa saja kendala dalam penggunaan aplikasi sistem keuangan desa di Desa Wajak Lor Kec. Boyolangu Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini  menggunakan  tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, & dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, Kaur Keuangan, aparatur aplikasi sistem keuangan desa & beberapa warga Desa Wajak Lor Kec. Boyolangu Kabupaten Tulungagung. Objek penelitiannya adalah aplikasi sistem keuangan desa. Pembuktian keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan & verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah : 1) Aplikasi sistem keuangan desa efektif diterapkan di Desa Wajak Lor Kec. Boyolangu Kabupaten Tulungagung sebagai aplikasi pelaporan keuangan desa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari aplikasi ini mampu memberikan hasil yang maksimal. Laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan tertata rapi & akurat. Pelaporan ke pusat semakin mudah. Selain itunya tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mengerjakan. 2) Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah Desa Wajak Lor Kec. Boyolangu Kabupaten Tulunggagung dalam penggunaan aplikasi sistem keuangan desa antara lain: Jika aplikasi sistem keuangan desa mengalami perubahan versi, maka aparatur segera belajar agar mampu menguasai perubahan pada aplikasi. Aparatur juga harus sigap & teliti jika ada perubahan anggaran belanja yang muncul secara mendadak. Jika salah satu peralatan ada yang rusak & harus dibawa ke servis, aparatur harus menunggu sampai peralatan tersebut selesai diperbaiki & jika jaringan internet trobel maka aparatur juga harus menunggu sampai jaringan internet selesai diperbaiki. Sedangkan kindala yang berkaitan langsung dengan aplikasi sistem keuangan desa, yaitu adanya perubahan versi dari aplikasi sistem keuangan desa setiap setahun sekali, penggunaan dana yang bisa dilihat prosentasinya hanya yang bersumber dari dana Desa (DD) yang lain tidak bisa, jika sudah lewat batas akhir pelaporan aparatur sudah tidak bisa lagi mengentri data laporan karena sudah dikunci oleh server pusat, jika terdapat perubahan anggaran yang ditunjangkan di dalam Perkades (Peraturan Kepala Desa) kemudian perubahan tersebut dientri, aparatur tidak bisa lagi melihat anggaran-anggaran sebelumnya & jika sudah masuk tahap pelaporan akhir server pusat siring error/down. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Aplikasi sistem keuangan desa, Aplikasi pelaporan keuangan desa.  ABSTRACT The background of the research is to anticipate the occurrence of misappropriation of village funds & to support transparent village financial management regulations, accountability, and participation, the government collaborates with the Ministry of Home Affairs & BPKP to develop an application called the Village Financial System (Siskeudes). The formulation of the problem in the research: 1) How is the effectiveness of the application of the village financial system in Wajak Lor Village, Kec. Boyolangu, Tulungagung Regency, 2) What are the obstacles in using the village financial system application in Wajak Lor Village, Kec. Boyolangu, Tulungagung Regency. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation methods. The research subjects were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of Finance, village financial system application apparatus & several residents of Wajak Lor Village, Kec. Boyolangu, Tulungagung Regency. The object of the research is the application of the village financial system. Proof of data validity using source triangulation technique. The data analysis used is qualitative analysis with data reduction steps, data presentation, conclusion drawing & data verification. The results of the research are: 1) The application of the village financial system is effectively implemented in Wajak Lor Village, Kec. Boyolangu Tulungagung Regency as a village financial reporting application. This can be seen from this application is able to provide maximum results. The resulting financial reports are neat and accurate. Reporting to the center just got easier. Besides that, it doesn't take long to work on it. 2) Obstacles faced by the government of Wajak Lor Village, Kec. Boyolangu Tulunggagung Regency in using village financial system applications include: If the village financial system application experiences a version change, then the apparatus immediately learns to be able to master changes to the application. The apparatus must also be alert & thorough if there is a sudden change in the budget. If one of the equipment is damaged and must be taken for service, the apparatus must wait until the equipment is repaired & if the internet network is problematic, the apparatus must also wait until the internet network is repaired. Meanwhile, Kindala which is directly related to the application of the village financial system, namely there is a change in the version of the village financial system application once a year, the use of funds that can be seen as a percentage only comes from other Village funds (DD), if it is past the reporting deadline the apparatus can no longer enter report data because it has been locked by the central server, if there is a budget change that is supported in the Perkades (Village Head Regulation) then the change is entered, the apparatus can no longer see the previous budgets & if it has entered the final reporting stage central server siring error/down. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of online learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic using Classroom and Zoom at MAN 1 Kab. Tangerang and its supporting, inhibiting, and solution factors. This study uses a qualitative approach to understand the phenomena experienced by the research subjects holistically which are described in words and language in a special natural context and by utilizing various scientific methods. The research was conducted from January to d. April 2021. Data were obtained through interviews with informants who were considered to know the problems studied, which were 17 people, consisting of: 1 madrasah principal, 4 PAI subject matter teachers, 9 students, and 3 parents/guardians of students. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of data analysis were carried out through data reduction activities, data display, and data verification. The results showed that: First, the online learning plan carried out by the teacher went through five stages, namely: 1) recognizing students and initial competencies, 2) setting learning goals/competencies to be achieved, 3) determining the learning platform used, 4) determining the material , methods, media, and learning resources, and 5) compiling online lesson plans. Second, the implementation of online learning through three steps, namely: 1) carrying out learning according to the lesson schedule, 2) ensuring the presence of students in learning, and 3) carrying out online learning based on the online lesson plans made. Third, the assessment of learning outcomes carried out by teachers refers to the technical guidelines issued by the Decree of the Director General of Education No. 2791/2020 concerning Assessment of Learning Outcomes, namely: 1) referring to the emergency technical guidelines from the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, 2) covering aspects of attitudes, knowledge, and skills, 3) designed to encourage meaningful learning activities and do not measure the completeness of overall curriculum achievements, 4) varies between students according to their respective conditions, 5) proportional / not excessive, and 6) scoring is done. Fourth, online learning can take place because of the support of several factors, namely 1) environmental conditions, 2) available internet network, 3) available internet quota, 4) motivation to master technology, 5) curiosity about online learning applications, and 6) family support. While the inhibiting factors are: 1) some students do not have a free internet network, 2) inadequate devices, 3) lack of mastery of learning applications, 4) lack of motivation, and 5) lack of parental support.

This study is based on the problem of madrasah exams that cannot be conducted directly or in writing due to the impact of covid-19 which requires the implementation of madrasah exams to be conducted online. So that madrasah exams are conducted online using TCExam application conducted in MTsN 1 Palangka Raya and what obstacles occur and how the implementation of madrasah exams using the TCExam application is specifically on madrasah exams in the religious field studied. The purpose of this research is to describe the planning of madrasah exam implementation using TCExam application in the religious field, constraints in the implementation of madrasah exams using TCExam application in the religious field and students' response to the implementation of madrasah exams using the TCExam application. The research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The place of this research is MTsN 1 Palangka Raya. The subjects of this study were the Head of Madrasah, Wakamad curriculum, Operator, and Teacher of Religious Affairs. Data collection using interview techniques and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, presenting and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is done using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study show that 1. Planning the implementation of madrasah exams using TCExam application in the field of religion in MTsN 1 Palangka Raya, namely the simulation and explanation from the operator to teachers for the use of TCExam application. 2. Implementation of madrasah exams using TCExam application. 3. Constraints in the implementation of madrasah exams using tcexam application in the field of religion in MTsN 1 Palangka Raya namely in students who are sometimes late to log in madrasah exams using the TCExam application, further constraints in the internet network of students are unstable and also in the implementation of madrasah exams using the online TCExam application is another obstacle also that students can commit fraud or cheating in this case the role of parents is very important to supervise students in the implementation of online madrasah exams using the TCExam application.
